Dear PVR team,
Whenever there is a BTS movie releasing in India, it NEVER gets released in Kota which is really disheartening for us as fans who look forward to enjoy the movies. Even one show would be enough but we never get to witness it in the cinemas. Whenever we contact the management team of PVR: Cinemall, Kota, we are ALWAYS let down. He starts asking us to give confirmation if at least 100 people would be attending which is REALLY unfair. We are the customers, why would we need to prove him anything? and if the concern is really about less people attending, then lets be honest, they screen hundreds of other shows which do not even get 20 people. AND I can assure you that even 1 show of a BTS movie would fetch a much greater amount than that. The management team there never responds as well. This complaint is highly directed towards the management team of PVR in Kota which never responds, neither pick our calls and are really unreasonable. So I request you to look into this matter and start screening BTS movies in Kota too, because as fans, if we even get ONE show, we'll be really grateful of the PVR team.
If you can't even take this simple request from thousands of your customers, then it would be really a shame for a big company such as yourself.
