[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Giving false commitments for sales

Dear Team,
I have bought oppo reno 7 mobile with poorvika pattukkottai branch on 17/4/2022 which was sold by sales executive named Mr.vinoth. He has given wrong commitments towards me on this mobile purchase. At first I planned to buy another mobile model In oppo but this reno is better advance than that model. Hence I choose this, but there are several offers like Bluetooth speaker and some other gifts for that first selected oppo model. But I changed it then to reno 7. But Mr. Vinoth promises that he will arrange the same gifts which are given to that model to this reno 7 also. But he fails to keep his words. Today date 14/06/2022. Till now this words not get promised. So I have been saled this mobile cheatedly by poorvika mobiles. I am very depressed on this action and hereafter I won't buy or refer anyone to poorvika. Waiting for valuable reply...
