Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — mental harassment over the home loan

I have applied for the home loan in august. After so many collection of documents and paper. As per pnb bank official who came to pick up mr. Subham pnb housing finance sco no. 391, sector 29 near iffco chowk metro station 29, gurugram, 122001 (Branch-gurgaon) representative came and collected all the documents. He checked and said all the documents are ok he will process the same and your loan would approved in 3-4 days time. Then they started verification 3 times at my office even i was available physically and met the verification guy and the same many times at my home. Followed by tele verification which was took by mr. Ankit from (Green park branch) asked many question and for no reasons raised so many personal question about my marriage plans and what is your relationship with guaranteer even after saying he is my friend. Its has to finish then he asked is there any plans to get married with him? Why your transfer money to him and so many others in logical questions (He wrote in report he is my boyfriend and relationship is not justified. And so many other issues. Then they asked so many documents like my parents kyc after that cibil report the changing of guaranter (Which not been updated for the long period of the time. Then only asking of the documents raising issue which is not present anywhere, but marked its here. They raised a question on my cibil its na as i have not took the loan in past never mean i am not eligible for loan. I asked cibil guys they said, its not completely depend on cibil. Then as normal every one does have queries of credit card they are present in my cibil that's again became the question and one blame on me that i did submit the fraud document to the citi bank. I asked many time to shubham, his team leader chetan and even tried many times to talk to their senior mr. Gaurav gupta. But nothing was there so how can they show anything. Then i visited to branch where i met mr. Chetan in the due course i am still supporting and sending them the mail and quries and documents they asked. So that the branch visit i saw the complete form and issue. Then i asked mr. Chetan to show which fraud documents i have given to citi bank, he called to the green park branch, he said its was mistake there was no issue with the citi bank i have listen complete conversation because i was sitting right next to him. Then mr. Chetan said you go mam ho jayega max monday tak. I was like no problem i did wait very long will wait 5-6 days more. Then again. After completion of week i asked him what is the status. He said head office raising issue but i am trying they have issue on queries present on your cibil. There is a query for sbi credit card which reflect many time as the data of mine which actually wrong use of my personal documents by dsa and i have raised the dispute against that. Still many question. Its very disappointing and mentally irritating, you keep on supporting officials and no getting proper response. Even yesterday it was a con call with mr. Chetan and mr. Gaurav gupta, he asked so many question completely all belongs to my personal life, family and guranter. Even after today on 11 december, i got the reply from mr. Chetan the fcu guy is not ok with your case they are denying and even they will not give you anything in writing. This is harassment and mental irritation and disturbance of me and my efforts. This is annoying and bad to know this big brand treat you like a toy and waste your time as much as they want. I dont know what will go to my case. Nobody is helping me out.
