Hi, my self muhammed haris iam registering the complaint about quikr and mswipe office regarding salary issue.im working in mswipe but my consultancy is quikr.I was joined on 22nd may. Till this is my second working month eventhough they didnt provide my salary. They told me you will get salary on May 31st afterthat they told u will get your salary @1st.Then they told your salary date is 10th so till 10th i waited for my salary, eventhough didnt get.After 10th when i go and asked they told u will get your [protected]@12, 13, etc...they postponding the date eventhough didnt get my salary.Quikr is my consultancy they told already they credit the salary in mswipe office like that but mswipe telling quikr didnt credited any amount like that.we are not asking for salary simply., we need our working salary. Also me have lot of personal issues want to give rent, loans etc...also hours i spend for getting my salary but no use.so im registering the complaint in the name of persons who are cheated me(MSwipe office- Basuvaraj manager, Surya(team leader), Reena(HR).Next my consultancy Quikr -name of the cheated persons are:(Hemanth hr dept, Monica lala hr dept., Kalyan-(Finance manager of quikr), Ashis- hr dept.)So i hope you accept my complaint and getting my salary. Kindly help me for getting my salary.

    My name vijithkumar. Quikr recruited me for mswipe company. But after i am asking for salary, nobody picked up the call they are saying lie. I went to directly in the office, but they said you will get for within 1 day. I waited for 2 days i didn't get. After i checked the company they also saying same like. What i will do. Currently i am standing office they always faking others we are 5 people's standing here. We will wait until when they are giving our salary. They are not giving my salary i will go for directly in consumer court and we will send live videos for quikr fake activity. I have all call records and screenshots. We can easily send everything in social medias...

      I have made a payment of 7000 rs on ad id:[protected] where the seller said that product have been out of stock and cancel my order and now i want my money back as i have paid through online transaction. If the product is out of stock they should have mentioned it in the ad. How can they show false advertising and sell the product. Please do the need

      I received one call she said your CV short list by axis Bank you paid 1050 only and then you get job I did not pay any amount for job

      While we are calling for our jobs after watching phone numbers all of the numbers are only placement service numbers who were looting money in the name of registration fees. If you want to advertise you please take only employers call to stop fake offers

        So the mtv hiring crew members is a fake add on quikr. A person called varun calls me and explains me the job offer. Asks me to make an artist card for 800 and pay another 2500 as security deposit. Once i made the payment he ended up blocking me on whatsapp and calls. I have made payment to the actual mtv india pvt ltd account as provided by him. Need help in getting my money back and also sue that # for conning people in the name of jobs. They also send you a fake mail stating your enrollment id and registration number. Please do not fall for such jobs

          I placed an order on quickr on 4th july, 2019. The delivery schedule has still not been set up. I tried to reach them but they didn't respond. They once picked up and said that i'll get the order soon. But i haven't recieved it. It was a quickr assured product. My order was prepaid. And now i want my money back. Please help me resolve this.

            This is a serious issue... I had been victimized by the frauds who offer job in hdfc bank through quikr.com they asked for a registration fees of amount 1800 to start the process... They gave me a test link to give an online test which was very easy to clear with no webcams.. And then after the selection which was 100 percent sure they gave a call for an hr interview and after clearing that. They said we'll be giving u the training letter after u pay us 6500 otherwise that 1800 will also be not returned back.. Which was about to get returned.. They said they'll return back 6500 as well as 1800 along with the joining letter in the form of check as soon as they'll be paid 6500 by me.. Again the next day they asked for 17000 rs. For employement bond in case if i dont give them they'll not return me my money of 1800 plus 6500 and they said my courier is ready to be sent. Just pay us 17000 and we will be sending the courier today.. I could do nothing but i trusted them again though i din't want to...
            But this dint end here.. Again the next day they called me and asked for 28000 rs as an insurance amount. This time i denied and they said they'll not send any offer letter... And they are not even returning my money back..
            I need ur help... Kindly contact me as soon as u receive this complaint..

              Quikr took documents from me to change ownership transfer on 20th Apr2019, agreed to deliver New RC in 25-30 working days.
              I have given all required documents and amount to proceed further.
              Given the valid insurance and pollution certificate and Original RC etc.
              Not getting any progress information and not sure weather submitted the documents to Government office before insurance and pollution check validity.

              Some Email ids are even not active.

              I have escalated to Quikr Business escalation team, they gave by 10th July for delivery of new RC. NO response till now.

              Is there any other way to get this resolve.

                I've applied for driving license through quikr rto service on 24th april 2019. Quikr team failed to initiate even my application and after many followup ive understood they are not even capable of delivering such services. So ive requested to cancel my request and refund, after many mail exchanges quickr team agreed to refund and took my bank detail.
                On 16th may 2019 ive shared my bank detail to agent/email id given to me "pramod. [protected]@quikr.co.in" & "puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in" again no reply and after multiple followup they stopped responding.

                This is very clear that quikr team want to make money by cheating people. Please help in getting refund.

                      I have ordered a sofa set on quikr through doorstep delivery till now i haven't received my order and there is no update till when will i get my delivery.
                      Earlier i was told that the delivery will be by 7th july, then it got postponed to 11th july, and today at morning i received a call that i will get my delivery by 2pm and now at 5pm they are calling and saying that their vehicle is broken and can't deliver today. If they cant deliver it today then please refund my all money as i cant trust quikr now onwards.

                          I did the work of 1st book with everything done, drawn the borders on all the 4 sides, drawn the double line on the sheet when the novel page is completed, written the author name and novel name on every page without missing anything.
                          And when i talked to them very first time and also on that day after the payment of registration fees they told that there is project of handwriting and typing work, then i asked them what will be the payment at that time they said rs.150/-page
                          I think that there are not a lot of mistakes in that project and i have done the work sincerely with best efforts and spended a lot of time and extra sheets in that.
                          And even if i did a mistake due to any reason at the end of that pg, i changed it at that very moment and i checked every single page after completing it.
                          So atleast they should give me the money according to the number of pages that are right and it should not be rejected like this that we are not giving you any payment or else atleast they should give me the registration fees (1200)..
                          The whole project (125-130pages) is rejected and also no, not even a single amount is given back, according to the number of pages i. E. 1page=rs.150
                          Company is fake, taking the money and giving the work that also reached late by courier and after that not considering anything and the project is rejected.
                          And also when i call them, everytime either it is unreachable or it is busy or the number is not connected, i dont know why everytime it is like this... And they pick a call after 4-5 calls received.

                            I opted for quikr rto service for ownership transfer of a vehicle on 29th Nov 2018. Even after 8 months they were not able to fulfill the required service hence i requested a refund and return of documents. I have received the documents back but they have not refund the money yet. There is no proper response via email and phone calls either. The support staff Ramitha always disconnects the phone call and gives false commitment.

                            I would like to raise this concern here and hope to receive a possible solution before reaching out to consumer court for a refund and requesting a penalty to be imposed on quikr rto service.

Whenever I tried reaching the escalation number, no one responds. Poor service from you and your team. If I am not getting any update by next week I am going to take this with consumer forum and file a complaint against you and your company in consumer court.
                            Stop fooling the customer with false commitment.

                                It a fraudulent message since i have never ever used quikr in my whole life, and it is a mental harassment to receive a message like this.
                                Please take stringent action against such companies.

                                  Hi my name is abhijit, currently a manager at big bazar and a human rights activist. I came from darjeeling. In the month of dec i randomly choose to do a dataentry job. It took me more than 15 days 7 hrs a day to complete 1500 entries. They had promised to give me around 8k but after that they wrote to me saying you couldnt maintain min margin of 90% and now they said i ll be getting legal notice and to solve the issue i need to pay 35000 immediately. The caller says he is a lawer and says consicuences will be bad if i fail to act immediately. [protected] is the no i got the call. Guidance needed. Is it a legitimate one.
                                  This company is trying to be genuine.
                                  But the given number for whats app pr call no body is responding nor they are responsible to respond back.
                                  I dropped a mail for support/assistance no response.
                                  They are trying to cheat.
                                  Canny workers private limited not genuine company this is also a type of scam

                                    I made a transaction on quikr which the seller cancelled the transaction after i paid an amount of Rs.10499 for an iphone 6s 64GB (Ad id[protected] and transaction id[protected]. They said that the refund was initiated on[protected]. Since then i've been calling the quikr team for an update about the refund and they usually says that it will take 5-7 business days for the amount to get reflected in my account but after 7 days passed i've called them again as the refund wasn't credited in my account till then, so they've told me that there was some technical issue with the bank and told me told wait for another 5-7 more days. However, the amount has not been credited in my account till today. The refund initiated transaction id is[protected]. It's sad to know that quikr being a big and old company can't solve a simple issue within a short period of time and took so many days. I request consumer complaints team to help me resolve my issue as soon as possible and get back my money amounting Rs.10499. Thank you.

                                      I tried selling my furnitures in quickr free platform. 1 hr after i finished updating the ad, miss isha from cs team called me and told me about this awesome 3000ish premium ad service and almost got me in.

                                      Indecisive weather i would buy it or not she calls me time and again and convinces me to buy service of 999 and made great false promise to me that my items will be sold in no time.

                                      1. She said she will optimize my ad for search engine rankings.
                                      -she did not! She only put urgent on the title of each page.
                                      2. She will optimize my ad for different nearby cities and will place ads at the top of search results for all 10 cities.
                                      -i couldn't find my ads in google incognito mode. The search optimization and algorithm sucks in quickr. I receieved no calls or messages from buyers for 6 days. (I found olx way better in terms of buyer contact)
                                      3. My furnitures will be sold within 2 weeks i won't have to worry at all and doorstep will take care of everything.
                                      That didn't happen at all.

                                      I requested to opt out of service in the 6th day after this. I have been trying to reach their customer care but there's no luck at all! My ad support isha has not blocked my number/forwarded the call.

                                      There is a ticket raised qps client refund request [#865056] but i have no response.

                                        Quikr doesn't refunding my money which i have paid for axis bank job. The amount is 4600 rupees. I have complainant to the complainant board and their representative and quikr center collect my all account details. If the consumer complaints can help me then provide my refunding money.
