Dear PVR Customer Experience Team,
I am writing to formally demand a full refund for the "Dhurandhar" preview show at PVR Phoenix Market City, Pune, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 6.15pm.
Show Details:
Booking IDs: TFALDXB and T3ASFMD
Cinema: PVR Phoenix Market City, Nagar Road, Pune
Scheduled Time: 6:15 PM – 10:20 PM (Audi 04)
Seats Booked: D9, D12 (TFALDXB) and D10, D11 (T3ASFMD)
Serious Service Failures:
Extreme Delays: The show started 30 minutes late, followed by an unacceptable 1-hour delay during the interval.
Unauthorized Seat & Auditorium Change: During the interval, the cinema unilaterally shifted the screening to a different auditorium. This forced my group and me out of the seats we specifically selected and booked, violating our booking contract.
Gross Mismanagement of Time: Due to these cascading delays, a movie scheduled to end at 10:20 PM did not conclude until approximately 12:20 AM. Because of prior commitments and the extreme lateness caused by your staff's inefficiency, I was forced to leave the cinema before the movie ended.
I paid for specific seats and a specific time slot, neither of which was honored. This constitutes a complete deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act.
I have attached both sets of digital tickets as proof of booking. I expect a full refund of the ticket amounts and convenience fees for both bookings to the original payment method within 48 hours.
Failing this, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Forum.
