[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Warranty replacement issue

I bought Oraima: G-Fit Band on Feb 25 2020 just a month before Covid hit then resumed using it after 6months
I Did not work after that so i went for check where i bought at poorvika centre.
They confirmed its not working but couldn't replace my defective band but insisted to get a certificate for not working from another service centre. They did not mention it while i bought but reflected me when i went for warranty. i cannot run behind for product replacement, so i bought nereby.

Kindly arrange me the new one for the defective one from the same shop i bought
