During my recent visit on August 26th, 2025, I observed that the women's toilets were in an extremely unhygienic state. Specifically:
The toilets were not cleaned properly and emitted a foul odor.
There was no water available in the flush systems.
Overall maintenance of the restroom facilities was poor and unacceptable for a premium cinema experience.
Such conditions not only compromise the comfort of your patrons but also raise serious concerns about health and sanitation standards. As a customer who values the quality and reputation of PVR INOX Luxe, I urge you to take immediate corrective measures to ensure that the restrooms are regularly cleaned, adequately stocked, and properly maintained.
