Dear PVR Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding an incomplete refund for a cancelled movie show.
I had booked tickets for Dhurandhar 2 for the 10:00 AM show on 19th March at PVR, Forum Vijaya Mall, Chennai. Upon arrival, I was informed that the show had been cancelled, and I was assured that the full refund would be processed.
However, I have only received a partial refund of ₹154. The remaining ₹500, which was paid using a gift card, has not been refunded yet.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and process the pending ₹500 refund at the earliest. Since this issue has already been pending for several days, I would appreciate it if the refund could be completed today itself.
Please let me know if you require any additional details from my end to process the refund.

so i sent this mail to them then also they didnt reply for anything that i sent so please take action on them appropriately. Was this information helpful? |
