I purchased 2 mobil from Quikr and made payments they have not picked up the product from seller, I called many times to Quikr and told them to give me my products or refund my full money they said as always please sir wait till tomorrow we will provide you status,

I want my total ₹12, 900 back

I was searching for a DSLR camera to buy, suddenly came across two sellers who were selling premium cameras at very cheap rates. So I contacted them quikr chat & they both insisted me to give my number to them & chat on WhatsApp. So I did, they contacted me through a number which is not from India & chatted for a while & then I asked them how do I make the payment so he told me to full up the form & send him payment through paytm or Google pay. I suspected the activity & stopped chatting . The person is calling me on WhatsApp .I urge you guys to kindly take those profiles down & save people from getting duped. Hii im ritik as company had called me to apply in their company to do the job they said that starting salary wil be 17500 and she said there company name is maruti suzuki and then they said that you have to deposit 2050 rs for security and for your dress to do work in company.. Then i have sended it by bank transfer.. Then after 2 days i have declined to do job in their company and now when i call they had blocked my 3-4 numbers and when she pick up my call she says i will not refund your money... You do what will you do.. But i want my money now! Please help me out plz plz help me

Sir i had seen an aad in quikr.. It is a premium aad of oppo f11 pro with aad id[protected] and with phone number-[protected] i also paid an amount of 8500... He asked 1st bookjng amount 3500 i made it and next he asked there is no cod for this so you have to pay full amont and i made 3500 again total 7000 and next he asked 1500rs for gst nd delivery and i sent 1500... Total of 8500 paid by me... Please enquire on this aad sir and give the details please request sir... Thanking you..

I have entered a contract with quickr easy on 16.04.2019 for getting business leads for all ca services. Till date 26.04.2019 i have received only 1 lead whereas a minimum of 15 exclusive leads and 15 non exclusive leads.

Whenever, we are speaking to the concerned person, we are not getting any enough response from them and they are not resolving the matter and ignorance.

Now, i have paid 4, 800/- for getting leads and built my business and i'm not getting any business leads since 12 days (Except 1)

They are not responding, resolving the issue neither refunding my money.

I have voice recordings with me wherein the person from quickr has confirmed to provide me enough leads.

I would like to register my complaint against quikr rto service and their irresponsible behaviors.
I moved to bangalore from chennai, and i wanted to register my car in karnataka.
A guy named puviarasan called me from quikr and told me the steps to proceed.
After some conversation, he suggested me to pay road tax first and later i can do the re-registration part. For this process he asked few documents like rc copy, invoice, insurance, etc, and he highlighted that noc is not required for paying road tax, however, it is required only for registration.

I submitted all the required documents and made a payment to quikr account, and was waiting for the update. After 2 weeks of several reminder a guy named pramod called me and informed that i will have to get noc by myself for road tax as per the new rule. However, no one informed me about this, and after several mails they replied like this.

Finally they said that we cannot take up your case and will refund the money. Since they can't keep the committed word and they doesn't look trustworthy i agreed to get my refund atleast. However, it is more than a month my money is lying ideal without any use and they are not replying properly. Always saying that will check with concern team and get back, but no update yet.

Also, they highlighted that service charge would be deducted because of this withdrawal. But why i have to pay for the case which they can't take up and called off by quikr? I also mailed them regarding this but as usual some stupid replies.

Please help me to get my money back from the fraudulent rto service.

How come they received my payment in one minute but refund taking more than 1 month now?

I registered to quickr today, trying to check out yoga instructors.

I was not informed prior to the submission of the information for the privacy policy, and my number has been automatically sent to a number of service providers who are incessantly calling me.

Upon bringing up this complaint with the customer care, they were un-cooperative, did not offer any help or solution to my problem and in fact spoke to me in an unruly tone.

They did not hear any part of my complaints.

I will not recommend this website to any one, you rather use just dial.

This is a GROSS INVASION OF PRIVACY AS YOU ARE NOT INFORMED THAT YOUR NUMBER WILL BE SHARED AT THE TIME OF SIGNING UP, they did not have a check box that asked for my consent, neither did they take enough or even minimum steps to ensure that I was made aware of their privacy policies.

Never expected this fraud from quikr

I got a call from quikr that your posted add can be converted in to premium. Currently your add is visible to only local area. Our team will post this add to multiple location all over india.

You will be able to sell this product at very high rate. I agreed and took a package of 4 premium ads. I converted my ads in to premium ads. After 1 day, i received a call ([protected]) from quikr that we have received offers for all your ads and we have accepted the offers. I was surprised with the response though i believed it. Now, the sales team told me that you need to pay us rs.1509 more as earlier you paid only rs. 1999, so we would need extra money to adjust gst and other charges. I agreed for this.

And then i received payment link from quikr on my gmail & a message as well. I paid the complete money thinking that these are only extra charges.

I called back the number in evening just to confirm that quikr team would be coming to take up my products from home.
She assured me that they will come and call you before coming.

Next day i received one more call from quikr saying that yesterday you purchased 3 ad credits in electronics category. Then i told her the complete story. She raised a complaint for this. But i have not received any call back from quikr.

I lost complete 3500 rs. This was the real #t that happened with me.

Companies like quikr should be banned in india. Thank god atleast olx is not doing such things.

I applied for the job in quikr. After few days quikr called me and said my cv has been shortlisted for hdfc bank. I paid 1800 as a registration charge. I asked for 5200 another amount for training letter. I denied and cancelled the deal. Quikr agent told that the money which i paid is refundable but i still didn't get my money back even they are not receiving my call. Plzz help me.

Ac technician through quikr had attended the compaint given for ac for that he charged the amount from us by telling wrong things and as soon as he left the place we found the same problem. When contacted quikr they informed through mail that we have to take the amount back from ac technician which is very surprising. When we have given complaint to quikr how we are concerned with technician and it is quikr responsibility to get the job done or to refund the money.
Very poor response and we will not recommend quikr in future.

Order has been placed on 17 apr 2019 and it has been promised that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. First pick-up was scheduled on sunday and quikr guy told seller to dis-mental the product "bed", and they rescheduled it without any consent. Again it has been rescheduled 23 apr 2019 but they have not picked up the product and scheduled without consent. They are not responding on call or chat. I am being rejected and order is pending.
2 time it has been rescheduled without any consent. There is no response over the call or chat either. Seller and buyer (Me) both are frustrated. This is act of online fraud take money and no response.

I had posted free ad on quikr for selling my recliner on 16th of march 2019. Immediately i was contacted by their sales executive who forced me to make the free ad premium by paying 1800 rupees. She guaranteed sale of my recliner through quikr site at a price higher than i had quoted. I made the payment and also posted five other ads under the head household furniture and appliances. I meanwhile posted the same ads on olx also free of charge. To my surprise, i got very good response for ads posted on olx and i managed to dispose of 4 items out of the 6 listed items.

I am very much disappointed with quikr, hence i want refund of my money rs. 1800.

LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE RESORT THEIR COMPLAIN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM..
SOME PEOPLE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT OR REFUND EVEN AFTER 2MOTHNS OF WAIT..
NOW A DAYS People mostly buy Things online with complete trust bt such type of FRAUD COMPNAIES ruins the trust of customers

Humble Request to you..tht u should take some action against the company n help the consumers to get their money back

Your sales executive was trying to sell the upgraded product to me. He did not allow customer to understand the product and send me the link to pay, wherein i responded i need to think, he said once i send the link you old ad for which i have paid rs 458 stands cancelled as per your company policy.

I am not able see my above ad in spite of paying rs 458 /- pls. Clarify that matter.

They have literally looted 30000 from me for 2 years premium package with banner. The sale person will brain wash you and make to pay the amount immediately saying Rs.50000 package is being offered for Rs.30000 and its a one time offer running only for today. Then he will disappear in thin air. No contact nothing and no lead. No doubt, after raising complaints and all they will provide you with few leads, but all are fake leads. They call and speak as if they are genuine customers but in real those are people appointed by Quikr to generate leads. Those leads will not even convert even if you offer them to give the service for free or 25% of the cost. I have tested them all.

I dont know if they will refund the money or not. But i am posting this only because no one else should fall prey to it. NEVER TRUST QUIKR better go for JustDial.

I have purchased 1 product from quikr on 18th april thursday. I have also made full payment of this product. Its been 6 days still i have not got the product. I have called customer care multiple times and they told it will resolve in 24 hours but its been 4 days. I am not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel this order and refund my money back.

I applied for the bank managing post as given on quikr app few days back... Yesterday (22th april), i got the call from cell no :[protected], a lady asked me to deposit 2000 rupees in the name of verification in some prem kumar's account with account number: [protected] and ifsc code : sbin0004539... And said 2000 ruppes will be refunded with my first sallary.. After few hours they conducted a telephone interveiw.. Where according to them i acheived 83%... But today again (23th april) they called me from another cell no : [protected] and asked me to deposit 5250 rupees in the name of verification... Which i refused to give and asked to refund my 2000rps... She said she will send an email where i will have to send the cancellation request... Till now no id is being send above all they are not receiving my phone call... Plz help me get money back...

This is regarding my quikr ad posted on quikr with the ad name 2015 kawasaki ninja H2 and later i got a call from. Your quikr service employee for premium ad for which i paid 2, 500 for the ad he also insured me that if your bike do not get sold in within next 30 days. We refund your money back now your. Employee ganesh chavan with employee id 1270 is not responding back. Im not understanding from. Where should i get my refund please help
