Many consultants are found their and taking money from innocent people they are taking money from 1.25lacs to 9.25lacs
They are using girls and targeting boys friends and relatives
To join in company
Please stop this crime
Even my friend is also hypnotized by them please
Make this important and take an action against qnet crime

Note : i have not used any points from bank balance.

My name is vijay shetty, this is very regretful to say the way the company is trapping the customer without informing modus operanda of the firm, through friends, i got enrolled with 1, 61, ooo/- that too a loan from bank without giving any time your team told me to spend time reading books and dvds and sunday pds, so that we couldn't do search on google about the firm, finally a friend of mine helped me giving mail ids and direction refund,
Ma'am, i agree even if you don't want to cancel the irship, there is warranty for the product, product i got has manufacturer default which is so called swiss luxury watch, what kind of impression you are creating, and no one of your representatives are telling that its mlm sheme, you have make membership with 2lakhs, ma'am i have taken loan for this, and i have clear my debts, pkease refund the amount asap
I have to take legal action against this kind of cheat, i will show the product to court worth 90000/-, please take action

I was recommended by a friend, she asked me if i want to start a business, then i asked her about her work, he never told me about it. They (This boy and his uplines) manipulated me to give 3.0 lakh to lock a position without giving me knowledge of work. I am terribly looted by these people.
Someone please help me. 3.0 lakh is not a small amount.

Vihan Direct Selling is a Multi level company and it has no mode of operation and clarity for doing business in India. I have been refereed by Mr. Ashutosh rawat (resident of Delhi ) who gave totally incomplete info regarding the company. He described company as eCommerce and fixed my meeting with Bijendra Kumar in Hotel le mariden Gurgaon. That person said its a standard company and we need money for Global licensing. I moved out from there and did not respond. Now Mr Ashutos rawat started pressuring me for money and to block the position. He assured me its a genuine business and many of BIg B scholars are doing already and its totally legal and did not inform me the nature of business i.e MLM and network marketing. I clarified to Ashutos that i would see the contract first then only would send the money on which he justified first you need to send the amount only then it has to be converted into e-money and licensing would be done. I transferred him 2.5 lakh amount on 18 Aug. I was called in Fab Hotel Greater Kailsah for welcome session and it was all based on stories and some dream business. Now on 31st Aug Ashutosh compelled me to go another meeting held in Janpath for Financials. I went there and met with some person named as Bhupesh.

I read many bad reviews for company and denied to continue. Surprisingly, now Ashutosh have done sign up with with gmail id and using number. I did not like the business model as it was purely networking and they have to click photos and put on Facebook to lure your friends. I said to Ashtosh you mentioned it is a product based company and there is not any product actually and asked for refund.

Since then i am following up with Qnet India and have sent my scanned pan and in return they only ask for pan card again and again which is already sent. All numbers are switched off and no one respond to support number. Please return my money as i am in huge debt and not having a job even. I am in huge financial burden.

Me and one my colleague were called in Fab Hotel Greater Kailsah for welcome session and it was the only moment when we get to know that we both are part of this thing. Now on 31st Aug Vaibhav compelled us to go another meeting held in Janpath for Financials. I did not went for meeting but my colleague went there and met with some person named as Bhupesh. The actual thing started post that. My colleague sent me some link regarding qnet scam which was shared by bhupesh and clarified we are legal.

We both got suspicious post that and read many bad reviews for company and denied to continue. Surprisingly, now Vaibhav shrivastava done sign up for both me and my colleague even without any contract my making a fake gmail id and using wrong number which is already a cyber crime. Also there was a lady named as Neha Bisht who ask my colleague to share the OTP, when he denied they used the wrong number.

I asked vaibhav to refund my money and he said there is a process and you have to come to sign. I said why there is the process when i have not signed any document and even not shared any KYC with you. This clarifies that Vihan Direct Selling operates without signature, KYC and acknowledgment letter which are the prerequisites for a Direct selling company as made by the government.

After few days i got a call for QVI club deal and ask to verify which i denied and complained about vaibhav to make my fake id and buy a deal. I asked my email id and qnet id made by him and ask to refund to the qnet support. There number is never reachable and no reply from them since 2 months. I need my refund as i am in huge financial burden already and i took a personal loan for this. I have sent a seprate mail to Qvi club regarding refund still there is no response from them as well.

I have taken the membership in aug'18. I was mislead by one of my friend and did not mentioned abt qnet way of making money.

As company's policy, i submitted my refund request within 30 days of my purchase.

Since then it has been almost 2 months, no sign of refund. They always say they are working on refund and will process soon. I kept on asking definite timelines, but no timelines mentioned ever.

I am in emergency and need my money back urgently. If my money is not refunded then it may cost my life also. I messaged to qnet also but still they are not bothered.

Please help me in getting my money back.

I contacted customer support on support. [protected]@qnetindia.in for my refund (Ir845637) to my bank account. As the original order was placed on 28/9/2018 which wanted to cancel as i was misleaded by the excutive or didn’t explain the product of qnet while purchasing. Wanted to cancel order and applied for refund. Contacted customer on email 29/09/2018 i haven’t got any reply i sent it again i followed up on the same email on 1/10/2018. I got no reply i called customer care. They said i will get reply in 2 business days today is 5th business day i have not got any reply so far. Need my refund process asap. Iam unhappy with customer it’s never reachable nor they reply on email. Please consider this complian with high priority. Address this complian asap.

I have purchased a product from them on monday (25 sep 2018) and now it's wednesday (27 sep 2018). I want to cancel the purchase and want refund. There is not even a single help line to connect, all the numbers are switched off.

I want my money back, even there is no proper response for the mail. They get money from us within a hour but not even responding for my cancellation.

I have been told invest in multilevel marketing so I did invest around 5 lac but somehow i feel it is not my way I can do the business so as per their policy i have filed refund for the money which I have invested.45 days went but they are not responding as I have to follow up many times but they always telling the same your refund process is ongoing .I had taken loan for that and suffering very badly.Iam thinking they are making the things

I have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment.
So please refund my money. I don't want the products which they have purchased and wants to cancel the orders of the same. I am letting you know thus now because its not yet finished one month and i came to know about your refund policy that orders can be cancel within a month.

I would want add more information here.
One of my colleague asked me to join the business. She never revealed that what she is dealing with despite of asking her several times, she told me to meet her senior business partner and to ask him whatever questions i have.
But when i met him, he didn't allow me to interrupt and ask him questions about business. When i asked them what exactly you do he said you will come to know after welcome induction. Then he told me that you have to invest from 350000 inr to 800000 inr, i said i have to think about it before investing such a big amount.
He told me that there is only one position left and if i don't agree it can be filled.

I had no idea because the way they execute there plan is like you are day dreaming.

He asked me to apply for personal loan from my salary account. When i hesitated to do so he asked me to login, i logged in, still i was not sure about it, he said to pass him my phone, i did so and withouty acknowledgement he applied for loan.

They didnt give me time to think about it and that time that person dominated me very badely. I was feeling like a victim.

Next sunday they asked me to join system where the venue was some hotel. Here some people in black dress was collecting entrance fee from everyone. After entering that hall i felt so awkward because everyone was dancing madely. After sometime a person came and has given some lacture about our so called busy office life and there lavish business life.in between a person in black dress arrived and tied shoe laces of this speaker. Who does that when you are a part of a sofesticated and reputed business.

I felt very awkward and i said the same thing to my colleague, she said it's normal. I clearly asked her to tell me about business. Again she didn't tell me.

Next sunday i arrived at this induction in some hotel where my so called upline irs was doing all the formalities.in induction finally i got to know that i have to convince at least 20 people to join this business. I said to my colleague that i don't want to do this work. I don't want to get rich on others money.
She said that i have to do this. Else i'll loose all my money.
I contacted my upline and asked him to initiate my refund, i wanted to return the product which i got from my 350000 inr. He said the transaction was done in usd and it's already over 7 days, so it's not refundable.
I met them in weekdays and asked them clearly that i have given all the money to them in inr and how can they purchase something for me in usd without my acknowledgement? My upline said that it was required to get you in the business. I asked them about my remaining money which was arround 32000 inr and they said they have no account of my remaining money.
I felt looted and bad about it because no one from this so called qnet family helped me or ever contacted me.

Please help me to get my hard earned money back.

Mujhe dhoke se is business mein le kar aae hain aur mujhe 1.5 lakh ka transaction karwaya hai as a registration. Jab mujhko sab samjh aaya ki mujhe dhoke se laya gaya hai toh ab company bol rahi hai return policy 7 days ki thi bas.

Please help me to get my money refunded asap as i belong to middle class family and for me 1.5 lakh is very big amount.

I have been cheated by my childhood friend.she did not gave me any information about the company saying she is giving me opportunity.i took money on loan gave to her afterwards meeting was fixed in hotel reneissance mumbai.when I came to know about the company I asked her for refund but she said mail on officiàl qebsite.i mailed by my registered I'd [protected]@gmail.com but they resfused to give.afterwards she said that she will return but after a month she refused to return and further replied that money is not with her go and ask from company.plzz do some needfull.

I have a complaint against qnet, i was trapped by my friend who asked to invest money, i have transferred money of rs.5, 50, 000/- to him but could get refund 72, 000/- lesser, after rigorus follow-up of 3 months when i try to reach them no one is responding.., crf [protected], now no one is responding in this issue... Pls help in taking up this issue and get it fixed... My name is arifa sulthana.

This all happened when i begged him not to proceed my application but that guty didn't listen to my words...

I want help from you in bringing this fraud network marketing once again in mumbai media. Qnet is already banned in india. Daily it's going on increasing and after being victim no one complaint to police and case on fraudster company.

I am a common person but many of the people are get trapped in this q net process in hyderabad in the name of vihaan direct selling india pvt. Ltd. Please look over this. This people are taking money and explaining the process and there are telling till you pay money we wont tell you the process but before telling the process they are making all high expectation on the money and later after paying the money there are telling the process that you need to add people to get you money please look over this.
