PSPCL — Bill paid but receipt not generated | |
My pspcl a|c no. is B14DB371049H & contract no. is [protected], I have been paid my bijli bill amount of Rs.5100 on dated 29.09.2015 through SBI net banking transaction I'd DSBI[protected] .But receipt not generated by pspcl sap portal.such has been also done by pspcl online bill payment engine \site many times before .why such as? I have paid my electricity bill online of Rs 9490/- on 16.08.22. Bill is generated in Aug 22. But I have not received the receipt yet and it is not updated in portal as well. My account no [protected]. Kindly find the attached screenshot for payment done online.
