I bought BoAt Rockerz 255R black neckband on 24 Feb 2020 from Poorvika Mobiles, Thiruvanmiyur ( Opp to RTO). Since my right earphone wasn't working, I went to replace it to from the shop. I had my Bill, IMEI number & the product in hand. Even though I had everything the showroom didn't take any further step since I didn't have the box of the product. Today is my last day and I find it fishy coz they want it to delay the process and cancel it saying the warranty date is expired. I'm very disappointed with your service in replacing or servicing the product. I have further decided that I'm never going to buy any product from Poorvika hereafter.

    Just 1 hour back we purchased 2 phones but need to exchange with the onother phone due to phone is not satisfied with our expectations not even used the phone.

      Hi
      I am Vibhor Verma resident of pallavaram Chennai, I had purchased one Apple iPad air 4th generation silver colour and Apple pencil 2nd generation from poorvika kodambakkam (adjacent Chennai mobiles) on 18 th Feb 2021. I was probably the last customer that day. I collected my devices and went home believing that I have purchased a branded product from a branded store but to my surprise when I checked the device around midnight it was not connecting. I went to the store next day and gave them my pencil, I was told that replacement is not possible because o[censored]navailability of stock etc.
      Till now i.e. 22.02.21 I have not received any affirmative response regarding when will I get my product, the showroom people are not even answering my phone. In this context I want you to tell me
      1. Why should I suffer because of some faulty product in your store?
      2. I had some urgent work because of which I bought the two devices.
      3. If poorvika is unable to handle timely replacement then refund should be issued. Meanwhile I will buy from somewhere else.

            I visited your shop in Gangavathi dt. Koppal. on Dt.14/ 2/2021 around 7.00pm to 8.30pm for purchase of Bluetooth for mobile, for this purchase I given my SBI Card for redeem of my rewards points . you r people swiped my card for Rs.1700 from my rewards points. and informed me that, redeem amount not success.
            Next day I checked in poorvika shop hospet & found worth amount of Rs 1700 redeemed in Gangavathi Shop. Same I asked to Gangavathi shop, regarding this, they are not responding properly.
            For your reference I enclosed my rewards points statement.
            This is for your reference for further process. Please Do the needful immediately to avoid further action from our end.

              Purchased sony neck bank at Proovika Mobiles located at Perambur Paper mills road on 30th Jan 2021. After two days o[censored]sage, observed distortion in sound and approached proovika within two days. However, the sales person Mr.Aslam refused to give replacement and directed me to Sony Center. Further, when I approached Sony center, they said, since its two days from purchase, the same could be replaced at Poorvika Showroom itself. After one week of struggle and waiting, finally sony service center agreed to replace the unit confirming that I will get the same colour (Blue). Whereas after 4 days, they had provide replacement with Black colour unit which I wont use sentimentally. Finally holding the unsatisfied neck band because of Poorivika's poor customer support.

                This is sagayaraj yesterday I bought the mobile Apple 12 128GB Rs-84900/- in poorvika contonment showroom trichy Tamilnadu. That mobile have some manufacture problem ( camera inside have white dot or dust).I already highlight the issue to concern poorvika service team. But still now I can't get any proper information. In this product I'm not satisfied so kindly help to replace the product or refund the money. Pls find the attachments. Kindly check and update.

                    I am 61 walked allalong from west mammalian to your Ranganathan street unit claiming all along stair case over railway track for buying a basic mobile to gift my mother 80 + years old.Bought a Micromax mobile x741 on 5 th Feb 2021 evening.(INV GSI/RANG/3159 DT 05/02/2021 -X741GREY MUCROMAX 8517 /Rs.1270.34+HF Verve-white Anderson sound core 8518/Rs. 677.12+SG Nokia Screen guard 3919 /Rs 42.37+Easy Airtel recharge[protected] /, Rs 127.24 totalling 2117.07+ CGST, SGST /190.53×2=381.08.NET BILL VALUE 2498.15.).
                    attended by By Anusya Jayaram as mentioned in the bill.I asked for basic mobile with maximum big screen, good speaker battery keypad mobile.I was first showed by the sales person (here after represent in this messages as SPER)Lava pulse then some Samsung, Nokia and also micromax x741.I opted for micromax and saw the MRP as 2499 inclusive of all tax.Then I asked him why so much high price as SPER told me it is 2400 only then went to consult his higher officials in the store.He came back with a hands free head phone and said if mobile alone purchased I have to pay 2400 or pay 2000+100 and take both mobile and headphone .Then told me to purchase sratch guaudfor 50( I asked for 40 and he accepted to give for Rs 40.).Then he said airtel prepaid Sim available on offer price of Rs 50 only.now you could have imagined my shock.For the mobile value of Rs 1493(this given in internet as porvika mobile price with free delivery).I was cheated to the extent of Rs 1000 just because I without seeing bill told that I am paying vide my debit card as well your Sp who is attending me even without the basic knowledge of that mobile like its size, whether it contain speed dial etc.As per actual price I should have paid only 1493+50+40= 1573.Instead forced to pay in a dubious way by way of mobile phone_1499, head phone_ 799, scratch guard at at 50, sim card _150.
                    IS IT MY MISTAKE to believe the porvika without referring their internet price and paying by card Or my old age is taken for granted by your T nagar unit for cheating and convincing for selling forcibly the head phone within the exorbitant price of 2499 against your own internet declared price of Rs 1493 of the x641 along with Sim card 150 against their offer price of 50, which I would have got it even outside by just paying 100 more??What is most shocking is even scratch guard also sold for 50 instead of 40 accepted.I am making this complaint only to get proper justice not only to me but also in future to old people like me should not be cheated like this.

                      I bought Samsung A tab price 19, 300.00 rs. On 31st Jan in tirupattur showroom _635601. I received one OTP in my mobile. They asked that OTP from me. I asked why, they said that for billing purposes. But after researching it's not billing purpose. They steal my points. Please take necessary action for this. Bill I will attach soon.

                        This letter is to complaint about a bad quality headphone and poor response of your store. I have recently purchased from store (Poorvika – Mogaippair west-branch).
                        I purchased the headphone (Sennheiser headphone- Rs.2000/-) on September 05th, 2019. The headphone is having 2 years’ warranty but within the warranty period, the headphone pin molding naturally damaged and images are also attached for your checking. For the reason of this issue, I contacted and also gave the damaged headphone to the purchasing branch on December 31st, 2020. I visited three times to the same branch for getting the solution of the issue. They did not give the proper response which happened on January 7th, 2021 and they diverted the issue with a wrong guidance to meet some irrelevant persons / address to proceed (all the evidences are attached). I understand that your company is not responsible for the manufacturing the bad quality headphone, but you are responsible for selling this merchandise. Needless to say, I am quite frustrated.
                        I have anticipated a much higher level of service with caring from the company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I am expecting the proper solution for this correct issue. I respect you for using your valuable time to read this complaint letter.
                        So, my genuine issue should be properly resolved at the earliest.

                            I Did not work after that so i went for check where i bought at poorvika centre.

                              I bought on oppo f17 pro on Jan 2021 from Jalahalli Branch. He told me that the processor which is used in this mobile is equal to Snapdragon 865( Flagship level) and it is based on stock android. I was busy on my works, that's why I couldn't rise this issue.

                                Hi i ordered realme 6 4gb 64gb mobile last[protected] i paid the total amount too.after 3days 23.01.2021 i got the call from executive and mobile is out of stock after that same day 23.01.2021 i get alert from poorvika mobiles and realme 6 mobile is available ordered now so then i called to poorvika customer care and confirm about that model realme 6 is available ? executive told me yes available order now and he sent a link nd he said following steps to order nd paid 2nd time but now they told today again stock is unavailable today is the last day for republic offer in all sites so i need my amount today or need same product otheriwse i will complaint in consumer act i have all proofs call records 4executives talked to me and ordered me to order a mobile

                                  I thought Poorvika was a big brand, I never expected this from you, so unethical and gimmick to get good traffic for your website during the offer period.

                                  I got a notification from your Poorvika official website about offers on oppo reno 2z phones then I enquired with your support system they gave the confirmation, following the same I ordered reno 2z phone by paying through credit card and waited for 3 days but I didn't receive my phone so today evening I enquired with customer care and they gave a very neglect answer that it's out of stock and we can't deliver it (Actually I order on Flipkart and later cancelled it only to order from your site) I fell for your foul play. Now in other online sites, they have increased the prices.

                                  You have completely lost the credibility, better I get my phone or else I am going to write negatively about your brand on every possible social media platform with evidence be it quora, FB, Twitter, Instagram, google review and in my blog.                                     We have purchased a power bank in 03rd March 2020 in poorvikamobiles, N.usman road.it was not working from the month of Dec 2020 itself. As it was 1 year warranty, we went to return it by 10th of Jan 2021.Being a sales executive, he just like blindly says that the box for that powerbank given will be required along with bill and powerbank while returning back, but nowhere it was written that cover is mandatory. Also, he is strongly arguing that it was 6 months warranty.He dint even listen to our words that we have seen it as 365 days warranty. Then we again went on 11th of Jan 2021 and returned it back. After showing the box with 1year warranty, he dint said any single word.

                                    He said us to come by wednesday or Thursday ie., 13th or 14th Jan 2021, we called him on 14th Jan 2021 for collecting the replaced one. He said that as it was a pongal festival, he asked us
                                    to come by after Monday I.e., on 18th of Jan.So, I called them by 23rd Jan for collecting it.Executive is saying that to come by Sunday morning as approval is pending.

                                    For replacement how could they take these much days. It's not at all fair.i am going to that place everytime from tambaram which is far from that place.

                                    Poorvika has providing the worst service and hospitality for the customers who are going for repair and replacement.
                                    We need a proper action.
