There are two complaints:
1. The steering wheel is vibrating after this service and repairs.

2. My gear lock is missing in car

Both of these complaints are already reported to Pratham motors but only promises, no action so far.

No call from pratham motors...also this service guy never picks up my phone now as I may start asking him about my missing gear lock...

I'm disappointed ...

The only action on this complaint was a phone call promising to take care of this but since then 10 days passed and no real action on ground. I think only thing here is promises.

    The car was given to Pratham motors on 23rd January, 2017 for insurance claim and body repair. Insurance people came and saw the car. Approve it. But till 2 days no one informed me and i was keep on calling them but no one was responding. Finally when i kept on calling them, then after 5 days on 28th Jan 2017 in the evening they called and told that work has not started yet. And now the condition is my i am no where and they have mentally tortured me by keeping my car with them and not informing properly what is going on.

      I purchased a new car in pratham motors bellandur branch a month ago.
      Initially they promised that they will deliver the vehicle in time in which they did.
      Later on they gave guaranty that they will do proper service in time without any issues.
      Even i had told them to give the same service in the future aswell.

      But just after 2weeks the problem started.
      Under the vehicle it started leaking all over the body.
      At first i thought oil was getting leaked.
      I was not able to understand what was happening.
      Later i took to the nearest showroom and the mechanic said that the under chasis coating was not done properly. (Thiner not applied)

      I was furious about this.
      When i checked with them they are like we are sorry it won't happen again.
      We will rectify this. But the damage was already done.
      In this branch the paint shop is very careless.

      Since it was getting faded even though they had put the thiner still the old marks was there (Like a rust) which was looking odd.

      I am really unhappy about this. I made a biggest mistake by purchasing in pm instead of other dealers which were closer to my house.

      There are lot of issues which happened which i have not mentioned.

      Just after 3 weeks they called me for a first service and they said they can give pick and drop for the first service which i declined.

      Conclusion is they will do whatever you want initially later once you have paid the amount once the car is yours they are least bothered.

      I have made up my mind that i will not do any business with pratham motors in the future nor recommend pm to my friends or others.

      I don't understand this. what will you do now ?

      Damage is already done

      Whichever dept did the under chasis coating have not applied the thiner.
      Thiner should be applied at the first time when they did under chasis coating.
      Since they didn't apply the thiner it started fading and falling like a Grease oil.

      I Specifically told them to clearly remove everything and start Under chasis coating from scratch.

      They came and took the vehicle I don't know what they did ..they say that it as been rectified.

      But when i see it they have just washed under the vehicle they have applied the thiner in hurry and given instead of doing from scratch.

      but when you see under the car in many places it looks rust like a old iron.
      which is looking Weird.

        I commited a mistake of buying a ciaz zdi when ur executive Mr. Anoop cheated me telling it gives 20 to 22 km mileage. Ur broucher says it gives 28km. After purchase. I get only 13 to 15. I was directed to service team. He said it will giv max of 18km after first service. But not more. He says during sales the executive lie.. after first service my car still gives the same. Now he says it will improve after third service. But the funny part is my friend who bought from nexa gets 20km before first service. So i will put this on all social medias

          Theie HDFC bank person has given wrong details in the NACH mandate to my savings bank account i.e. citibank with which i have the loan.
          Even after my repeated attempts and follow ups no one has called me back and i am paying EMIs manually with penalties for last 2 months.
          Completely unprofessional by Maruti.

          WAnt some higher official from Pratham motors to intervene into the matter.

            Here with sharing my experience with pratham moters (address: #16, outer ring road, bellandur, bengaluru, karnataka 560103
            Phone:[protected]. we had booked one swift dezire on 16 jun, 2016. the sales executive, named murali (mob: [protected]) and jaiprakash ([protected]) came and explained the pricing and accessasries pack
            And we booked the cab with giving 5000 cheque. he commited to deliver the vehicle by 17-jul-2016 in one month. we said ok. now time moved and there was no
            Call for any update from delear till 15 - jul -2016, then we started calling them but murali never picked the call, some time picked by mistake and kept the phone aside
            We called to their customer care but no response. we called to customer care, wrote plenty of emails but no response

            At last we had to visit the showroom in person and talked to the executives, then after lot of noise, we had been assigned a diff executive named harish (mob: [protected]). after he
            Discussed and chekcked all the details he confirmed, your vehicle is on it's way and we will surly deliver it by 6th of august, 2016. we did not have choice and said ok
            Then on 1st they called and asked to do the payment, we said we will pay on the same day as we get the car, harish said ok and they never deliver the car by 6th august.

            Then i made complaint to maruti, but maruti also never came back on the issue, everytime the call center people used to say, this is progress, we cant do anything and so on.
            We had lost hope from all the soucres, then finally i could speak to the sales head mr kiran j ([protected] / [protected]). he said the prices have been increased, you need to pay 30k extra and the vehicle can be given to you
            On 20th august, i was like omg... fisrt you guys will make it delayed and then will ask the penality to customer saying the price rise...

            Finally we had to cancel the booking, wasted 3 months of time, brunt blood by talking to unprofessional people,
            Explaing same issue 10 times to 10 different people and became the point of fun.

            Maruti has worst customer care seems, now i am buying some other comapny car

            Beware of pratham moters

            1. you will meet unprofessional, giving you fake commitment sales people:
            Murali (mob: [protected]) and jaiprakash ([protected]) harish (mob: [protected]) kiran j ([protected] / [protected])

            2. never trust on their oral commitment, they say oral commitment is not valid, always get a written commitment and details, but they will never
            Respond your email

            3. they will follow you up only till you hav ebooked the car, after that you will only chase them trust me

            4. no matter what has happend, they wil prove you only wrong at the end.

            5. they do not have customer care, only customer cares for them. but only once in life.

            6. they can increase the price any time, and will force you to pay the same otherwise you have to lose the time.

            7. maruti had been a good company but now there are much better professionals in auto market, maruti does not care what are you shouting for,
            They will listen the same story from 10 different ears, and finally will make you frustrate you will only say the issue is resolved, pl forgive me.

            There is nothing that has been resolved. Why did u marked it is resolved. Please let it be open. I have suffered for 3 months and just by saying we will check on the issue u are closing?

              We purchased new Maruti Alto VXI on last year from Pratham Motors bellandur. Recently our car broke down near to 50 kms close to bangalore around 10 pm in the night. We are trying to reach them for the assistance nobody is responding from pratham motors and nobody from pratham motors is ready to help at that time. It was late night we are requesting someone to help. Next day we complained on the same. Pratham motors were demanding around 8000 to pick the car from the spot apart from repairing. WE FELT VERY BAD AND IT WAS THE VERY VERY WORST EXPERIENCE FROM PRATHAM MOTORS. NEVER TRUST PRATHAM MOTORS IN FUTURE.

                My vehicle number KA01 MF 6596

                i had purchased the vehicle in true value pratham motors, singsandra on may 19th 2016
                and july 1 i had got the first checkup done within 1500 kms from purchase date
                after service i barely had driven 400 kms,
                the vehicle developed rpm rise problem since 2 weeks
                i was thinking as power of swift as it was still under warranty
                i trusted the TV warranty certificate issued
                and first service no clutch isuue was reported
                But the vehicle came to complete halt on 15th august
                it was just 1900 kms from purchase date

                the vehicle halted completely, no accident involved
                so i called on road service complaint No 1020496

                i was shocked to know the reason for failure was clutch problem

                and it was towed to nearest maruti authorized service centre (kalyani motors) and was serviced
                and a bill of 8324 was given which i paid and got the vehicle back

                later i contacted the outlet where i purchased the car
                along with car and invoice today @ 11 am (18th august 2016)
                but they refused to cover the warranty
                as during first service in pratham motors service in hsr layout
                mechanic has not put his observation as clutch problem

                is it my mistake if mechanic failed to identify??

                i drive the car alone for my personal use only and never given to anyone


                why they certified for 7500 kms
                what is the use of trusting true value certified cars??

                my concerns are
                if i am issued certificate for 7500 kms
                then why warranty is not applied

                why not clutch problem was not identified when i was given car and during first service
                is it my mistake if mechanic failed to identify??

                i expect cluth related expenses to be reimbursed as it happend
                during warranty period

                  Pratham motors is a local shop that's cheating people .
                  I gave my car for serving 2 months back .
                  they charged a heavy amount of 14k . They did not do anything . within 10 minutes I had to bring car back to them as it was making noise, no inspection was done . they fixed it on same job card,
                  since last 48 hours car has gone to them twice . its not starting, they are not avoiding me . no response . car is lying with them . no response . I am filing a consumer case as I want to show pratham motors you cannot underestimate the powers of consumer !!!

                    I had a bad experience in pratham motor driving school hsr layout. The instructors are rude and the schedules are not maintained. I am not satisfied with the teaching as well as during stimulation class the instructors are busy with their cell phones. They act as if we know driving. There is no patience in the instructors. They drag the course for 2 months. And the car for which we have paid for is not given. Im very disappointed. Please do not join this driving school.

                    Same case here very horrible scheduled maintaing even after 1 month all my 6 out of 10 practicals are pending and the manager is so irresponsible that puts all blame on me for just missing two classes is there any comparison.I have wasted my money and time.please, do not join pratham driving school.

                      My car no. Is py01bh3688. I gave my swift dezire on 11th july 2016. Three jobs were to be done. The gear synchroniser was done well. The horn was tuned. The third was the power lock of the door could not be rectified by your peopale and hence handed over to nippon reps. He came home attended and left the car power dry. I called up pratham and they sent the team charged in 5 mints. And charged me rs.485/-. The power lock did not work. Again the nippon person came today attended and is on observation but left the car power dry. What do i do? Do i have to call pratham to charge the car and pay rs.485/- again.

                      I am surprised at the speed at which Pratham Motors had taken it up. My son works in Bangalore as a senior Mgr. in a Multy National company and he is your cliant and a good friend to Mr.Kishore of Pratham. I am a retired AGM of JV company In Pondicherry.
                      My son spoke to your Officer and by 11.30 my car battery was charged and as per my son's advise I took my car to Your Belandur service unit and reported that the battery was quickly getting discharged. Your personals swung into action and in 15 minutes they identified the drain and corrected it. I have taken the car upto Bishop cotton school and come bach to receive a call from Mr.Shetty your Service Mgr. I am thrilled at the service done and I withdraw my complaint and I I feel Persons like Mr.Kishore are an asset to the company and I wish that I will take it a point to get the service done at Pratham Motors and with People like Mr.Kishore.
                      My profound apologies for the complaint and I withdraw it. Pl. note that Pratham has done an excellant job and if there be a room for complaint it is only Nippon to be told. Regards,

                        Dear Maruti and Pratham Motors,

                        I, Manoj had approached Pratham Motors Maruti Showroom(Rajajinagar), Bangalore to book an Alto K10 VXI(firebrick red).
                        On January 17th I booked the car with an initial payment of Rs10000. I was promised of car delivery by last week of January.

                        My customer ID : [protected]

                        On 30th Jan, I paid the rest of the money(Rs4, 31, 000). The customer executive(Chetan) promised me of delivery in a week. However, after repeated calls from me, the executive informed me that it will be delayed by another week. He promised me of delivery by Feb 14th.

                        On Feb 13th, the same executive informed me that Maruti has no production of the same car and suggested me to take the silver color variant instead of Red color. His message was, Maruti has shut down its Tamil Nadu unit and only Gurgaon plant is functional with a monthly Alto production of just 60 cars!!

                        I was taken aback with the supply chain management of Maruti .Asked him to check for Swift LXi and obliged with the color he had in stock. The executive told me that Swift LXI Grey(O) is in transit and will be delivered within 12-15 days.

                        However, after repeated calls today(19th Feb), the executive is telling me that Swift will take more time and instead is asking me to go for Alto Silver.

                        I being the customer, have got a feeling that I have to listen to the Maruti employee instead of the other way round.After a month of waiting for the car, I am still clueless of when I can expect the car.

                        I am completely unhappy with the treatment I have received with Maruti, in particular Pratham Motors. This is pure breach of trust!!

                        Hence I have opted for refund of money, there is a clause in the booking docket which says I have to cough up Rs1500 for withdrawal.

                        I have lost the interest on the money I have already paid and to add to the woes, have to loose Rs1500 for no fault of mine.

                        I am expecting Maruti and Pratham Motors to take necessary action.

                        Dear Pratham, the service should be SWIFT. This is not the way you treat customers after you get his money.
                        Dear pratham motors and Maruthi,

                        Maruthi is know for its trust in the heart of Indian automotive community. I am deeply saddened after reading the above greviences caused to your potential new member in family.

                        The sales man is a complete fraud in my view. THERE IS NO MANUFACTURING PLANT OF MARUTHI IN CHENNAI.

                        Kindly do a complete refund along with applicable interest rate ASAP.

                        You should not take money and make the promises when you are incapable of respecting your own delivery dates.
                        And sales person message of shut down of manufacturing plant of maruti in chennai is totally misleading when there is not plant in chennai itself.
                        I will make sure that none of my friends & family persons from my contacts should reach you and tell them that no one from their contacts also to not to reach you.

                          I have a Maruti Alto 800 which I had given to Pratham motors for the 3rd paid servicing. The parking sensor was working perfectly fine when I had given it for servicing via pick up. Post service, i noticed that the sensor was not detecting close objects like it used, the wires were jutting out in the rear, to and immediately flagged off the pratham workshop service personnel. After spending one whole day at their workshop, they finally informed that the device had gone bad and has to be replaced. This was unexpected and they now have an unhappy customer who will think twice before spending money on their so called premium service to have unforseen issues which they are unable to solve.

                          I am glad to say that Pratham Motors listens to its customers. I did receive a call and follow up from Mr Chetan and Mr Azhar- customer service and they got the sensor dealer to take the device for checking. Though my issue is not resolved yet, I appreciate the follow up to my issue and want to thank the support team for the same.

                            I gave my Swift for back bumper replacement on 4th Dec. The person who spoke to us about quoted that the charges will come to around Rs.4500 (after excluding insurance amount), which we already highlighted as too high. He committed to deliver the vehicle by 8th Dec, which is already too much of time. On 7th morning, I got call saying bumper replacement might take time, as stock is not available. He told that he will update about the same on 8th. But I didn't get any call. Then we started calling them and they told that car will be ready by 11th Dec. One week for bumper replacement. When we went for receiving the car, there were lot of surprises waiting for us 1. They told amount to be paid is Rs. 6880, which is nearly double the coated amount. The reason told was insurance was not taken from them. This was not highlighted when we gave the car for repair. The previous time when we gave the car for repair to them with the same insurance, insurance covered most of the expense, but this time it did not. We highlighted the same to them and no one cared to even respond. After a long argument, they reduced it to Rs. 5742. They also told that if insurance does not agree for this we will call back to pay the remaining. We finally paid the amount. 2. We saw the car with parking censor damaged and was not working. We told them to change the censor as it was broken. None of the responded to our request. Instead they were trying to make it work. When we gave for repair, the guy who spoke to us told that they will charge for censor fitting as they have to drill hole in the bumper. When we questioned on the same, they told there is no extra charge and it is slightly broken and is ok. After some struggle, they made it work no told it is working now, so don't have to change it. Even after telling that it is not acceptable to break the censor, no one cared. 3. One back wheel cover was missing. They searched for it and placed the cover. After all these irritating behaviours, finally they told sorry, which any ways is not going to give back our extra money or broken censor. 4. After taking the car home, we got one another surprise - bunny toy which is worth US dollar 12 and mobile charger with wire worth Rs. 1000 were missing. My husband went back on the next day (12th) to check with them. Response was horrible. "We never take anything out. If we take we will leave it back on the dashboard. Check your dashboard. We will check with the mechanic how was working on that". Observations 1. Service is not good. 2. Communication is not good. 3. No responsibility. I will never ever step into Pratham and will strongly suggest people not to go there.

                              Hi, I bought a new maruthi Suzuki Ciaz vehicle from Pratham motors on August 5th, 2015. In the package, I was given hertz speaker as corporate bonus and a Teflon coating for a price of 4500. when I received the car, I got the hertz speak and when I asked about the maruthi speaker which comes, they told the car had only 3 speakers and have raised the issue with maruthi. will get the speaker in one week time. Its been one month and with follow up I haven't got the original speakers yet. For the Teflon coating they told for 4500 you would get Teflon coating warranty of 3 to 5 years. when I asked for the coupon for the next 4 years, they told they have done already a good coat which will stay for 5 years. what I understand is that you need to do the Teflon coating every year to have the correct effect. After a lot of talks, they agreed to give me one time coupon which has also just been promised and never given. I am really disappointed with the way they promised many things which were never given to me

                                The music system(JVC), purchased from Pratham motor, HSR bangalore switches off whenever A/c is switched on or car door is opened. Even with constant complaints it has not been repaired. Problem exists from the day i have purchased the car (July, 2015). Please repair it completely.

                                  I would like to complaint against pratham motors and maruti suzuki company who has delivered me a car which got breakdown with in a week from my purchase date. I purchased swift VDI 2015 model from Pratham motors with registration number KA 01 MM 2747. who didn't do proper check while delivering the vehicle. How a vehicle relay will get damaged in a week day for a brand new vehicle.

                                  Instead of rectifying the issue i held without going to office for two days which cause a lost of 2 days of my salary and also leave balance available as it got dreakdown in Chittoor District, Pakala. I called helpline number provided in the booklet with a complaint number 891917. Later a mechanic from Chittoor came and inspected the vehicle, however he could not able to find out what exactly happened to the vehicle.

                                  The mechanic later informed me that the vehicle needs to be toed till chittoor which is 35KM away from the place where it got breakdown. The next whole day the vehicle was there in the workshop and they found that the relay is not good. need to replace. I disputed the charges incurred to me as this is not my fault for internal issues.

                                  I denied to pay the charges of Rs. 2, 500/- which they have charged me for towing the vehicle and replacing the relay (damaged internal coil). I called Pratham motors Vipin who is the head in servicing department who promised me that he will adjust the money paid in the amount of Rs. 2, 500/- during my first service. However, i got a reply that it will not be refunded.

                                  Now i would like this amount to be refunded, in addition the loss of my pay for two days and the struggle from which i been through, if not the whole vehicle to be replaced .

                                    Booked a vehicle at Pratham motors on 13th December.Supposed to get delivery on 15th. The Dealer sales executive didn't even gave me a proforma invoice and subsequently the bank could not process the loan.All loan documents were ready by 13th itself, they were just waiting for the proforma invoice.DSE didn't gave the proforma and the loan was approved on 17th. Same day, went to dealership to fit the accessories and for final settlement. Told them that next day, I will take delivery at 4.The vehicle will be in temporary registration.Next day I reached at 4 and they kept me waiting till 8 PM saying the loan papers had not come. Anyway took the delivery cursing the desicion to take the vehicle.At the dealership, the customer service lady tried convincing and I didnt fall for their nonsense.
                                    Come to January 5th 2015, called up the DSE for permanent registration.(The entire Tax amount was with them).he says will do on 6th.OK, let us do it in the morning itself .He says, come to our showroom .LOL The RTO is near to me why should I come to your showroom? So, on 6th I reached the RTO, I called the DSE and he says wait till 4 o clock in the evening. God!!! .Went to the RTO, talked to him and showed the vehicle, he said let the guy from dealership come, he will take care of that. No, its not over. When the guy comes to RTO, he didnt take the address proof with him(!), how callous can a person be? He calls and says you come to the RTO with address proof. The I decided and called up the DSE, where is my address proof I had given ? He says you have not given .then how did you take my temp registration ? No answer, instead he starts shouting at me.
                                    Man, No customer must go through all these nonsense.
                                    They are still making me going rounds. Not yet got the work done.
                                    Nobody can parden these type of callousness.
                                    And Maruti gets JD Power customer awards? Really ?

                                    Dear Sir, We have sent mail communications to you on Mon 12/15/2014 7:36 PM confirming the status of proforma invoice with your bank as they had confirmed that they had received the same. As you are aware you had opted for finance from your own sources and we had to wait for your finance confirmation for registration and delivery .We had informed you by mail on Wed 12/17/2014 12:17 PM about non receipt of delivery order. We had received your loan approval status from your bank only on Thu 12/18/2014 6:12 PM i.e. on the date of delivery hence your delivery was delayed. The delivery order received by us on the date of delivery was also wrong and was addressed to another dealer and not to us. We have not insisted for full payment for the car being purchased by you but we have only insisted for the Loan confirmation from your bank per standard process. We had written mails to you before registration in regards to the importance of delivery order from bank. Your Road tax Challan would be delivered to you today. We register or deliver Car only after payment of full money, as your loan confirmation itself was not available our team was not able to deliver the car.                                     To add to the insult done by these thugs got a shocker when I got the RC card.The manufactured date of the vehicle was of May 2014. Yeah I got delivery of a vehicle which was 6 months old.What ever reason these people had given here is utter nonsense as the loan payment was ready only on giving the proforma invoice.They had not given me my taxpaid receipt till now. Because of the stress created by this I was hospitalized .Had also informed Maruti Suzuki about this and there was no response. I will never recommend or buy a Maruti car .This was pure cheating.

                                    Next step is in the pipe line.

                                      During my Maruti Suzuki Ritz booking. I have mentioned that I have Maruti driving school gift voucher, which I would like to claim. But during invoice Pratham Motor not considered that. It is worth of 2500Rs. Now they simply saying it can't be accepted. I am not sure where would I be able to use the same.

                                        I taken a delivery of Maruti Ritz Lxi 2013 model on 03 June 2014. On the date of delivery only I come to know it is one year old vehicle. Car making month was Apr-2013, my expectation was vehicle manufacturing month would be last quarter of 2013. They communicated the manufacturing year as 2013 but they have not communicated the month of make during the purchase. This is my first car. I haven't visit their stock yard to check the engine number before delivery (that was my mistake), due to time unavailability. As it is mid of 2014, I could have never agreed for one year old vehicle. I raised the compliant with Maruti as well regarding this one. But the response is quite delay. Please let me know what action I would be able to do further.
