I have made to invest in qnet investment by given incorrect knowledge of this company and mis-leaded by your executive’s, during my meeting trust me they have told nothing about the qnet & it’s products from your site, instead of qnet they told me microsoft company, as i am fully aware of microsoft hence joined.

Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products, they told me that you give me some amount and you will become our business partner, our company will give you complementary product to you, so i have given inr 50, 000 by cash to them by hand, but when i am asking credentials they are not giving me, so please return my money as took personal loan and family were in bit financial issues.

I don’t want the product which they have purchased unknowingly and wants to cancel the order: dn53118241, i am letting you know this, because this purchase is not yet finished a week/7days and i came know that refund/cancellation will be done within 7 days as per policy,

I filed a complaint on your website and you guys helped me somehow qnet was agred to refund my amount for two product. They said they will refund for order number cu674532 and amount was 2991 usd but they did not refund entire amount. They said they will share transaction details but did not share any details and they also promised to refund for other order number which is cu6745334. They are not refunding this amount and also ignoring my all email. Not even replying. Kindly help me with this. Also when they refund first amount my upline who made transaction from his card as i tranffered money to his account he kept 20000 of my amount so instead of 2, 10, 000 i got only 1, 60, 000 please help.

Have met with these people through my brother 1 week ago and after few meetings they forced me to invest 7.50 lacs.
Using some emotional reasons they got me registered. Since my brother was working so having faith in them i did invested this much. Later i hv realized that this place is unnecessary a place where every now and then u need to invest and there is no guarantee fr ur money.
One important thing, the people who make u register, they wud never let u do it. They make all the transactions on their own using some link. Which everytime clicked me that if everything is so transparent, why cant we sit and watch or we can do it on my own.
Also qnet has a policy of refund in withinn 7 days if made the payment through usd. Thats why i sent the email to support team on 7th fay itself.
I called up on their all the numbers which is mentioned on their website but nobody ever picks up or call back.
I do need my money to be refunded asap.

Hi, i was employee of wipro ltd delta airlines, and my team leader harshad kambli (Malad) forced me to do this business with him, he introduced me to dr. Prashant chandorkar and his wife dr. Biji (Dentist) both are dentist in thane.

They provide me all false information about business, harshad kambli introduced to one agent of hdfc bank to get loan,
I took loan for 2, 50000 from hdfc bank, one of the employee of hdfc bank told me about this business id fraud and not to invest in it./
Itol to agent of bank i do not need this loan to credit in my account which is my salary account of hdfc bank.
This agent informed about this to harshad kambli, he told to agent to credit money without my wish. Then next day he forced me to get dd from bank, he came with me in bank and took dd and courier to bangalore office.
I attended meeting 2-3 days and understand they told me all false information about this qnet business, i refused to go for it. Harshad kambli harrassed me alot in office and due to which i left my job.
I asked for my moeny back they said they will not return it to me.in the beginning they even said after enrolling we will get 10, 000 rupees and password and login id.
Harshad kambli took that money of rs.10000 and login password and not provided to me.
I need my money back as i am only earning member in my family and hdfc agents threating to me and my mother alot. My mother is on bed and she is getting stroke due to this issue.

Request you to help me and get my money back in hdfc bank to clear my loan.

Hi i was working in Wipro and my Team leader Harshad Kambli has told me about QNET business and forced me to invest 2.50lakh rupees in this business and Dr. Prashant and his wife DR.BIJI also involved in this fraud business and they both are Dentist from Thane.
My teamleader Harshad forced me to joined this business and insure to help me in paying my loan which i took for investment in this business. As i came to know about this business...

I was recently called by a friend who told me told me they he is part of a business and they are currently expanding and want me to join him. He asked me send the money which i did and i one blue morning i was told to attend a function near by which was said to be my initiation. By this time it was already too late for me as they have made me sign on an affidavit and then i received a mail stating i have purchased a product from qnet named travelsaver pro. And i have to convince other people to buy this product too and i would get compensated for this.

I was completely duped my this scheme and i want qnet to initiate a refund as soon a possible

I was lured to qnet by a series of lies by one of the cousins of my wife.
I joined technically to qnet on 12/10/2018.
I received the products on 25/10/2018.
First they given me two watches for a total sum of approximately rs.157669.
Later, he said, to put another 90000 to buy two more uvs so that i will get the commissions in double. But in both the cases, i was not told, what product they are giving me and it's return policy of each items so that, later i can return the products if i am not satisfied with that.

My complaint is against two things.
1) they given me a damaged product and i raised complaint against it within 7 days of its receipt, yet the issue is not solved. I do not want the wrist watch which costs (In their terms 97000/-) and want the refund for the same.

2) refund for the travel package, called "tripsavr" for approximately 95470/-.
Again, i was not aware of the product and when i wanted this product to return back, my referrer to this business said, this i should have told within seven days since, it was purchased from their global market in dollars and it can not be returned after 7 days.

I am in a problem from where i can't understand how i will get rid of...
I am an employee of a private company. But as the rate of expenses is quite high then our salary, i wanted to do something along with my job (Not job again) so that i can survive...
I told this to one of my colleague mr. Anirban dutta (Ir no.: in143716). And thereafter few days, he came to me and said that he has started a business which is based on e-commerce platform and a position is there where i can be a partner with him in this business. But for that i need to go through some interviews and if i got selected then i have to purchase a license which is valid for 120 years and till the time i am getting selected i should not share this with anybody..
Then when i asked what is the work i need to do, it was simply explained that you should trust us it is completely legal and you will be earning good income from it. He never even told me the name of the company.
I then asked him that if i can't be able to do the business then will i be able to get the money back, he said "yes, then if you submit your license then your money will be refunded at any point of time of your life."
Then as i trust him, he just played with that and arranged a so called interview (Which was the plan of a team to show off and cheat people) and informed me that i am selected and i need to give an amount of 3-lac asap or else the position will hand over to someone else...
Then somehow i managed to arrange the money by taking loan and gave it to them...
Then they gave me few books which i need to complete before i start the business (According to them), which takes more than a month to complete the books...
Then when i finally about to start they said if you would make the login for any of your own family member or the close one then you will be benefited in the future.. Then i said that "bhai, i will exceed the limit if i took loan and i will be in trouble if it won't work... Then they said that your earnings will be more than this within a short period of time and you don't need to be worried about...”
Then they said that the minimum license cost is 3 uv (Which is the unit of measurement and which cost in monetary language is 1.5 lac)... But the actual is something different where the minimum is 1uv which cost around 50k. They didn't gave me this information because they wanted to earn high... Because the logic is, i purchase a license then for that all the people who are there on top of me (Means already in business and i have joined under them) will eligible for getting an amount (Basically a tree formation).. I purchased another one by 1.5 lac.
Later on i came to know that by that 3 lac (The 1st installment) and 1.5 lac (2nd installment) they have bought some international tour package which is of no use for me.
And afterwards when i felt that this is not for me because this vihaan direct selling is a multi-level marketing company. The name of its parent company based in hong kong is qnet. They cheat people by calling people to come and meet them, to discuss a business and to become partner in their business. And as this is not based on e-commerce platform and i can't do add on people (By cheating them) then i asked them that i want to submit those license and want to refund my money back, then they said"this can't be done as the time period of returning money is 30 days"(Which they didn't said at the time of starting of mine) but in reality 30 days used to cross by reading those books and at the time of reading the books they didn't shared anything about the business that how it works and all.
Till the time i knew everything and asked for refunding the money they are refusing by saying that it's 30 days limit from the purchase and they are saying it is there in the stamp paper which i signed but in reality they didn't said this and as i trusted that person they just played with it, because they said me at the time of giving the money"why are you tensed we are there, just signed it, it is just a formalities nothing else".. And then when i gave pressure on them that i need my money back as my life has been exhausted they said contact to that person who referred you or bring you in the business...
From then for last 3month almost i am chasing that person but as he is too busy that he is not being able to talk to me even, but he is doing everything travelling, gossiping, doing romance and uploading that in social media but is too busy to talk to me or meet me...
They trick fully cheated me with the help of my trust and now a days my condition is like a beggar in spite of earning salary...
My fault was i trusted that guy and his words.
Please help me team, what should i do.

I need a refund on this product purchased. Mailed the support team yesterday but did not get any reply till now. The product was purchased by my friend who has signed me up. I have a week left for the buy back policy of 30 days to be completed.
I need the refund of my whole amount and need guidance for that within less time.

I was brain washed by my one friend, she told that its a kind of business and u will get 20k fixed for each and everymonth. When i joined they were hurry and asking me to purchase products even they brainwashed for tat also to purchase for 1 lakh i paid 1 lakh money and once i joined then got to know about this qnet then they asked me to do refferals also 2 refferals mandatory... At last i got to know i have been cheated by this.. I got 150 honey bottles in that only 80 were pending so please do refund to me from support team also i got a mail but from past 4 days there is no any response. I am a patient i have done surgery i took loan and paid now there is not single paise to give to my family also i cant manage if i get my 1 lakh in return it will be more helpful for me... So pls help me out...

Q-net is the biggest fraud under the cover of legal business.
Why no one is taking action on it.

Q-net irs are literally brainwashed robots and looking for prospects (Bakara) in each friend and relative.

These sweet talkers will never tell the name of the company and any details about the dummy products which needs to be so called sell!

My so called friend called me to offer a slot in her business. I invested 1.5 lacs n trusted her. I had some issues at my place so i wanted to cancel this get refund she said she will arrange it n give refund in a month later she said it can be done in 6 months then she said cancellation can not be done. Is this business is about making fool of innocent people who invest their savings n arrange money. It's been more than an year n no money refunded i have all her chats and conversation. I want my money back otherwise i will go to higher levels to get this resolved. This is not acceptable.

I was approached by one of my friend on 15th jun 2018 and he told me that he is doing some business of b2b and b2c type. He didnt discuss anything in detail about the business.

I had purchase on 05 apr2018, retail profit commission for that i have not get till date. Kindly confirm and clarify to me regarding issue. Than after i was taken many follow ups and still taking same. All the confirmation which want by company i was provide already. Hi, i want to complain against qnet as i was asked to pay and join qnet forcefully.

They basically brain wash you and call you individually to sit for the plan.

They tell that you have to sell their products and get members.

I was also told that a minimum of 3 lakhs is required to join and need to join at the earliest.

The upline told that he is giving me a busineasopportunity. I was showed plan on saturday.

On telling them that i'll discuss the plan at home and then confirm. They denied and told me to pay upfront 20k as a token.

As this opportunity will close after sunday.

He offer me a business opportunity, and i want to start business. After that i meet with one another senior person Amlan, he said it's online business and require 3.5 lk rs. But i don't have money but i want to do my own startup and manage given 3.5 lakhs with Credit card & still right now am paying EMI for this loan . No one describe me wt the business is this. And one day the explain after taking my money it's a multilevel marketing business. They purchase a useless product on behalf of me and get commission...

D) Regarding Refund – IR never said refund at all.
