[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — wrong info about product

Today half hour before purchased an handset.. Asked for mobile with out antenna for radio.. But sales person suggested mobile sating good sound and work with out antenna
When i checked now it's false info.. When i called showroom they say once when sold they will not discuss about product.. And not guilty omitted their fault

i got call from Poorvika team and enquired about the problem and they were GUILTY on their sales executives at MMDA branch. they asked my option for changing mobile, since i have opened the case i said not needed also i have purchased a new mobile in the mean time. so i have asked them to take action against MMDA branch sales persons, , and closed my complaint. Thanks for your team for your support

As per the branch report, the device was billed only by the choice of the customer.

If the IMEI number doesn't activate we can replace the new one as per your wish.

In case of any functional defect please visit service center and let us know to support you for replacement.

i am not looking for new mobile but to inform about the insult made by your staff towards the customer..

ask your staff to be professional and suggest correct product and not to CHEAT the customer

Dear Poorvika team,

I wont accept your statement, device was billed only by customer choice -- here customer was cheated with wrong device which doesnot matches my need and its by your sales executive

Either-way i raised this concern just to inform the fault of your sales team at MMDA showroom..so that you raise action against your executive and other customer will not be cheated like this...

And FYI - I already purchase a new device from Sangeetha mobiles ..
