I was trying to place an order on the purplle app. Payment was made for the order amounting to rs 420 via google pay but the order is not yet placed. I sent a mail to customer care but didn't get an adequate response. I need my money back. I need a refund as soon as possible. The upi reference number is[protected] for the payment made. I have ordered products of rs 920 but the amout is deducted and now the order verificiation failed Wat is dis i okwys order from nykaa but second time i orderd from purplle it is such a bad experience i want mt money back attached the phtos to resolve issue faster the phone nmber from which order is placed is [protected]
