Today i purchased a mobile phone readmi note 5 pro from your showroom at no.30, arcot road, opp meenakshi college, kodambakkam, chennai - 600024, vide your invoice no gsi/kdm/12287 for rs.15500/ and accessories vide invoice no gsi/kdm/12288 for rs.900/. The service by the sales promoter was very poor. He had raised invoice in my daughter's name, who was helping me to select the mobile phone, instead of my name. I am the actual purchaser and the payment has been paid by my credit card. My id proof ie pan card copy was taken. Immediately after noting the error i informed the sales promoter to correct the error or cancel the invoice & raise fresh invoice in my name to which he refused saying it is not possible. I raised the matter with the branch manager mr. Pushparaj, who too refused to help me. I am a chartered accountant and i know that cancelling and raising fresh invoices within the day or within the same month would not be a big issue. I am a chartered accountant holding gstin. As the invoices has not been raised in my name i am unable to take input credit of gst paid resulting in financial loss of rs. 1796/ i request you to kindly cancel the invoices and raise invoices in my name by mentioning my gst no. The scratch guard purchased at the branch and pasted by one of your branch staff has come out when i reached home ie within 30 minutes. The entire shopping experience is very painful. I hope you would take corrective action to uphold the market goodwill, reputation and brand equity of poorvika and retain a loyal customer and an ambassador of your esteemed chain of showrooms. But for your kind information, surely a written confirmation receipt should be collected from every customer before making every invoice and the invoice should generated in the same name which is given in the slip by the customer.

Thanks a lot. I have collected the revised bill. There are other service issues such as defective pasting of scratch guard and very callous attitude by the staff, which however I am not pressing for resolution. Therefore I am treating my complaint as resolved and my grievance as redressed and you may close the complaint. Thanks once again.
For your kind information your staff mechanically filled up some chit and handed over to billing without any confirmation from my side. I am mentioning this so that you may suitably advice your staff to carry out your instructions. Thanks for your prompt response. I shall do as advised by you for rectification. Thanks

      I have some problem in my phone and its under warranty, i need the bill to avail the benefit, i went to poorvika (From where i brought my phone) which is in phoenix, they told we need to mail to [protected]@poorvika.com, but they are very irresponsible, they are not even responding to my mails.

      From the showroom they should have record who is buying phones from them, they can easily provide. They are making it complicated. Please help!

            Hi,

            Poorvika hosur, near bustand, false information sales person, rude behaviour manager.

            I went to poorvika to buy redmi 5a mobile, but a sales person attended me told that panasonic p100 has excellent battery life and its fast moving brand. He convinced me like anything for that purchase by giving false information. He said panasonic has polimer battery so even if it has less mah than redmi, it is battery backup is better than redmi. For selling that mobile, he said he has panasonic service center inside and he will take care of all complaints in panasonic mobile.

            First day its self i identified that battery is no way good and clearly identified that i was cheated by sales person.

            Within three weeks of that purchase, phone earpiece not working. Unable to receive or make phone calls with that mobile.

            I went again to same poorvika mobile to ask about the false information that he have for the purchase.

            Sales person keeps saying p100 battery is better that redmi 5a and he is saying usage may vary person to person. I agree that usage may vary person to person, but how come he could tell p100 battery is better than redmi 5a.

            The sales manager involved during our conversation and said
            1. Your mobile is not purchased from this store
            2. Our sales man can give false information whatever to sell the product
            3. All my sales man false information are verbal so you can do anything

            He asked, are you a educated person, go and read the bill again. How come he can ask me that i am educated or not?

            When selling the product, their words are humble.

            After sale,
            They would say the product is not purchased at our store,
            They would ask you educated or not,
            They give false information for sale,
            They deny all after sale.

            Beware of poorvika mobiles.

              Is poorvika is a govt office or bank?Poorvika mobiles asking mob number mandatory.It is my wish as a customer to give my mobile no to you.Donot force me to give my mobile number for product purchase from you.

                I brought lg q6 mobile at dharmapuri branch on 06.08.2018 with the suggestion from the sales executive there. On the day i faced heating issues and mobile display also not clear.
                Next day i went to poorvika mobile store and they suggested a software update with lg customer service center. But till now the manager, staff and service was very worst, not respect for the customer.
                So kindly request you for exchange for another mobile at same price. I have mental stress plz consider my request letter.
                Otherwise i take legal action regards..

                    I newly bought Redme 5A (3GB+32GB) - Gold in poorvika chengalpattu - 603001 on 05 June 2018. This mobile having charge draining issue. while i am charging it will take 5 hours to complete the charge. It will drain on 4-5 hours without mobile data on even in sleep mode also charge got drain and switched off the mobile. With in 2 days i went to poorvika showroom they said they changed some setting and told me to check now and if have any issues come back. Again i went to the showroom they said unable to change the mobile they routed to customer care. And also i am not received any proper answer. Is this the correct way to handle the customer. They are saying this Redmi mobile have this issue we are unable to do anything. Within 2 days i was in the poorvika showroom so, poorvika show room will take the responsibility and change the mobile right like Amazon. They are wasting the days i think. I don't know what i will do next still i have the defect mobile in my hand. I am totally upset and tired for this mobile and poorvika showroom. I bought the mobile in poorvika instead of online purchase because i am regular customer of poorvika. Due to this incident i am very sad about the product and poorvika.

                      As i visit your store in yelahanka new town, bangalore. Today 08/08/2018 approx 2.40pm with my father age 67 to buy 2 mobiles target 30000/-.
                      The store sales person mr. Irfan khan id no. Vi 823 did talk badly and repetly continue his behaviour was too bad. When i talk with store manager the store manager behaviour is very frendly and he try to solve the problem but mr. Irfan khan still talking badly infront of manager.
                      I am very very unhppy with your store sales person.
                      Aa today due to your sales person company lost a valuable customer as well as lost the money.

                        My mom went to buy a new branded mobile. She was looking for redmi mobile. As soon as entered she asked to show for the mobiles of 10000rs range. Sales person showed lava, oppo and samsung. He explained my mom in a way lava is best and made her to buy the product.in confusion stage she also bought the product. Next day (8/6/2018) we requested to refund the amount or change the mobile. They re not ready to accept. They told once sold cant do replacement. But if he had shown more options mom would definetly gone for good mobile. There should be an option for 10 days replacement like how in amazon online shopping and all does. Pls do the need ful

                          Goodbye poorvika my last purchase 16 time had a very bad experience attitude determines to win business

                          Purchased apply 8plus i pad and open from this store with its relevant activities which is my 16 th purchase from poorvika from 2008 this is really frustrating experience from phoenix they were very polite and serviceable until their products get sold out the incident happened in such a way that we the sales person mr ebrahim suggested us to buy for a power bank with other product and get a head phones free please note purchasing an iphone and it’s headset is the most top one for listeners and i do had a power bank upon his politeness and considered to purchase another after billing they informed my the headphones get delivered by next week and they told they will arrange to deliver them in chrompet showroom. There was an unexpected death in my family i could not follow up with this no one called me in regards to this as they promised they let me know after they delivered to chrompet. I called them up after my arrival on aug 042018 to poorvika phoenix mall branch after narrating my issues to three people then to the branch manager he lethargically informing me that it will be delivered to poorvika pammal branch as the stock has got over and was sent to other customer i felt it was a rude reply afterhooe you could know my purchase value and why should i go beyond an headset costing less than 500 bugs i came to know their attitude and values to customer willing i treated as poorvika

                            I have purchased oppo a83 phone from your poorvika mobile store at coimbatore (Opponakara street) during april 28th using credit cards from axis bank. On purchase of the mobile phones, your people advised and assured that 5% cash back offers are applied and will be the cash returned back in my bank a/c within 90 days from the date of purchase.
                            So far, no cash is returned back to me. While asking about this in your coimbatore poorvika seller shop, so many times, they have told the cock and bull story and some other statements. They have also advised me to contact their head office at chennai. They have simply told to send mails to the above ids.

                            I kindly request you to follow up the same and to return 5% cash back as per assurance given by your people.

                            Expecting the follow up details to get 5% cash back offer from you as early as possible.

                                I have purchased Vivo V9 phone and Vivo V9 youth from your POORVIKA Mobile store at Tiruchirapalli (bill copies attached) during April 12th 2018 and April 29th 2018 using Debit cards from HDFC and SBI respectively. On purchase of these mobile phones, your people advised and assured that 5% cash back offers are applied and will be the cash returned back in my Bank a/c within 90 days from the date of purchase.

                                I have asked to Redmi-Y2 Dark grey (3GB). since there is no stock in the branch they told we will get from Ambattur branch and will give you very next day. But there is no calls nothing from any one from Pondy Bazaar Branch. Finally i called after 7 PM next day, they simply told will call you in next 1 hour but after that no calls as usual from their side. Third day i only called again they told still stock is not there. I got frustrated with the service, finally i told i don't want and i ordered through Amazon.

                                Let me suggest only one thing, Don't go with Pondy bazaar branch because of worst Customer Service.

                                  I was told that Gionee A1 lite one of the best mobiles and you would get everything what ever you want from everywhere in the market but i was cheated.

                                  Because i didnt do the market analysis and now the mobile price is dropped drastically ok cant help on that but am not able to get any accessories for that mobile now.

                                  I bought it for 16k and now the mobile price in the market is 8k this people have cheated dont buy any products from there

                                    I bought a new Lava handset from Poorvika Gandhipuram showroom. After inserting the sim card also the mobile was not showing the network and the displayed msg was Insert Sim. The same day, i took back the phone to the poorvika showroom, they said once sold its non of their business to handle this issue. They asked me to contact the service centre. I went to service centre and said the complaint then the person said its 2017 model I will update the software to 2018 then you will not have the issue, but the issue was not solved. again I took it the service centre again they are trying to rectify the problem but not willing to replace the phone. I am not willing to buy the faulty product. Even when i reached poorvika customer support, I did not get any solution for this. Fraud People and fraud company and fake products.. they sell refurbished products only... worst ever experience from poorvika... I never recommend to anybody even if the products for free... Waste of time and money...

                                    The products are really fake especially coimbatore branches are worse than any where... I can same complaint faced by many customers frequently but the customer support team not taking action or poorvika owner should try selling quality products...

                                      I purchase samsung z4 from poorvika tirupur branch.sales person said it is tizen mobile. During that time my question "it is support all anroid apps? Because now all movements have with android app.my office also wil launch app for management my office said all staffs want to have android with above 4.4 so i ask you . Sales person answer "ok all supported " i ask this question again & again 4 times .he answered same words.if he answer me with atleast 1 persent doubt or ngative i try another model or another shop .but he not do it. I try some android apps but its not supporting. Now he & incharge said its supporting only basic apps with tizen not android!! During the purchase he said that words i try another brand or shop but he not say that. Now this mobile not usable for me. My experience with poorvika very bad.
