I received a message for e-challan for a fine of rs.200 for my bike. It shows no evidence found and there is no challan address as well.

The time of the challan is 08-dec-2019 10:58am and i was in my home & my bike in the society parking at that time.

There is no photograph or anything relating to the challan.

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake.

I got this message from bz-mhpech. Details of the sms received are:

Hello,
Today i was charged rs.200 for jumping the signal but i didnt. I was in speed of just 5kmh and keeping eye on green signal. I crossed the signal line by seeing green signal, it was not orange also. Still i was fined by saying that i jumped the signal. We never jump signal even if 50 people doing it we wait for green. And today i blamed for the same. You can check cctv footage. Please help!

Dear sir,
There was an e challan hspcc[protected] for rs 1000/- issued against my car maruti 800 dx regn no mh 12 mw 4697 on for an overspeeding offence on 27 nov 19 at 1415 hrs.
Being a good citizen i paid the amount by internet banking but kept wondering that my driver who drives my car just does not overspeed.
To my surprise, when i looked at the e e chalan, i found that the images that were lnked to the e challan showed the car to be a toyota car with the regn no mh 12 mw 4967 and this is not my car whose no is 4697. Further the challan address was daund whereas i reside in the pune cantt.
Obviously there has been a grave error on behalf of the police in issuing the e challan to my car;
-and this must be rectified and my money refunded to me immediately.

Today i have received challan details against the echallan no pncct[protected] from traffic police as i have just taken parcel of food from table in front of my bike traffic police came just told me to remove my bike or if you are taking some time then park it in white border line i have parked it in white border line but in the evening i have received the echalllan against the no parking.

You send me wrong challan dated 24/07/2019 pnccc[protected] and 25/11/2019 pnccc[protected] vehical no. Mh12 cm 6112
In this challans image is gorathanath kisan chandere and his mobile no. Is [protected] please forward this above challan on mention mobile no.

I was driving my two wheeler at katraj road i always wear helmet i have some skin infection so i just remove helmet for 10 min and put on my fuel tank so police click. A photo back side and get 500 challan. This is wrong challan i come from poor family so don't have a money to paid this challan

I was driving my Activa near jail road Pune.
A traffic police stopped me and without any further communication immediately took my photo. I was not wearing a helmet. I told him the reason I was not wearing a helmet because I had medical reasons and I also showed him my medical reports and x rays. After listening to me he said you will not receive a challan and he told me to to. After that I recieved a message regarding Rs 500 challan for not wearing helmet.
Request you to please help me in the situation. I am also attaching my medical reports for reference.

I received e-challan pnccc[protected] on 17th oct 19 for payment of rs. 500 for not wearing the helmet. The given vehicle no. Is mh-14 gy 2811 is my vehicle but its a crete car not two wheeler.

I would like to hereby bring to your notice that this challan is not valid for me, since the image of vehicle is not mine.

Request you to please cancel this challan or assign the same to the right person.

Wrong challan against mh14dv0334
I have received an incorrect e challan for triple seat on motor cycle and failed to produce license on 01/10/19 at 10:35am.
And my vehicle is not motor cycle. It is gearless mastero

My vehicle mh14dv0334 was parked in my society premises at the said time.

I was issed e-challan no. Pnccm[protected] fine of rs 1000 for none of my fault.
I came from balgandhrva and via ghole road, i parked my scooter adjacent to mr shirole formar mp. Had tea in their hotel shabri and within 20 min was on return. Police stopped me for driving through no entry. Requested to show sign board at icici chowk since i advanced thro the same and had half way of the patch.
I have already lodge the complaint with complaint token no w1103, however have heard nothing. I have attached diagrams and necessary suggestions.

Pls advice me for my further escalation or guide me.

My vehicle registration number is mh14ht3079. On clearly zooming the image the vehicle number seems to be mh14ht3073.

Request you to please check and cancel the challan.

Hello sir,

I have received a challan which states finefor not wearing helmet however the person shown in the image attached is not me neither it is my vehicle.in the image vehicle shown is a silver activa however i have a dark grey colored activa. My vehicle registration number is mh12px9891. On clearly zooming the image the vehicle number seems to be mh12px9391.

Request you to please check and cancel the challan.

I have received 2 times wrong e challan. This complaint not belongs to me. The vehicle shown in echallen details (Image is attached) mh12 2689 (White colour) not belongs to me in both cases. But you mistakenly issued the echallan against my vehicle number (Mh12 lg 2689 which colour is brown).

My bike is of different colour. (Brown)

Please remove echallen against my vehicle number.

This happened today morning in between 11 to 11.30am near hadapsar main bus depot signal, below the flyover on sholapur highway. One traffic cop stopped me for jumping signal.in reality there was a bus taking turn to go in the bus stop and i have to divert my two wheeler so i do not hit the bus. The traffic cop thought i have jumped signal and stopped me. He misbehaved and talked rudely to me. He was also having a stick in hand and threatened to hit me. On top of that he said your license will get cancelled and he will file an fir for this offense. As i am aware of the new mv and fine amount, i said he can issue a challan. He was not having any challan book and above all refused to issue challan. Plus there were three to four guys sitting near him who he said are witness and when he file fir will give witness of this incident.

I think this was a "racket of extortion" as i try to reason with him to issue the challan and take official fine but he insisted on filing fir. He also forcibly kept my licence. Later those same guys that he called witnesses told me to give him rs 200/-. He took bribe and i was also helpless as being a common man i cannot go through legal harassment.

Very rude behaviors and bullying. He was very strongly built and has covered his face with a hanky. As i know mv act to a certain extent and take necessary precautions like helmet, shoes, gloves, rear view mirrors, seat belt, stop line at signals and i know very well that no fir can be filed for jumping red light.

Please look into this matter as i have given you time of this incident. There was no name plate on his uniform so i could not take his name. I think it is a complete racket. Hadapsar is a area where practical no traffic rules are followed and there a chaotic situation exist, no helmets, wrong lane, triple/four seat on 2 wheelers and guys like me who follow rules and take safety measures has to go though such humiliation.

Please do something about this. I am mainly concerned about humiliation and harassment and not about the 200/- bribe.

Very sad and pathetic behavior by a traffic cop who are suppose to enforce law and not trouble vehicle users.

I recently checked online on e chalan status against my bike and found that two chalans issued

While checking the challans i found these were issued in pune where as i have already left pune since 2011 and had already taken the noc also from the rto which is updated on the vahan. Nic site. Moreover the picutre in evidence shows a hero honda bike where as my bike is bajaj discover which is also mentioned on vahan. Nic. So it seems someone is using that fake number plate. Request you to remove these wrong challans as well as take action on that fake number plate vehicle.

Urgent attention..!!!

I have received many series of e-challans on my bike number mh12-mg-9125. When i have checked these challans, i found out that the challans made on the bike are doesn't belong to me, someone is using my bike number. Even i don't know the person whos riding the bike.
I own honda deo (Black color) but the bike this person is using is honda activa (White color).

Hi,

I have received message for two e-challan on my name which i know is wrong.

Both are for seat belts. But i never drive without seatbelt. And 1 challan is of today 7 oct 2019 but i am out of pune and i have proof of that and i stay alone in pune i. E. Without family member so no one else drives my car.

I want to complain about this and get the challans cancelled.

This is with reference to the echallan no. Pnccc[protected] received for rs.500 (Without helmet) on 5th oct 2019, for vehicle no. Mh12jh2559 (The no. Of my bike - splendour), but image sent with challan is not of my bike (The image of hero mystero) the number of which is not clearly visible.
I am attaching the relevant image and rc of my bike.
