This is the second time I have sent my handset under the same claim no.[protected] the first time they also took more than 2 months and now again they have took more than 2 months since I have given them my handset each time they just say that handset has been sent for repair and we will send you as soon as we get it from the repair centre .
But can anyone explain isn't there any time limit or we have mistaken for trusting the brand name quick heal.

    It’s been 6 months to open claim from the arvi insurance.
    My iphone 7 has been repaired under the claim however didn’t received amount yet.
    I have not received claim amount however status shows payment has been settled on 8 december 2017.
    Kindly check
    Arvi insurance executive are not responsive neither replying my mails.

          When i m purchasing new samsung s8 he suggest me to take cover of quick heal damged/theft /loss.
          Same i m purchasing the insurance of rs 2999 something.

          Unfortunately my handset got damaged. Same incident i reported through phone call of insurance company. And submitted my damaged handset at his collection centre.

          After all approval received by concern department still my claim status showing wip.
          Approx 3 month completed still my handset back to me.

          Your aarvi agent or call centre executuve not have proper sence hoe to handled or talk to customer.

          In followup for my handset i call up your customer service agent but regularly given broken promises. And cut the phone.

          Can i get my handset return. With proper repaired condition.

            I have purchased quick heal upgrade pack in aug2017. This is 3 years update pack which cost more than 2000. Unfortunately i have not loaded this cd. This cd loaded on 19nov2017 and noted code for registration. But the product is not registered. So what can i do further. I am using qucikheal product since 8 years. But this kind of issue not happend for one year pack. This is happened 1st time.

            I had been regular customer of quickheal for 7 years. But only 1st time I had got problem. But when I send email. The actions are taken proper and quick from company. and given me statisfactory soln. Antivirus is quick and good but services of quickheal are also good and quick. So my trust in Quickheal increased more. I like the antivirus and service of company. Thank you very much again...! They have provided me guidence from mail [email protected] and ask me for product key and phone no. After some time when i send email about productkey and phoneno. Their executive called me on phone. and given satisfactory soln. The behaviour and guidance style of executive was very polite and good and successfully updated my antivirus. I like quick heal very much. so I recommend this antivirus for others. because there is maximum guarantee of product and after sales service. and anybody can trus on this company. thank you very much quickheal again.

              I taken the insurance of quick heal under aarvi insurance broker. My phone damged on 5/08/17 i intimate my claim of damged phone with claim no. [protected] till than on 21/09/17 i submit excess amount till 1/11/17 they didn't give my phone back and not pick uping my call they know that i am call them regular they just ingore my call and alwys say that ita under repair, no phone take 3 moths to get repair. They just making fool. And giving right information i also complain in quick heal on 28/10/17 they told me complain all your problem by mail, i mailed them they also don't reply i have to call them to reminder them i dropped a mail on your mail. Id please check it. A bad service they are giving to their customer, i totally frustrated from this situation and this insurance company

                I bought my mobile on 14/07/2016. I lost my mobile on 26/11/2016. Fortunately and unfortunately both it was insured with quick heal mobile insurance. Fir no: cd-dbg-000279 was registered on the same date of loss. All the documents and formalities were fulfilled that we were supposed to. On 26th december 2016, we were happy that our payment of 10500/- was approved. But for the last 10 month we are waiting for our payment to be transferred to our account. Despite of many calls, its not transferred yet. Each and every time they say it will be processed within a week. I am attaching the approved insurance amount mail with the complaint. My claim reference number is [protected]. Now i don't just want 10, 500 from them, in fact i want penalty and compensation from their side.

But my payment is not completed till now. What can i do now. Shoul i go to court, because every time whenever i send a complaint via email they replied me to wait for 48 hours and whenever i called them they told me that i had to wait for 15 to 21 days. When all my documents are completed, the why the company is not giving me my money.

                    I purchased my iphone 6 (32 gb) on 8 june, 2017. I purchased quick heal insurance online on 9 june, 2017 in the morning. Now my iphone was damaged. When i filed a complaint on this company customer care, then they told me that my phone imei number is not registered and asking me the product key, which i don't know now. I have a proof of giving money online of rs 1, 999 to this company. Now, i am so much frustated from their comments. Neither they are replying me anything.

                        Due to limited period of online sale we sent by my email on same day i. E. 30.07.17.
                        After response was not given i call customer service who was not agree to talk to me as user of device is my daughter kashish.
                        Once again we sent email for claim with intimation number and attached required documents by my daughter kashish's email id on 18.08.17. But response is not given by anyone till yesterday 09.09.2017. I call yesterday once again customer care and they have told your claim is rejected due to biller is minor, user is another than spouse and children and information was provided later.
                        Sir please tell me is it an offence that device is purchased in name of nephew who is minor whereas contract of insurance and premium payment was given by me. Further can we not give mobile phone to our children for use.
                        You are requested to help me to provide service of mobile repair by insurance company at the earliest.

And i bought a samsung on 8 mobile for mobile protaction i buy quick heal total security for my mobile i use my my mobile from last december very carefully but last 28th acidently drop my mobile from my office desk and phone was cracked. I was accident so i am not in troble because of insurance of my mobile i find how to clam for that and uplode all docoment they responce third day and give me another list to upload docoment. I upload that docoment also but after two days they are mail me your signature is not matched i did't give any signature before that. I call them 2 days but they can't recive or not reachable. After two days i upload the docoment again. After two days (5/8/17) they mail me your claim is not pass

                                Poor service. Abusive staff. Not returning phone.

                                They are harassing us. We filed for a claim. Neither did they give claim, nor are they giving phone back.

                                It is a rs 65000 phone. Samsung galaxy s8+. They are literally harassing us.

                                I spent so much on a phone and it's insurance and these people are just thieves. I am going to file a case in the consumer court as well.

                                I do not recommend anyone this product.

                                  I bought iphone6 on 11th april 2017 and take insurance policy of quick heal gadget securance on 18th april 2017 by paynig 3500 rs. Now my phone is damaged on 30th jun 2017 due to an road accident and i claimed for it (Reference no [protected]). I sent all required documents including purchase bill but they rejected the claim with the reason that "my device is activated before i purchased it". How this possible even i am giving the bill and if this may be happened then why they didn't verify it before selling the policy, while doing sales they don't check such things and later reject claims. Now i loss my phone as well as money which was invested on purchasing the insurance policy.
                                  If they don't accept my claim then they should cancel the policy and return my 3500 rs (Policy fees).

                                      Quick heal anti virus:
                                      I am a customer of qh for the last four years.
                                      My present license is valid until june 13, 2017.
                                      But every time i try to carry out a full system scan, it says “scan could not be done. Please contact qh technical support for further details.”
                                      Yesterday, ie. 22 may 2017 i contacted their technical support and one ms. Chaitali attended to me. Ms. Chaitali did not tell her name
                                      Audibly and i had to ask her as much as three or four times. From the beginning ms. Chaitali was very unfriendly and ms. Chaitali did not
                                      Do my job. Half way through ms. Chaitali hung the phone on me. As my computer is under threat, i tried to contact them again.
                                      I held on to my phone for more than 16 minutes and their recorded message that “all their execs were busy at the moment please hold on soon somebody will attend your call” was going on. When my patience, worn out i hung the phone.
                                      Ms. Chaitali was very rude, impolite, uncouth and was not at all friendly. I repeatedly informed her that i am a very senior citizen and that i am not a technocrat
                                      And so i need to be explained in common parlance/language and that i don’t understand technical words/usages/terminologies. But ms. Chaitali would not
                                      Listen and did not help me at all. My computer is still under threat! And my qh license is valid for next 21 days!

                                      The complaints here perform MIRACLES. In this case QH representative contacted me the very next day of my complaint and profusely apologised for the bad behaviour of Ms. Chaitali. As for Technical help, it was not required as QH on its own performed full scan later. Thank you

                                        I bought oppo handest and insuered that with quick heal gadget securance from Shree Telecom, Durgapur-713216, Junction mall, Wesbengal.After 11days my phone was pick pocket and the agents suggest me to register a claim by informing the company and also asked me for the required documents i.e, Original bill, Id proof, General Diary from police station, sim barrig from and other related forms.I give all the requires documents to the agent is 7 days.But its almost 8 months now nothing happen.Now The agent refused to talk with me.
