I am resident of gill enclave, sukhram colony and coustomer of pspcl. There is some problem in the transformer of sukhram colony, patiala because of which there is no electricity in the area from last 10 hours. We are facing too much problem due to no electricity. Please send some workmen to repair the transformer. I will be very thankfull to you.

my name is nasib singh i want to inform you that your customer care service is very poor. because the contact number which is shown on your website they can never reply respectively they are not ready to listen the voice of customers.
its not my wording its a wording of your employee when i want to register my complaint regards my online payment first call they never picked by your employee when i re call to your employee on this number [protected] they spoke they have not time call them later. i just want to now that if you never want to listen our complaints so why are you sitting over there and why are you make the customer care department just for the wastage of government money. at the end i just want to tell you that please do your duty honestly.

My name is nasib singh and i am residence of vill; janichak dist.& teh. Pathankot (Punjab). I want to inform you that last time i was pay my electricity bill through online payment for this account. (G62df381194f) from the account of hdfc bank through my nephew. Me and my nephew saw electricity bill payment receipt on that time but tomorrow they can send me electricity bill again including my old bill and also include late fees charges. Whenever on that time my balance was deducted 2 times from my bank account. After deduction of 2 time of balance i was confirmed fro electricity department can they refund my balance or adjust it on next bill but they answered me they will adjust it on next electricity bill. But now they never adjusted it and also send me late fee charges. I just want to tell you that please check my account statement of payment by pspcl and please refund my traditional balance.

I want to drwa your kind attention towards poor supply of electricity as well as very service .As today there was no electricity . I have been calling on1912 since afternoon but couldn't get any proper response. I am a faithful customer . I always pay my bill on time, still I am suffering .

My name is pardeep arora resident of plot no.6-7, gali no-3, rishi vihar, phase-1, majitha road, amritsar-143001 mobile:[protected] my electric account no [protected] consumer no a22hg711038 sub div gopal nagar sub divisa22hg71 and very much regret to draw your kind attention to the disrupted supply of electricity to my area. A fresh incident is on yesterday[protected] at mid night around 1, o'clock no power supply to my above area address and in the morning reported my complaint to concerned local office, and on 1912 (Ref complaint no 3588998) the power restored to me at 6pm. I am staying with my old parents and also had few guest at my home all senior citizens had to face a acute hardship due to non supply of power to my house. It is a regular routine and the reason is not known to me. I am quite confused and regret to remind you that although our pm had earmarked my city (Amritsar) for smart city status but basic needs such as electricity to our city is not provided as per the status of a smart city place. It certainly tarnish the image of a smart city. Some of the common problems faced by my area's residents are as under:
A) frequent stoppage of power supply to our area.
B) fluctuation of electricity is a routine job resulting most of our electrical gadgets are either burned (Due to high voltage) or got defected due to variation in power supply.
C) unexpected stoppage of power supply very off and on to our area resulting a severe problems great inconvenience to area residents.
D) complaints are not promptly attended or faults are not rectified on the spot.
E) invariably the residents are informed by the local department, person/s that the transformers is burnt or had developed problems which we feel something fishy on this as the local persons simply wasting time by not finding permanent solutions to the required problems.
F) shoddy work is carried out by the person/s attending to the calls as the same complaints developed, exists on each occasion.
I earnestly appeal to your good office to initiate an inquiry on such complaints and try to resolve the issues on priority.

I am a resident of Kabir nagar, Ludhiana. High tension wires are lying in front of our gates. Dangerous for life. Many complaints made but no action was taken till date. There is an urgent need for repairs. During thunderstorms wires touches the gates and sparking happens. Kindly resolve the issue as Soon as possible. Kindly repair the wires or replace them with required substitute.

Supply of electricity in house no.4867, street No.20, 22 Ft Road, Durga Puri, Haibowal Kalan, ludhana is not in order from 10.00 a.m. on 5.5.2015. I have lodged the complaint No.3566081 on 5.5.2016, No. 3568814 and No. 3569055 dated 6.5.2016. But the supply line is not restored uptill now i.e. 11.53. am. today i.e. 6.5.2016. It is again requested to direct the concerned staff/official to attend the above said complain and restore of supply line at earliest possible. the dealing official contacted on phone but he does not solve the problems.

I Rakesh Gupta R/o 125-F, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana has a transformer installed just in front of my house. Yesterday night, i.e. 4-5-2016, due to an oil leak from the transformer a fire started which I came to know in the morning. Please make arrangements to rectify the said transformer and direct the concerned persons to arrange the wires properly in order to avoid any major incident. I vijay kumar kansal requested on 02.12.2015 at service centre, btd (Bat) for change in name of consumer name & extension of load of a/c no. [protected] from mr.Dev raj s/o sh.Om parkash, # 211, bharat nagar, bathinda to my name i.E. Mr.Vijay kumar kansal as i purchased it from mr.Devraj.

All necessary documents i.E. Registery copy, id & address proof, affidavit, etc. Duly attested attached with application.
All fees said by executive person i.E. Rs 5, 940/- & rs 4, 860/- was deposited at same time.

The person sitting in service centre says in 2 days your name & new meter work will be done that day.Now 5 months gone, no work done.
Please look into the matter & take necessary action.Please do needfuly.

As our complaint no.3516850 dated 27/04/2016 we contact with your division complaint contact mobile no.[protected] regular try what they are not attend call or reply back, we complaint daily voltage regulation, it's very dangerous for our all electricity equipment's, removing of 3 phase connector wiring replaced with single phase wiring thats why voltage regulation occur.

Hi Sir our neighbours are robbing electricity at night for floor polishing, they are using heavy voltage floor polishing machine, they are using some private wire to do robbery.

Electricity Robbers Address-Backside Mehta Hospital, Garden Colony, Kharar, Mohali, Punjab.Go Mehta Hospital Backside then turn first road to right, then the first under construction house at right are the culprit.
Do take Action other wise i will send this to Ajj Tak because my brother work there.
I will say that you have not taken any action after complaint

Sir I have applied for new meter of 20 kW as on 2.02.16 for our residence under applicant name HARPREET SINGH .The application no is [protected] and meter was still not installed by the pspcl after the pasing of appox 3 monhths. One more thing they also informed me that the cost of wire(from main to meter) was also bear by customer excess of 100 meter and they said the cost of 10mm aluminium wire is approx RS 250/meter which was easily available in market at the cost of RS 50/meter and they also tell me that you have to purchase wire from us otherwise pspcl was not installing meter and with the repeated request from me they don't give me clear answers regarding the installation of meter.I think these are ways of some govt employee to looted public.

I, Rajesh Watts, special correapondent, partap kesari newspaper r/o fazilka want to draw your kind attention towards a big problem because of power cut since 11 am yesterday in my locality.. I have submit many complaint at local complaint numbers and on 1912 also but in vein... Even at this time the linemen are unsuccessful to find the fault... Now there is no power and no water in our houses... You are requested to please look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible...

Subject-no action taken againt the complains
With due respect, i want you to request that i bhupinder singh s|o gurucharan singh is facing a big problem due to the electric pole in front of my main gate. Due to which i can’t park my vehicles, also there is a stay wire fixed in the floor of my main gate, water clogging is also the problem faced by us and there are risks of current as it contain current of 17v. It is really dangerous during the rainy season.
Sirmam i have been complaining to s. D. O from past 10 months. I have dropped 2 applications but got no response and we are told that they have lost our applications. One application was dropped on 2852015 with file no. 282 and other on 03�92015. This pole carries telephone wires, electricity wires and cable wires due to which it has started bending and the risks are increasing. I have a daughter of 5 years old so these wires can be dangerous to my family.
This is a very sensitive matter and i request you to kindly look into the matter and quick response would be appreciated.
