I have purchased the pubg uc of rupees 799 all the payment went sucessfully but i didnot received the uc when i am raising the complaint to the pubg helpline team and i have submited the proofs correctly but they are not giving the response....

18th july i purchased 60 uc of ₹79 from pubg mobile. I paid ₹79 by upi, i also got an email receipt for the payment, but until now i didn't get 60 uc,
Then i tried to contact with pubg customer care, from the game, but your customer service is just worst, they didn't even reply me.
I need my 60 uc, otherwise i need my money back. I also attached a screenshot of my receipt.
Help me please....

Recently I purchased uc worth 1949INR from the mobile game pubg through SBI net banking but the transaction failed but amount was still deducted from my account. Please refund me the amount as soon as possible...

I used to buy 600 uc for 800 indian rupees. I made a transaction with state bank of india through netbanking om pubg mobile app. They debit 800rs but they doesn't provide 600uc yet. It almost 24hrs. I made a complaint om customee care no one reach me properly

My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

Hello, on 11 july i purchased 600 uc for 799 rs but i received only 60 uc and i got a notification in thr gane saying that uc was deducted for purchasing through illegal website but i purchased it from my debut card and i have all the proofs of reicpts of the purchase this has happened to me help, i want just my uc back....
