Bought 79 uc for royal pass in pubg mobile game for 799 rupees but didnt received yet. My bank account was debited but still no uc in game. Please provide me my uc so that i can play on or refund my money it has been more then 48 hours since the purchase plz can anyone [censored] guide me what to do?? Take action as soon as possible.

        Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 08 July 2020 at 2 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.390 for bc credit of

        My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
        Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

        My battle coins got deducted from the battle shop but i didn't receive my UC i had total 5003 battle coins it is showing that i redeemed the 500uc pack but i didn't receive the uc in my in-game mail

          I purchased uc 2 times on 06/07/2020 worth rupees 724 each. My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has success. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
          I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
          I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply

                  Pubg mobile game is not good for people as they get addicted to it and waste their time on it instead of studying or utilising that time. I request the government to ban this chinese game.

                                  This complaint is regarding the game Pubg mobile. So what happened was every time I made in game purchase, they would debit the money from my account but I would not received the items or the uc. They have already taken so much of money from my account and my complaint have never been taken care of. There is no response from the game developer Pubg mobile. Is it a scam?. Please help. It has been happening with many Pubg players. And Pubg don’t take it seriously to fixed this issue. I have lost so much of money.

There wasn't any uc provided to me but my money was deducted from my paytm account and i didn't receive any receipt or email in my google account.                                         On 18th may 2020 i was playing pubg mobile on my smartphone oneplus 7t and faced a lag
                                        After a while i was forced to logged out and when i logged in it shows that my account is banned by pubg for voilation of their rules
                                        But i have done nothing against their guidlines
                                        I am generating this complain after trying so much on their service center but they showed no interest in my query.
                                        I have spent a huge amount of time and money on this game. My request is that whether they should unban me or give my money back along with some penalty equivalent to the time i spent on that game.
