[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — the management of poorvika/bajaj finserv spread rumours (calling them thieves or brokers ) about genuine customers like us. | |||
Concern, My friend had been visit to your Poorvika showroom, Chitra Complex, Chathram Bus Stand, Karur Bypass Road, Tiruchirappalli, 620002 on 26th Aug 2018 around 2 O clock. He wanted to purchase a Samsung Note 9 mobile phone with the financial help of Bajaj Finserve. He had also informed the counter sales man that he wanted to purchase the mobile phone as a gift for his fiancée.After checking the prices he found himself short of money and hence sought my help. I came to your showroom around 3 O clock to help him out with the required money. Due to unreasonable delay on the part of Poorvika and Bajaj Finserve staff, we were able complete the transaction by around 6 p.m. only. We made the payment and took delivery of mobile phone. Even after this, they still insisted on cheque leaf and payslip from my friend. My friend submitted the required documents without any questions.After all these, your show room staff along with Bajaj Finserve staff declined the transaction. They took back mobile phone from us and returned our money. We felt extremely insulted. Yet we did not make any issue out of it. We returned back to home forgetting the whole incident. The next day morning I got shocked on seeing a WhatsApp message from my friend. In that message my photo along with my friend’s appeared. It marked both o[censored]s as mobile thieves or brokers and warned all the concerned showrooms not to admit us to their premises. This is purely baseless illegal rumour spread with criminal intent of assassinating our characters. We do not question your right to decide on your sale transactions within your domain. But you do not have any right to spread baseless rumours affecting our characters. We strongly condemn this attitude and insist that severe actions be taken against the concerned staff of Poorvika / Bajaj Finserve. Further as you have caused serious damage already, the concerned staff should tender us unconditional written apology. The management of Poorvika/Bajaj Finserve should take deterrent actions against their staff who spread rumours (calling them “thieves or brokers” ) about genuine customers like us.
