I am really suprised with such pathetic and worst service providers you people are my life biggeat mistake that i tried to choose you over kaspersky and thanks to you people you had made me realized that i had made the worst choice

The problem is that i am been penalized for the mistake what quickheal had done.

And the customer service is at such a worst that they cannot provide you any details on your case on asked even if you provide them all the details.

They just keep saying that the person who is handling the case is not available if the person dies or becomes ill than the consumer will suffer for the whole life because no one would be there to give him answer for his case.

    On 30/11/2018 I got a call from a girl called Jooja telling that their is Job in Airindia as ticketing or ground Staff or Cabin Crew, also was in need of job so i took the information. she asked to pay 2500 as registration fee and asked to my my documents and i did it without any other second though. Again they call me and asked to pay 5000 for Background Check. that is where i got doubt about them and then I asked my brother - in law regarding this job. then he told me that these people are fraud. She said that this amount 2500 is a refundable amount. After that Iam call to take my money back her number was Ringing and no Response for few days, few days out of coverage area and then it was switched off. Daily iam trying the number in a small hope. I lost my money and my documents like pan, 10th & 2 puc marks card, my aadhaar card ect. Please if anyone find these people please let me also know.

        I have already quick heal antivirus pro licence with product key 58141f[protected]ccf11 valid till 10th february2019. When i tried to renew the same it says product is not active whereas on my computer it notifies to get the renewal as the licence is due to expire on 10th feb 2019. I am out of india at present and likely to come back to india only in the month of march 2019. Please help me as to how i can get the renewal before10th feb2019.

          order placed on 24/12 in prime, but still im not get my materials.
          when i try to trace my order in web page it shows it's received 26/12 with customer sign. but still im not get it(27/12).

          then the Trackon Chennai Kilpauk branch they not responding properly my call. i have tried lot of time to reach them but they not pick my call and they cut my call continuously.

          this bat response i never seen in any other transporters in my experience.

            We are using seqrite eps software at our all india location. I am from technical person from i. T department c/o vadilal industries ltd. Since 3 year we are using seqrite eps 470 license from our different location. I frequently required technical support for this seqrite software and try to reach seqrite technical support team at ahmedabad location. But they are not pickup the phone or mobile.               I had bought one quick heal pro for three years with single user. By mistake as i was misguide by seller "galaxy infotech". I want to purchase total security & i bought pro for three years. On coming to know the fact, i was ready for compromise, so i decided to upgrade into total security. But when i take online support for this they informed me that up-gradation is not possible as my product was for "multi user pc" and up-gradation can be done only if it's for "single user pc".
              On my product pack it is mentioned that product is for "single user pc" but as i confirmed from online helpline number of quick heal it was found that product key inside was of "multi user pc".
              But my security concern issue has not been resolved. Because it is the mistake of company as they packed "multi user key" into pack of "single user".
              Please help me, and suggest me the best procedure.

                          This is mr. Pushpal ganguly from kolkata and i am one of your old customer, using quick heal from the year 2009. My ticket id 253115.

                          From more than a month has passed my problem invalid license issue has not been solved by your team even after sending all the required documents both from my registered mail id [protected]@yahoo.com & my own id [protected]@infrawebmarketing.com.

                          Last mail i send on 17th april from my registered mail id by attaching my purchase bill and renew invoice bill but still no response from quickheal support and neither my problem get solved. My mob no is [protected]

                          As a result i have to pay heavy price as for this my office website get infected with virus as browser protection and other protection were not working due in activeness of my quickheal from last 1 & half month. Now without reason i have to spend around rs 12000 for redesigning my company website.

                          You tell me who is responsible for this? Why my problem not yet solved even i invest in your company by taking your product? Is this is the way you provide service to customer? Either solve my issue immediately or refund my remaining 1 year validity amt or pay me compensation for the extra investment i need to pay my developers for reviving my website.

                                Dear sir, i have applied for claim of quickheal gadget securance. They have updated on their website "please note all claims under the policy are solely decided upon by"new india assurance co. Ltd"who is the insurer and the claim is processed by its administrator/facilitator/coordinator - aarvi insurance brokers." aarvi provided me intimate id (Intimation id: [protected]) in the claim procedure brokers aarvi picked my device on 3rd jan 2018.in their claim settling procedure on 23rd jan 2018 they mailed me your device is under repair. Got the same reply from 23rd jan 2018 to 23rd feb 2018. Their last reply on mail was on 21st feb, the reply was same your device is under repair. Now they are not replying of my mails. I am continuously following their customer care executives they are advising me to wait till next week, their concern team will updated my status on website in next week. Now its 8th march 2018. But they are not replying my mails. Even their customer care executives not able to tell the exact status of my device, the reply is same device is under repair, when it will be repaired we will notified you. Screen replacement takes only 2-3 days in service centre. But getting the same reply from last 1.5 months. And its exactly 2.5 month having my device. I want my device back. Kindly help me and suggest whai should i do?

                                    I got insurance done from Quickheal/Aarvi Insurance of my phone (Iphone 6s). Its been 5 months that I am following up on claim but they are stretching the documentation process and no action is taken yet.They are not even responding to emails now. Hanging up on calls. Have no response to any query and no call back are done. No escalation forum. Constantly rejecting my documents on baseless arguments.

                                      Its been 5 months that I am following up on insurance claim which was sanctioned for Rs. 25, 500.
                                      They are now not picking up calls. Hanging up calls. Not responding to emails. And the documents which I courier are rejected for random reasons like cancelled cheque leaflet does not have your name on it. They dont provide such clauses initially. Don't inform about such rejections also. Just stretching the matter. Its been a mental torture dealing with them.

                                      Reached out for help on various forums. Have been assured assistance but no help provided.

                                        We registered our claim on 19.11.2017

                                        Uploaded all our documents on 21.11.2017 and also rechecked if the same is shown on the uploaded section of the website of aarvi but still they kept giving document incomplete and made us upload same things thrice and then on 25.11.2017 they confirmed all documents are received by them and now decision is pending.

                                        On tracking the website on 05.12.2017 after 10 days of decision pending and still the status being same we called them to ask what is happening and they dint have any proper answer and as it was already 10 days they decided to update the status back to document pending and made us upload couple of document once again.

                                        06.12.2017 took the status to document verification and after 3 days decision pending there after on 13.12.2017 approval of claim was received.

                                        27.12.2017 we paid the excess amount demanded by them for rs 1085

                                        03.01.2018 they updated the status as excess amount and original documents received.

                                        Now after almost a month whenever we try to call them and follow up the status every-time different executives have different answers. Some say wait for another week and immediately after an hour again if you call the other says handset shall be despatched tomorrow and next day another executive says there is some issue in our service centre so you will have to wait for 3 weeks.

                                        We have tried emailing them many times but they have one standard reply to all emails that we have forwarded the same to some department and as soon as we hear we shall update we call it standard reply as to try we also emailed them once asking how are they today and got the same reply after 2 days.

                                        One of the executive told us that we will be receiving the handset on jan 25th for sure when we didnt receive n called them again on jan 25.2018 the executive names imtiyaz told us that ow wait till monday, monday we will be receiving it. On monday when we called them they told us to wait for another week when asked him to connect us to mr imtiyaz as he told us latest by monday we will be getting, this person told us that we will have imtiyaz call u back when i told them i can hold on the call till they transfer the line as i dont trust there promise of calling seeing the histroy of promises made by them so far, he kept us on hold for 3 min or so n then disc the line n again we tried to call him back we got a recorded msg that u have extended the number of calls to the customer care for the day though that was the first call made to them.

                                        We have complained and called several times to quick heal but again they say we have forwarded your issue to aarvi company and you may track the claim there.

                                        We have all the proofs for every word mentioned avove.
