I m rom chennai . I brought a mobile last year last month .I brought poorvika mobile insurance pack also my bad time my mobile was damage due to display problem . I asked to pprvoka give me the reqire money for my mobile display changing from my insurance pack . They said we ll give insurance only for, mobile damage and mobile theft .
I m asking one think to poorvika what this different between mobile damage and mobile not working . Now poorvika care centre person tol insurance not clime or ur mobile .
Very worst care poorvika cheating the people . I m plaing to cunsumer court.
I payd for insurance .
Guys dont buy the mobiles at poorvika they cheating us ...

I have purchased a mobile from poorvika mobiles 3 months back. Unfortunately it fell down and there is a damage in real camera. I have purchase a phone with insurance also. Weather that insurance will applicable for fixing this damage
