I'd like to request that I've applied in Quikr Jobs and Perfect Placement from Madan Mohan Malviya Road called to me on behalf of Quikr's information.They asked me to pay sum of the amount to arrange interview & sent me at a hotel interview, where the hotel denied any sort of vacancy there and after that when I called them all phone were switched off, total fraud conduct is this & this happened only because Quikr shared data with them.Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. I have booked and paid for the shoe rack on 17/07/19. Daily the pick up is being rescheduled and subsequently the delivery date. The product which was supposed to be delivered by 20th is still delayed. Whether it will be delivered is also unknown. Contacted customer care twice and they were also giving false assurances. Will it be delivered or not is really a question now. How long will it take for the delivery.

One of a member of quikr job consultant call me i dnt knw the real name but he said his name is arun.. He said he will give me job in tata steel an first he asked me to pay 20 thousand an after that 23 thousand for saftey kit an after that they mailed me that i have to pay 45 thousand rs. For an apple laptop an after that after 4 days the gave the agreement letter in which has written u r selected an u have to pay 87 thousand for 2 years of agreement.. I have paid every single money the told me every money will be refunded in ur salary acount the gave me the fake bank acount form.. I have done every thing but on the day of joing they all switch off there phone number an i cant track them its aroun 3.55 lakh rs.. Plss i am extrealmy worries i have paid those by taking loans from bank plss help me...

I had placed an order on 18th july and they promised me that they will also provide me assembling service but today i. E. 24th july they call me and say we will deliver the product tomorrow and you have to arrange assembly of product. Now i want to cancel the order.
I am not able to cancel the order. I called [protected] but it did not help.
I called on other number [protected] through which i placed order but they are not receiving nor replying to my texts.
They are sending me messages that they will deliver it tomorrow.
I do not want to buy the product now and i am not able to cancel it.

I have been following up every week and yes, i am getting a response every time with a one-liner : we are working and come back to you with dates asap.

This request is for my son and he is studying out sided of bangalore and since june he is back home in semester break. I wanted this get completed before 10th of aug but i do not find any go forward.

Can you share the india operation head or help me to get the money back which was taken in advance for this service

I applied for a data entry work from home job at quikr jobs. I got a call a day from quikr and the job came in from deltatech data solutions. They asked for money for non-completion of task but assured that they would refund it. They asked for 4000rs and i complied, but now the quikr job employee and deltatech data solutions employee have both blocked me and haven't returned my money. I have the evidence pertaining to the fraud done with me, the voice recording and screenshots of the words said.

I have applied for duplicate rc in quikr. Till now i haven't received my rc. Almost 4 months back i applied for the rc in quikr. After that till 1 months i havent got any updates from them. Then i called them and asked for the status. They said that rto is taking time. And then no updates from them. So i called them again and again and still i got the same response from them. Then after 2 months they asked me to visit the rto for the verification purpose. I went ther and did the verifaction procedure. After that quick promised to give the rc within 2 weeks. Now its been twoo monts since verification till now i have got my rc. I gave them my postal address too for the delivery of product as asked by them. They have received my rc almost 3 weeks back. But till now they haven't delivered. I am really pissed off calling again and again and not getting my rc on time. Please do the needful.

I sold an item and received rs.700/- to quikr money. Few days back i received a msg that an amount of rs.700/- has been debited from my account. Then i tried to contact them via phone but no one answered. Then i mailed them and after 2 days they replied that the amount has been credited to some one others account details below:

Please note that i do not know who is that person. I again mailed them with the issue but they are not replying. Please have a look into this matter seriously as they are trasferring money illegally to others account. This called internet fraud.

Type of work was to be story books copying
Copy of demo work submitted was a story book also, which was not supposed to contain more than 300 pages. During following discussions they informed me even if i complete 100 pages it can submitted and rs.65 /page was the payment. I worked and because of certain issues arising out of the delay in informing typing methods we lost four days. I could complete only 200 odd pages and it was submitted as per their instructions with almost 100% accuracy. I have copies of work submitted. Also the book to be copied was not a story book but a computer software book which had 700 pages. The confusion was the index and prefaces had side by side typing in two columns. They also gave me a phone number to call for any clarifications which was not reachable. You may try it any time.

At the time of giving the deposit money i was instructed that if payment was made through paytm i could get an immediate payback to paytm account for rs.2000. This was later told to me it was impossible to do the same and the full amount will be refunded on first submission. The only contacts with the company was hr ms. Nisha and ms. Lavanya 8448who are not lifting the phone. Their phone number will not be reachable after you have asked them seriously. Also the helpline number [protected] is also not reachable throughout which makes it difficult to clarify the problems while typing, adding to delay. I have a lot of health issues.. Please help

Someone posted a job in quikr as mtv india hiring for crew in bangalore, chennai, hyderabad location. I applied for job through quikr. I got a call after two days saying i got short listed and was given job information on whatsapp. He asked me for an artist card. I said i dont have an artist id card. He said he can help in getting one and charges for it are 800 rupees. I paid him to account which was as mtv india. He then told me i will get a salary of 2500 per day and all. After that he told me i will get enrollment id no. And registration id no. On my email. I got a mail from some sarvan hr which had registration no.in it. I have forwarded that registration no. To the scammer. He then told me i will get offer letter but before that i have to pay him 4500 has a security deposit which is refundable. I got doubt here and i asked him some questions. He said that dont miss this grt oppurtunity for some money. I said i dont have money. He said its company policy so i have to pay if not i will loss the job. He kept messaging me regarding the payment. I searched the name of the hr in google and came to know abt the scam through a complaint by others losing their money to him. Quikr has to take action against these frauds and allow only genuine jobs and recruiters to be posted on its website. Many people are losing their money to these culprits. Sad to know its been happening on quikr for past two to three years and nothing is being done by quikr to stop these things from happening.

I received my order yesterday and i received damaged non working watches. I want to return it but i am not being able to report issues as whenever i do so it shows something went wrong please try again. I don't know what to do i just want quikr to return and refund my money as soon as possible. Also i have called customer service 16 times today but they do not answer.

I got a deal in quilt and i had a chat with that person and we fixed a price and i payed the half amount and he asked me to pay full amount i payed and he asked for 3k more for gst and i payed a total of 9k and he is extending the delivery date and not answering my phones and messages. I paid rs 1500 for rto ownership transfer in april 2019 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 4 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I am going to lodge a police complaint against quikr.

Quikr selling visited our showroom and promised to provide marketing leads of my business of interior designing at gachibowli, hyderabad. I paid rs.15000.00 and they provided me a receipt with number 33639 dated 25.05.2019. After that quikr team called me told me that my proposal is rejected as they cannot provide my specific business of residential interior designing. I called quikr marketing team headed by mr. Surya garya, sr key account manager, hyderabad to return my payment as they could not serve me. Till now there is no proper response from quikr. They always reply saying your complaint is in process and you will get leads soon. But there is no communication from marketing team or any team and they never visited my showroom to update the services of quikr.

I had ordered a washing machine from quickr doorstep. It arrived on 9th july 2019 and was not working properly, i called up the customer care and they sent a technician. He checked and said it is beyond repair, so on 11th we again called up the customer care and on 12th july 2019, the washing machine was returned but the pickup man didn't give us any receipt his mobile number : [protected], he said you can contact mr gagan for further process, i immediately called him up and ensured that the refund process initiates fast. Since that day i. E from 12th july no intimation or call for any of the process was done by any one, i tried to check with every possible means about the status of the refund, but either their phone either was out of coverage, busy, or if rang they didn't answered. I was in contact with the quickr executive who had made the deal for washing machine, he too didn't help positively, just passed on time.
It has been 7 days no call for any details was done by quickr doorstep. I request you to initiate the process of refund, otherwise i would have to knock the doors of consumer forum.

I ordered apex 4 door wardrobe from quickr bazaar (Quickr assured doorstep service) on 10 july 2019. The product was delivered on 14th july and installation was scheduled on 18th july. When the installation guy came he told that some parts of the order were missing namely three drawers and one hanging rod. The installation guy contacted quickr to provide the missing parts. They waited for two hours for quickr to respond but there was no answer from quickr hence they went without installing the product. Since then nobody from customer care is willing to provide solution to my problem. I have tried calling them at least 10 times but they are not giving satisfactory response. I am extremely dissatisfied with quickr doorstep service. I urge quickr customer care to help me solve this matter by at least providing missing components or by initiating return request and refund my money. Thanking you

I had subscribed to quikr knowing it would help me expand my business (Megatech consultants). My quikr agent is mr. Vijay, it's a 6 months pack for which i paid rs.8, 000, but i haven't got any leads from it, it was only of banking and insurance person calling for marketing.

The contact person (Vijay) also didn't respond to my feedback and i had to suffer rs.8000 as expense for no benefit.

Pls consider this mail as priority as my 6 months pack is expiring this month end, also take strict actions with mr. Vijay for lack of involvement despite repeated enquiries.

I bought a second hand pulsar 135 from your gurugram outlet in the month of dec 2018 for rs 26000. I was asked to pay extra money for bike's paper transfer. Its been almost 7 months now and i have still not received the papers yet. I have been promised by many of your managers that the papers will be delivered as soon as possible and now they are not even responding.
I need a resolution to this. Please do something about it.

I purchased a cross-trainer on July 1st . Quikr didnt do the delivery until 12th july sighting slot issues. And finally when it came it was damaged and not like how the seller promised. I contacted the seller and he says the product when taken from quikr was absolutely noise free and there was no damage. So either the product was damaged while in custody of quikr or they gave a fake product. And even after contacting the customer care and mailing quikr I get no response. They do have a link to report issues but that doesnt work

I joined for online form filling and after two days my login id is showing service error and asked abt it to helpline email id they td to clear history after clearing it also it is showing error.. I said the above to them they are repeating the same.. Now i can't do my job as well as submitting date is upto and td to cancel my order they td to pay 4900.. For what purpose i shud pay, that error showing is my probs? And after that they send a account no. To pay and next day email is completely closed.. I don't know what's gng on.. So sir plz help me from this... I need to come out from it.. Plz cancel me from this
