Dear Sir, I have purchased Vivo V9 phone and Vivo V9 youth from your POORVIKA Mobile store at Tiruchirapalli (bill copies attached) during April 12th 2018 and April 29th 2018 using Debit cards from HDFC and SBI respectively. On purchase of these mobile phones, your people advised and assured that 5% cash back offers are applied and will be the cash returned back in my Bank a/c within 90 days from the date of purchase. So far, NO CASH is returned BACK to me. While asking about this in your Trichy poorvika seller shop, so many times, they have told the cock and bull story and some other statements. They have also advised me to contact their Head Office at Chennai. They have simply told to send MAILs to the above IDs. I kindly request you to follow up the same and to return 5% cash back as per assurance given by your shop. The cash back offer ends on 31st May 2018. . I purchased I phone 8+ Mobile from poorvika K. R. Puram branch on 28/1/2018 they the gift on mobile is home appliances on that day there is no stock so they told with in one week they will give but I didn't receive they are telling the same reason no stock please reply me when I will get in this year or next year are u giving sure or not.
