[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — worst customer service in pondy bazaar branch | |||
I have asked to Redmi-Y2 Dark grey (3GB). since there is no stock in the branch they told we will get from Ambattur branch and will give you very next day. But there is no calls nothing from any one from Pondy Bazaar Branch. Finally i called after 7 PM next day, they simply told will call you in next 1 hour but after that no calls as usual from their side. Third day i only called again they told still stock is not there. I got frustrated with the service, finally i told i don't want and i ordered through Amazon. Let me suggest only one thing, Don't go with Pondy bazaar branch because of worst Customer Service.
