[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Regarding my defective Galaxy S7 edge | |||
Sir, I bought a samsung s7 edge on 27/09/2016. It was working good till 09/05/2017. But now when the screen brightness goes low, few horizontal grey lines are seen in my display. If the brightness set to high those lines can't be seen. Then i found that many of the samsung s7 edge users are facing the same problem. I have went through factory reset and safe mode but the problem still exist. So i asked with samsung service centre, they are simply saying that your phone has a slight damage on rearcase, so it must be your fault something like that. Many of the people got a new phone replacement. So i request you to speak with higher officials and arrange for free replacement. Or else do something from your side. As i have purchased many products from poorvika. I believe that you could help me. If i don't get a good product for my money. Its not good right.
