I am doing signal jumping on Koregaon park road dated on 09 DEC 2021 at time 7:36. But traffic police add one more charge on me that is "Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic" and totally making charge of Rs. 400/- from me. That is not admirable. Please consider this.

note -my mothers bike not comes into pune city from last 1 year

Challan No NVMCM[protected] dated 13-Mar-2021 17:56 was issued for my Vehicle however i have not driven my bike without helmet and picture attached also does not conculsive proof that it was my bike. i have not violated any traffic rules. please cancell the challan and revert back. I have received Challan number PNCCC[protected] for my vehicle no. MH12PS8478 for section 129/177 MVA (Without Helmet driving).
I have hero maestro in red colour with above vehicle number, I don't see any vehicle with same model and colour in provided evidence even vehicle number is not clear in the image, and most importantly I have sifted to Hyderabad 3 years ago along with scooty so there is no chance of having my scooty in Pune from last 3 years and in given Violation Date & Time 28-Aug-2021 14:23.
It seems wrongly attached the challan against my vehicle.
I have attached the images of my vehicle and evidence shared by trafic police for comparison.
I would request to cancel my challan and please send the above challan number to correct person.

I went to Hadapsar traffic police station they verified the details and confirmed it was wrongly added to my car and suggested me to email you..I did same but no action... Pl help to remove it. I am informing about the wrong challans sent against my registered vehicle. This happened 3 times in row. So with utter frustration and seeking genuine attention I am writing this so that department could take some serious steps to resolve this issue for once and all. I understand your time is valuable, so does mine.
I have already applied grievances but since this is happening too frequently please look into these false challans.

You can understand my situation, I am kept receiving these false violations. Here by again requesting you to take corrective steps.

On 9/12/2021 at 5.14 pm in the evening, I took a U turn towards Bund Garden at the Blue Diamond Chowkh. The signal there is Faulty. The Green suddenly changes to Red. In the midst of taking a U turn how can you possibly halt in the middle of the chowkh & obstruct the traffic. The three traffic cops were waiting under the trees & halted me. I have received a wrong e- challan on my mobile phone stating Rs 500 fine for not wearing helmet. The photo on the e-challan is for "Honda Activa", however i own a “Hyundai i20".
The e-challan has been sent to wrong address and mobile number.

The vehicle shown in the image of the Challan # PNCCC[protected] doesn't belong to us. Our vehicle is a BLUE Honda Activa. The one shown in the image is dark grey.
More over the lady riding the bike is not my wife. It's some one else. My wife is a teacher. At the time shown, she was with her students online.

Also we live in Hadapsar and the challan location is showing SP College. We never go to this location as we have no work there to attend.

The vehicle number is also not clearly seen in the image. Our vehicle number is MH12MS0981.
We request you to remove this violation from our vehicle.

I wish to bring following points to your notice,

During June 2020 we all were in complete lockdown and free mobility on roads was absolutely banned. I never moved out of my house even to buy essentials

I stay at Paud Phata Kothrud and I have not visited the location stated ie Marketyard Chowk in many years

Lastly and most importantly MH12NE7465 is my car number and I am charged Rs 500 for not wearing a helmet. The image attached to the challan also does not show my car nor does it have my photo anywhere

I have also received a notice from lok adalat (No. 402700 / MHPNC / 12112021 dated 25th November) on my mobile to attend the hearing in Shivajinagar Court on 11th December. Since I am not keeping well, I may not be able to attend the lok adalat. Also the challan and notice seems to be erroneous.

I sincerely request you to kindly review this notice as there seems to be some error and delete the fine which seems to be wrongly charged

Now based on that a Lok adalat notice 53344 / MHPMC/12112021 dated 25.11.2021 has been issued.
