Invoice no. [protected] Complaint no.[protected].09.2012) I had bought an ifb dishwasher (Neptune dx[protected] on 14.01.2012 and since the date of purchase this machine is giving an F5 error. I had launched several complaints regarding this but the engineers they sent were absolutely incompetent in solving my problem. This company has by far the worst after sales service. Recent complaint RNo.313136 lodged on 10th at service centre toollfreenumber, They acted very fast but there was no response from the hyderabad locl service. The technician came on 13th at 1630hrs and fixed the adapter and demanded Rs.150 towards the cost of the rubber adapter i did ask him for the price list as usual he did not had it and contacted his supervisor and connected me to talk.He said that I have to pay. I said it is only 6 month that I have purchased the machine immediate he reduced and told me to pay rs.100 and with argument brought down to Rs.50 Later the height is you donot pay I will pay from my pocket Please donot complain.Hope you understand the behaviour. i did lodged complaint to AP service of IFB Mr. ramakrishna.They are also in the habit of asking the transport charges to deliver the material required for the machine.
Please take care of this approach and try to rectify why the adapter has broken in such shot time which not the case with other washing machines.I am sure that you will view it seriously and mend the ways and stremeline.

I am badly fedup with customer service from IFB.
It is long due complaint. Local engineers are not able to resolve it for such a long time.
They are not at all bothered to call the customer.
Even they do not pick up the phone we call them.
I am not at all happy with such kind of service.
I find it the poorest / worst service.

My complaint has been attended but the problem still persists. I am very disappointed with this company. I urge IFB to kindly replace this machine as the last resort.

IFB — DishWasher Neptune
The IFB Neptune Dishwasher that was sold to us is a piece of junk. We bought the IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) for a mighty sum of around Rs 28000 in the city of Hyderabad. The machine stopped working in a month of two. We called the repair center. They came and fixed something. The machine worked for a week and broke down again. We called the repair center again and they came and replaced another part. It has been the same story since. Pretty much all the parts of the machine have been repaired and the PCB, which is supposed to be the heart of the machine has been replaced about 4 times. After 9 months of chasing the service center and technicians, in whom finally I had no faith, I tried to point out to the IFB managers that I felt I had been sold a lemon. This is because the machine would not work for more than a month at a stretch after repair. It doesnt wash the dishes properly. Worse yet, it leaks. Twice our carpets got ruined because the water from the machine flowed all the way from the kitchen into the living room. They failed to apologize, forget replacing the machine. We have been chasing IFB service center, the technicians (who don't seem to know what they are doing, never land on the time they say and don't have the courtesy to inform you when the machine has been repaied) and IFB managers for about 2 years now. The jingo about 1 million happy customers only grates. All this machine has given me is headache and high blood pressure ! The last dish washer I used was made by GE and worked for 17 years straight without a complaint. IFB ought to be more responsible towards customers who spend such a large sum for their appliance. They should spend some time in ensuring that the machine they have sold is tested for quality and will indeed work. All our other appliaces have worked fine and even if they have to undergo repair, it is not recurrent. I am still waiting to see when IFB feels the shame and takes some action to compensate us for the shoddy product they sold us and the shoddy service they have delivered.
