Hi sir,
This is the complaint about frequent power shut down in my area[kalari-near blind school-poonamalle]. It's very worst without reasons we are facing this problem, only in this particular area. Comparing to nearby areas, it's not even having basic need i. E electricity.
Please consider this and work on all possibilities from your end.
