Today that is 25/06/22 we purchased smart watch fire-boltt ninja bell in chrompet branch for 3999. While returning frm tht shop we checked in their website poorvika for Same watch the price is 2999. How cheat they are??? So i want my 1000 rs back. Which they got from us.

Problem not resolved. They didn't return that amt 1000rs still now. Very worst service. Evnthough I submitted the invoice they didn't return my amt.

    I had bought Nokia C01 plus on 20.06.2022 at Avinashi branch, Thirupur. The Bill number is GSI/AVIN/1928. The phone is over heating, no apps is working properly and wifi is not connecting. So, I kindly request you to refund the amount.

      I have purchased samsung galaxy A23 mobile in 15.6.22 at night, because my old one is broken. I used new mob in next day mrng in fully charged, mobile charge was suddenly droped by 10% in 30mnts.Then i complaint about new mob prblm at poorvika showroom, they simply said software update panna .. it will fine.. Again and again the phone charge is dropped suddenly. I will disappointed with new one.. I want to exchange or replace my phone .

        My wife visit poorvika mobiles kanakapura branch on 18/06/2022 asking redmi mobile in executives they tell lie to my wife redmi is not good mobile it is hanging mobile and cross sell flap Vivo y15s 9999 rs mobile with insurance 1099rs 23/06/2022 my anniversary she surprisely gift the flap vivoy15s mobile for me and I told to my wife she say I ask redmi mobile but poorvika executive preassurely sell this mobile with insurance to me and I visit the poorvika mobile kanakapura branch that day evening and demand to take back this Vivo mobile replace redmi mobile the executive and sales manager rudely behave with me and not accept my request for replace mobile and rudely behave with me they told no replacement for u go out side please accept my complaint and give justice for me by replace the vivoy15s mobile to redmi 10 this is my kind request

        As per the brand warranty policy the product once activate cannot be taken back for the replacement as it is register in the customer name and we cannot consider this as a new one and cannot be resell to other customer due to brand warranty activation. In case of service related issue replacement or repair service will be provided to the customer by Brand. The product you have purchased is having one year of service warranty provided by the brand in case technical issue customer need to visit Brand Authorized Service Center along with the Product full kit and invoice bill copy for further support.

        The customer was purchased the device with full satisfied only, It cannot be replaceable for dissatisfaction as per our policy.

            Bought vivo phone along with fingers Bluetooth neckband on the month of feb 2022 old washermenpet near pandiyas hotel, but unfortunately the neckband it is not working properly due to technical issues, but it has warrenty for replacement, so went to the poorvika branch and we handed over defect items, and they advise us to come back after 3 days to collect the replacement, so went there but haven't responded properly and they have not returned us new replacement, instead they are trying to sell another product with additional charges, its the third times went to branch, the issue remains the same, looking forward for proper response with the replacement

            We have gone through the mail which you have sent to us, we are unable to get the details of the product in Complaint please share the Invoice Billcopy to do the needful.

            Note: Physical damage and waterlog will not cover under warranty.

              I had purchased an iPhone 13 on 19th December, 2021 from your Sahakarnagar Bangalore outlet. The sales person- advised me to use my American Express card so that I’d get a cashback of ₹5000 within 5 months of the transaction. Now after six months I’ve not received the cashback. Upon reaching out to the salesperson in the said branch, I was asked to share the copies of my credit card statements for the last 6 months. I’ve provided the same. This cashback was to take place automatically without reminders and within the stipulated time. It looks like a false promise was made to complete the sale that day. Such unscrupulous trade practices indulged in by your employees is tarnishing the image of your company. Please look into this matter urgently and take remedial action. Thank you.

                I have bought the fireboltt invincible smartwatch from poorvika panvel store. And I dont like the product and the features as well as the product has some battery drain issue. I have contacted poorvika store as well as customer support. They told we don't have return policy.

                  Yesterday I have purchased, iphone mobile in poorvika mobiles . including they stuffed me to take oneassist insurance in the amount of 5200/- . i explained don't want this now . but they redeemed money and saying, insurance booked already we cannot cancel again, if we cancel again amount deducted 1700 /- or cancellation charges they making blakmailing me . please hep me to cancel this insurance and refund the money

                      Firstly got cheated in term of explaining the EMI option then the agent herself considered for finance service where as about finance it was not explained and approval was not taken from my end Next thing I had HDFC bank pre approval loan of rs 25000 they did not say me about it even if it is not there job to check pre approval loan thing atleast they could have told me about it or said the option of debit card EMI which did not happen. Third thing they collected the DBD amount of rs. 2000 where as the clear explaination was not given and still now there is no appropriate note on it I want to know the true DBD amount And where the rest of the amount went how could an agent cheat a customer in term of money ( I very badly want an answer for it) they provided me one mi earphone, two sim cards and one body guard for phone for which they took rs 200 telling that they have discounted so in total I have paid rs. 2200 . Fourth thing the agent there communicated in an inappropriate manner which is not at all fine from my end it is disturbing my mental condition. Haritha. K p- 08756 and Suman Raj P- 02552 communicated in inappropriate manner the female agent Haritha is telling her co agents that the customer will not understand no matter what and the man is questioning what are u doing here from one an half hour. Is this the way how the customer should be created ?firstly complete fraud is taken place secondly passing Inappropriate comment on a customer Is this the work ethics what poorvika follows? . If the action is not taken on this issue definitely I will post it in social media and raise the complaint in consumer court because not getting to know the complete and correct information is not fine consumer have a right to get the correct information and right to question on the same where as when a customer is talking about it all this rude words are passed and the man lied on his designation whats the point in lieing on the job role then what's the point of approaching authorities . I want an correct and appropriate action to be taken. I want an clear explaination from agents and manager end.

                              I had purchased flash guard for 999 as convinced by sales executive at the counter but it has bubbles on the screen and it was replaced by the same executive as i had visited 3 times for a simple flash guard. So i called their customer care and they wanted me to again visit the showroom and call from the showroom. Do u expect me visit the showroom for this issue multiple times. It is really disappointing service rendered by Poorvika.

                                I am Adesh, I had purchased VIVO Y21 mobile in poorvika showroom Thirthahalli branch shivamogga district in Karnataka 2 month back and due to my fault display was damaged and and given to showroom for replacement on 26/04/2022 but till it was not replaced and showroom people telling stories in every day, i never expected this kind of service from poorvika mobiles, Today showroom person is telling it will take more time other wise you take back your mobile, from fast 5 years I have purchasing mobiles in poorvika but i had never experienced like this it hurts me. Loosing one customer is equal to loss of business, showroom people are not responding properly, in future I will not enter into poorvika mobiles.

                                  Sir.. i brought NOKIA 6310 at MR nagar branch, chennai (pin code -118) on 20/02/2022 with REPLACEMENT warranty.

                                  However I have facing the 1st issues on 21/02/2022 - mobile charger is not working with mobile and i went Branch they gave no charger (not mobile) okay i accepted

                                  Again on 09.04.2022 i faced 2nd issues MOBILE NOT SWITCHED ON..

                                  I strictly informed to branch i don't want this was purchased as you said it's REPLACEMENT mobile (if any issues facing during the year, we will replace the new one to you) and they also agreed to request and replace new mobile...

                                  Almost 1 month gone and not proper respond from branch...

                                  Today 07/05/2022 they called me to take back mobile repaired one... I don't accept and will mo accept this... SEE while purchased what you said it's replacement one if you are facing any issues we will give claim and give new within 10 to 15 days..

                                  But I takes almost 30 days that's also not gave new mobile they repairing and give its...

                                  Sir why cheating the customers... Please assist and do needful...
