[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Not activated even after 10 days | |||
Invoice no ; si/bhan/3034 I brought a lyf mobile from bangalore branch located in 17, srinivasa nagar, 2nd phase, bsk 3rd stage on 11/07/16. They took photocopy of adhaar card and photo for verification. after 5 days they said it was not approved. then i gave photocopy of pan card, after 3 days Again they said it was not approved and we can not do anything. When i ask why you are doing like this, they talk very rudely and said do whatever you want. My question is what i should do with the mobile without activation? 1. should i give compliant to the consumer court 2. should i give complaint to the nearest police station Expecting your answer Was this information helpful? | |||
