Hi team here am expressing the dissatifaction towards the experience of purchasing a new vehicle from your authorized dealership pratham motors.

1. The car was delayed for more than 5 days lastly when i reached the dealership i had to wait for more than 3 hrs to get the car delivered.

2. To my surprise i received the car with the basic accessories which was not opted by me and the executive asked me to pay for the same.

3. The receipts and invoice copy says hp-kotak mahindra whereas i had purchased the car at full cash which was told by me from the time of booking.

4. Delivery was given to me without the fast tag and owners manual with temporary registration which was not opted by me.

Its been four days since i have taken the eeco car delivery and no information towards my car registration or the documents pending. It has been such a pathetic service provided to the customer and left blind without any kind of follow up or information.
I want the action to be taken against the dealer and resolve my concern at the earliest.

    Hi,

    Going with pratham motor was big mistake, they promised me lot's of thing when it came to delivery, they just not broke there promises but also misbehaved with me. There sale man mr. Vikram say me "don't put words into mouth". Sach is language they use for there customer once payment is done. I could suggest everyone never go pratham motors.

    Mr. Vikram while buying the car promises me give seat cover my choice along with mad flops and lot's of such things, when i kept asking about seat cover on the delivery day he just put one of the available without consulting me, when about it, he said not problem i will get it change which he failed to do so.
    Lots of such thing there, they are big time cheaters.

      I gave my vehicle KA 03 MH 7189 for service on 29-Jan-2018. No one contacted me after that. When I checked on 31-Jan-2018, no one was aware about my vehicle. I contacted Jabee number mentioned on my job card I was told he doesn't have my car. This also after calling him multiple times. Then he gave another number, that person also didn't had my car. Then I got manager number, which was switched off. Then I got some floor incharge Raj number, who picked my call and told me he will call back in 10-15 mins, he din't call. Then when i called back he very rudely told he is having lunch and cannot help. Then i again called he told he will call back in 1 hr. No call as expected. I called back after 3 hours and he plainly told he will arrange for a call in 10 mins, when I refused to listen to him, he told me that he will cut my call. When i shouted, he got someone to talk to me, who told me that now they found my car. What ### is this? What kind of service is this from Pratham? How can they be so bad. So after 3 days, my car repairs have started and still I don't know when will I get my car.

        It may credit by this month end or 1st week of Feb 18.

          I had given my car for service in Sept, as I was told that the A/C had a blockage and needs to be cleans. Instead of cleaning, they changed the blower fan. (The A/C was working perfectly, the only problem was that there was water dripping inside the car for a while, which was easily resolved much before the service). After the car came back from service, I got a call asking how was the service and I told them that I have still not used the car to comment. I hardly use the car. Later when I used the car, I noticed that the first time I switched on the A/C there was a whole lot of dust and dried small leaves that got blown into the car. And the whole drive to office, my ac was blowing hot air even at early morning, I keep the ac in internal circulation mode only and at 19 degrees. I assumed that it was my feeling and then left it. In the next few months I used the Car 2 or 3 times, and every time I got the same feeling, but since it was a short drive I could not validate. Lastly in Nov I got struck in traffic for an hour, and even in an hour my car at 19 degree setting was only blowing hot air, I raised a complaint to Pratham. I was asked to take the car there, but I refused as it was an issue that occurred after service, and its not even 3 months of service and part replacement. They finally agreed to pick up the car. After that I receive a call from the service center telling the compressor was not connected, and now the compressor needs cleaning for good performance and it would cost me some Rs.800+/-. I asked them not to do any such things as the A/C did not have any performance issues before service. The vehicle is then delivered back with an additional bill of Rs.257/- and I am being told that this is for the manual labor. I had to pay for an issue that they created. Two days later, I decide to take the car to office and when I use the remote, the Siren does not make any sound. I thought that the remote sound mute problem, and tried all possible ways. Then I decide that there is a real problem, and call up service again. They said they will send some one to check. The person calls me when I am at office, and I could not go home for that purpose leaving my work. I took the car to another service center nearby and they have identified that the siren is spoiled and need to be replaced.

          In short, give your car to Pratham motors for service if you want to slowly replace all the parts and have a car that is perfectly working to be an always failing equipment.

          This is not the first time it happened to me. Few years earlier, I was told that engine cleaning will improve performance and I said yes. I regret having done it, as my car was much smoother before that cleaning was done. After that I had stopped going to Pratham for many years. But then I thought of trying again and regret my decision again

          The car still works fine and literally never gave any issues after I took it to the new service station near my house. Just that I never took it to Pratham again, and had to spend some amount to rectify the problems that was caused after giving the car to Pratham motors for service.
          Hai this is sudeendra, I booked vehicle at vasanth nagar Queens road on 12th Feb 2018 booking number is REC17004650. Because of some reason I want to cancel the booking so please help me.

            My name is vivekananda i have alto k10 car 14 months back i have purched
            This car in sarjapura show room battery is not working in that car still we have warranty for that battery but show room peoples are not responding properly. Recently they have done service for that car clutch is also facing the same issue.
            I will not recommend any one to buy the cars in parham motor they don't how do the service for the car in sarjapura show room

              During the visit for the 1st free maintenance for my vehicle ka 01 mq 4282 - ertiga vxi+, clearly mentioned that there is a noise coming from back of roof top to the advisor sachin. It has been delivered yesterday (5oct2017) without addressing the issue. Looks like just did the cleaning and sent back. I have been associated with pratham motors for last 14+ years and this time it is a worst service that i have never seen before. Foot mats are also not cleaned properly. Such a poor service.

              They need to improve on 'first time right' to avoid wasting everyone's time

              In fact i had gone for mcp as well where in you have to pay the maintenance fees in advance for two years with some good discount. Now looks like we loose the control of going to other service center. Yes, need to plan now for withdrawing the mcp package.

                I have given my car zen estilo black vehicle on 09-sep-2017 for the repair after i towed my vehicle to pratham motors, hsr extension (Somasundarapalya)

                Pratham kudlu gate service engineer, advised me to go for insurance and i claimed for the damage. Since front bumper part is not available, my vehicle delivered on yesterday (24-sep-2017) without front bumper replacement after two weeks. Service engineer asked me to pay rs 6300 as an advance and he told me he will generate invoice after bumper replaced.

                I got very bad service this time. Please see my below compaint.

                Faulty service complaint:

                My vehicle was delivered as faulty service. When i took and drove my vehicle today evening, i have noticed the "high engine coolant temperature" (Red color) warning light is blinking always and smoke is coming from ac vent while driving. Even i switched off ac also, the "high engine coolant temperature" (Red color) warning light is blinking always. I immediately stopped vehicle and informed the same service engineer. He advised me to park the vehicle in pratham motors, bellandur office.
                When i opened my car bonnet, i was shocked the service has been provided to me. Collant oli is empty and also some 7up bottle near to engine. Very very bad service.
                Please find the attached photos that i have been taken.

                I have sent same images to same service engineer. As he advised me, i have parked my vehicle pratham motors, bellandur office and hand over to key at security person. He told me he will collect tomorrow the same to repair.

                Please take appropriate action and repair my vehicle with good condition asap.

                  That is a worst experience from nexa partham motors. That is really upsetting to me and to my wife where she is pregnant. First we did not received the delivery of car on time which was supposed to deliver by 02:00pm and got delivered by 6:00 pm evening.
                  Second car was not in perfectly good condition (Car with scratch and boot lock which is not locking properly).

                  Mr. Shiv kumar response were very unrealistically and shocking.

                  Nexa (Pratham motors) is premium show room from maruthi and such behaviors can not be accepted.

                  Also, i came know from yesterday experience, that they do not value their customers.

                    I had given my car for service on 11/09/2017 invoices nr: 018/bc/17000555. Vehical number ka51m9280. After receiving car i found few issues 1. I found water inside car, seats and floor is wet. Music player is not working..

                      We got our new car vitara breza from pratham motors before 3 months they are not providing proper service they have collected tcs tax for 2 times for same vehicle and they dint issued rc book if we call no body is responding even employees and executives are not responding not picking the calls and they are not providing good customer service they have irritated lot so we are not going for service also we are taking service from another dealer.

                        Hi,

                        I gave my car for bodyshop work and normal service with issues in air conditioner working. While fixing air conditioner gas leak service supervisor mr ravi/mehanic has damaged something. My car was not making any noise on while turning on or during running. But now very loud sound is coming all the time. I called pratham motors service desk and registered my complaint. A person visited my place and checked the car. He tried to make me understand that issue was there before service itself. On my insistance he agreed to get the car picked and fixed the issue. It is a week since nobody came to pick up the car for fixing the issue. I called mr ravi twice without any success, pratham really sucks. Will never go there for service again and will tell all my friends not to go there.

                        Hi I hand overed my yellow Board vehicle on 30th Aug to Abdhul Gafor(Advisor) for insurance claim purpose, he said on 30th as it will take 3 to 4 days I agree for that, but today (4th/SEP) he is saying it will take another more than 2 day's.                           I had my annual paid service done at pratham motors service center at kudlu on aug 20th. While giving for servicing the concerned service engineer didn't tell me anything about removing any part. However when he handed over the car to me after servicing, i found the sd card containing mapmyindia map is missing!

                          I like to complain against the above and request for a resolution

                            Service was done in april 2017 with engine oil change and coolant change.
                            Others things like battery replacement and general cleaning etc
                            Less than 500 km run, the engine heats up, i check engine oil and coolant levels myself. I find coolant is half and engine oil is 3\4!!!
                            The service was not done, i was charged money.

                              Service was not done for the vehicle, whole drama played by you people.

                              Satisfactory resolution was not provided, complaint registered was closed on your own.. Is this the way you treat your customers?

                              How could the complaint be closed when i didn't accept the resolution offered by you to me. Irrespective of what ever be the state you want it to closed?

                              Just because to close the complaint in specified timings you are closing them? How could you do this?

                                I gave my car for first and free service to Pratham motors along with bumper replacement, the car was with service centre people for more than a week.

                                While delivering the vehicle there was no mention about service not being done to me.

                                Almost after 15 days I received the call from these people for service, which shocked me. Then they took gap for 3 days and they confirmed me the slot

                                Just because they gave commitment to the other customer they ignored my appointment and they are tried to convince me for alternative. Why an alternative for me

                                The vehicle was delivered to me with no petrol on the first day itself and now I am facing issue with this service people.

                                I need the authorities to take an action.

                                You are cheating your customers just by ignoring them and closing on your need basis? I am not going to leave this ??? Did you ever informed me that you are closing the same? what the hell are you doing with your customers??
                                I was promised by Mr Anil kumar and his boss nr shoji Anthony to deliver the Dzire car by mid of June 17. Now after mid July also there is no clue of car Delivery and they stopped picking my calls. Pathetic sakes team never ever get trapped by Pratham motors .

                                  I have paid around 25000 for my swift diesel vehicle for servicing from december to march. again in april i have similiar coolant leakage issues which was fixed in december. My question here is during servicing of vehicle, 2500 was charged just to check the vehicle. Why was the issue not rectified during check. The labor charges are extremely high. for changing water pump you charge 2600 labor? unnecessary labor charges are being taken. no permenant solutions provided. Never i will get my vehicle serviced in pratham.

                                    I purchased this above mentioned vehicle in the month of april last year 27th april. i had done my 2 services for car. in my 2nd service the people are informing me that the battery is depleted. kindly change the battery at an additional amount of 4000 rs.

                                    1. my question is which cars battery is depleted in 2 to 3 months. and while purchasing the car why it was not given me a good one rather than the used one.

                                    2. my clutch has totally gone i cannot shift my gears my question is after 40000 kms if the clutch plate has to be changed why it was not changed and then sold to me

                                    answers i got from showroom;

                                    1. sir u are driving it for the first time that's why it has happened so we cant do anything u have to spend.

                                    2 . mr. santosh: sir ur battery was depleted because you switched on the parking lights and went somewhere that's why it has happened,

                                    when i said this gentleman that i am driving cars from 2011 his answers were ;
                                    mr santosh: sir anyone can make driving license and can drive a car that is not a big factor u are also the same

                                    w.a.o factors by pratham motors stating that it is the only customers fault. pratham motors really make a customer feel special with this kind of words from the service staff.

                                    3. mr laksman: sir while we checked ur car everything was fine now only it if giving problems so we cant do anything so please get it to showroom and spend 6700 towards whole clutch change.

                                    this are the answers given by so called professional kids.

                                    if a car that is 2nd hand sold to a customer it has to be made sure that the car parts are in good condition, it should not be like the car has been given and then all the issues started.

                                    the best part is the answers from the showroom people that sir i[censored] know so much about the car then u could have checked at the time of purchasing only why you are eating our head now. you have to pay and get that repaired we cant do anything.

                                    i appreciate maruti suzuki to create such a nice customer answering parametres and would definitely expect some more to come from your side.

                                      Recently I got my maruti swift serviced from Pratham Motors, Bellandur showroom, it costed me more than Rs. 11000 that too for regular service, whereas i was expecting the charges to be within rs 6000 - rs 7000.

                                      My vehicle is 2009 model around 67000 km driven till now and is in a very good condition.
                                      When I discussed the matter regarding bill with one of your senior supervisor, he stated that when vehicle is that long kms driven, these synthetic oils are not required to be put in vehicle, which your service man poured into my car while servicing. In addition to that, he mentioned a few more things which costed an extra overhead of more than 4000 rs.
                                      Your senior supervisor mentioned that these 4k could have been saved, as it is not required for any vehicle which ran these long kms.

                                      The main purpose for getting the service done from maruti showroom was, adjusting the focussing of the car's headlight and foul smell was permeating in my car from outside.
                                      Also, the service light in my vehicle was contantly lightened.

                                      Regarding focussing your engineer asked me to get the headlight bulbs replaced with high vision bulbs.
                                      After getting those replaced, still the focussing is not proper. Also, my car's front bumper got dislocated while changing the head lights.They fixed that by inserting a screw from outside which is looking wierd and on top of that the bumper is still not properly fixed.

                                      To fix the foul smell problem, they mentioned a cushion needs to be replaced in the inside and outside air mode because the older cushion is torn.They quoted the charges for the same as rs 1500, which is too high as compared to if i get it fixed from outside, as that cushion costs only 100rs - 200rs max.

                                      Regarding service light, only one out of four heating plugs was faulty, while others were working fine.
                                      Your service advisor assisted me to get all of them replaced, as they will also get fused within a month.
                                      I believe you people are blindfolding your customers for the sake of money.

                                      I have raised a concern regarding the same problems and till now I did not receive a call from any of your senior executives yet.
                                      I visited your service centre, because I trusted your services blindly, but the outcome is pathetic. A daunting experience.
                                      I reckon your prime motive should be customer satisfaction, whereas, my experience is not even near to satisfaction.
