PVR Cinemas — Payment debited but ticket not booked

I went to book my tickets for 5 people in PVR cinemas in Mall of Dehradun in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I went to the counter at 10:00 am to book the tickets of Avatar: Fire and Ash (3D Hindi) which was going to start at 10:45 am on 2nd of January 2026. But when I made I made the payment in the counter the payment was successful by my side in UPI but the tickets were not booked. I kindly ask you to please look into the matter and please initiate the refund as soon as possible within 24 hours.
