PVR Cinemas — Denied entry into movie hall

Address: Utkal Kanika Galleria, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We booked 3 tickets for Dhurandhar 2 on wednesday, 1st April 2026, PVR: Utkal Kanika Galleria, Bhubaneswar, but we were denied entry because they thought that my sister in underaged. My sister is born on 2008 which makes her 18 this year in 2026. We tried showing them her online adhar card but they did not accept it and we missed our movie and the loss we incurred is Rs 978.06.
