PVR Cinemas — Super delayed movie start

Hi, I have regularly faced severe delay with PVR cinemas starting their movie. Easily 30 minutes late is very common. I had emailed them earlier. It's utter time waste. And once in a while I can understand. Everytime I faced this issue so I decided to record and mail them. They just said they will look into it. The theatre hygiene was so poor. I have sent them all the proof with photos and videos supporting this issue. The theatres I am referring to for delay and poor hygiene is Pvr odeon(ghatkoper) and delay in pvr (rcity ghatkoper) . I am unable to attach photos and videos here but I can share those emails i have sent them . Let me know the further process.
