I have completed my B.tech in CSE, I have received my online degree in m.ptuexam.com as well but i have not received my 8th Sem DMC not in online mode as well as physical mode.

Before the lockdown we had filled for the reappear but we could not attend the exam conducted in Nov 2020 as there was option for attend in next exam period when conducted. Lastly as we approached near to the exam we had to pay once more the examination fees. Now there are 2 papers shown for one single subject. Can I get my refund or how do I act for my one paper in shown as two different slots.

I applied for my transcripts online at the PTU website (which is now known as I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University), the processing time was really quick which I really appreciate, however during the payment for transcripts on Oct 8th, I tried 3 different bank card of mine but it was getting declined as right now I am living in Canada so after that, I tried my Father's bank card (HDFC) who is currently in India which eventually got double charged for the same payment. I requested PTU to refund that amount, I have also sent all the required information on Nov 11th and sent 4 Reminders to refund the amount, and today I received a response from them that it will take 3 to 6 months just only to process a refund. As far I am aware the refund takes 5-10 business days to process or you can take a maximum of a month. When I asked them if they can send me the detailed procedural copy of their policy where it is given that the refund will take half a year to process still they have no answer on it. I am waiting for my refund since October 2020. It already 4th month going which is completely unfair. I have been going back and forth in a loop for the last 4 months, is this the way Punjab Government runs the educational system. The complete world aware of that due to Covid how the economic crisis affecting people. I am requesting that the action needs to be taken asap and the refund be processed back to my father's account. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of their last response to my email.

So I would like to request you to update my university ID with corrected Student Name. As you know we will not get these certificate from college we have to download from PTU ID and print. They are giving students diploma cetificate for bribe & and also helping students for cheating in exams from 2 years . Please take strict action .
Because all other student's work hard for diploma, but these people get it just by money .

Ptu played with students life in assam and outside punjab.. outside punjab it's course is not approved by earlier DEC now ugc-deb.

Dear Sir,

I wanted to get an ECA done from IQAS. PTU Query no. 10018242. I submitted all the money by Sept 7, 2020. Since sept 9, 2020 there is only one update in my online portal that my work is under process. The normal time taken by the university is 20 business days but since sept 9 there is no update. I mailed them more than 10 times. Even to Mr. Talwar but no response.
I requested them in mail to send my official transcripts via email there is no response.
None of the no.'s given is working they keep it engaged. My ECA was important for my career but these people don't value as they themselves have a government job.
If anything went wrong with my career only PTU will be responsible for the irrevocable step i'll take.
I request you to take a strict action against them.

My self ajay kumar roll no. 1280059 in mechanical engg. Batch 2012 to 2015 by lateral entry, i was ordered original transcript from ptu by online process quiery number 10016797.
But i got transcript those printed on normal paper which is very poor in quality and just like an A4 size normal paper those we use in photostate or normal print. I am not satisfied with this type paper of transcript. I request you please send me transcript on official or reputed paper of ptu.

I have applied important documents online through ptu support portal and pay the fee in full. It’s been more than 20 days and they have just updated to post the docs within 15 days and it’s been more than 15 days. Even though they don’t pick the call.in despite of that i emailed directly to the registrar too and got nothing in response.

I really fed up with their service, even i visited there 6 months ago for another documents but they are really #. Every document they issue have spelling or other corrections.

How are they running the university, a big technical education body. Disgusting!

Could you please help me to get my documents that i applied?

Sir, i am distance education student of punjab technical university. I enrolled myself in jan 2009 for mba. Learning centres saheed bhagat singh college sikandrabad bulandshahr. I gave my final (4th) semester exams in dec-10. When i visited of ptu site through this sites i have passed all semester of mba but. Till date i have not received any semester marksheets are still pending. Since then i am cotinuously contacting my learning centre. But i cant find any solution of my problem. Due to this i m facing lots of problem in interviews. I m not producing my mba degree. I really need my marksheets and degree as soon as possible.
I really hope you will understand my situation and help me out of this.

Ggs college of modern technology village khanpur tehsil kharar district mohali never ever follow the state government holidays! Punjab goverment has declared the holiday on monday i. E 11/11/20 but the collage management inform us all working day on monday! This college management is worst even they don't follow any other goverment holiday they open all the time! Please kindly look after this concern in all possible ways! Thank you! Facility member

Whenever we call at ptu either they don't pick the call or if they pick they cut the call without telling anything or put the call on hold and start gossiping with other staff. They at no ways help the people or provide information regarding anything to the staff, weather its job related queries or admission related queries. Take strict action against non teaching staff.

I have applied for transcripts from ptu online portal on august 2, 2019, done a payment online. According to the website, it should be sent within 15 days but it is still in the process.

Indian universities are trash, they don't care about deadlines, it is us, who suffer.

There is no direct line to contact for this issue, useless university. Should be closed....

Hi, my name is novjot salaria. I have applied for transcripts from ptu online portal on 19th aug and made full payment of 4100 rs online. They gave me timeline of 15 working days in written (See attachment) but now its more than 20 days and still no response.

I have been trying to contact them through calls and its extremely difficult to get someone on call as nobody picks up the calls. After countless efforts to contact them, somebody picked up call but response was negative. Now she mentioned my transcripts are still not dispatched and timeline not sure.
This is really unethical as they promised to do it in 15 working days and took full money but not delivering services as promised.
Clear breach of ethical behavior.

Sir, i had enrolled in mba through distance education program from punjab technical university in year 2011 with roll no [protected] since the enrollment i have given all the exam also been reappeared for p3 account for management along with 2nd sem exam. After that i have been appeared in all the exam of 3rd and 4th sem exam and cleared. After passing the 4th sem i asked center to provide my detailed mark sheet. After been a long fallowup of 23 month the university issued my duplicate marksheet. After that i have applied for degree and since that time i was regularly fallowing with centre to provide my degree. Mean time the center helios college ujjain got dissolved. And i have been relocate to another location.
Now since a long searching and reference i have find out a student support portal in ptu website through that website i have logged a request for issuing my original degree on dated 10/06/2019. Since that time the support team had asked to produce various details and also ask to provide noc from center which i also tried to arrange and finally i produce a declaration for non existence of center. After that the support team was reverted that your 3 sem is not cleared hence we unable to issue the degree. I produce the same than after fallowing long time they ask to produce 1 sem mark sheet which i have produce. I also provided that mark sheet. I got a reply that since the reappeared result of 1st sem not available we unable to issue you a degree i also furnish various facts and proof but the are not providing me degree. Request you to help me
