I have purchased a Kingsize Bed on 8th August 2019 (Ad ID :[protected] and (Transaction Id:[protected]. Expecting that it will be delivered in 4/5 days. But since I have prepaid the order no has contacted me until today. now I am wonder is Quiker scamming people !!!

What the hell is going on? First time ever i am experiencing the worst service. You guys are mentally torturing me. I postponed my plans to go out due to expected product delivery.

If you are not able to provide service you guys should be stopped and shut down your business.

Customer care is even worse,

Called customer care many times they are just giving excuses to drop my call. No action is taken to my complaint.

I have done with the patience. I can't wait any longer . Give me my money back I will order it from somewhere who can deliver my product.

It seems you guys are planting a tree to cut down for this bed. I can't wait till the tree grow.

    Recently i have viewed and shown interest to TVS Jupiter 2018 model Vehicle number KA51HD7891for 23K from sahilkumar works for indian army ([protected], [protected] and [protected]). they have wanting me to pay rs 3120 to Paytm: [protected].

    All are sat under 1 roof and cheating.

    I believe QUIKR is also a part of this deal, So please don't order anything in quikr website because all are fake.

    Reposted the same as with new price so please don't order.

    My sincere request to everyone please don't order.

      Hi. This is 3rd time iam writing a complaint. Till now you haven't responded to my question. It is already 6 days that i have received my product since i ordered. I called to the customer care hetold me that service is not available as i have selected cod. I paid half my payment and remaining kept for cod. No product. No money refund. What is this? Highly disappointed with quikr.. If there is no service to my place should have shown me earlier when iam paying the amount. Not after 6 days.. Do respond..

        Hello i placed an order on 14th August for Sofa's ID #[protected] and the pick up has still not been scheduled yet and it's taking forever. I called in Quickr doorstep almost 15 times and they still have not got back to me so that i can go ahead and cancel the order before they schedule the delivery which i don't want anymore as i have placed another order from a different seller.

        Also i have a refund that was initiated on August 8th, 2019 which i don't see the refund done yet. Why is it taking so long???? it's almost 11 days from now. I could atleast purchased something with that amount if it could have been transferred quickly. Bank also don't take this much time for transfer. Very sad.

        My Quickr experience has been very bad and very doubtful to even recommend it to someone.

        Please resolve my issues as soon as you can as i am very irate

        Yesterday quicker cheated me with delivered missing installation bed with damage. And take my 4k money for this product. Quick encourage thr seller to cheat with our hardworking money now this bed is no use for me because when I unpacked the bed maij parts are missing.. I save near 6month to buy the bed but cheater quicker given this kind of item.

          Yesterday i was been cheated by the olx fraud by the name of indian army officer name m. Srikanth for the second hand activa vehicle for ruppes 20000 and later they asked for the delivery charge and late fees amount and the total amount is 47000 rupees here are the numbers of the fraud people [protected], [protected], [protected] so plz try to get back my money.

            I had booked service for cancellation of hp for my car. And submitted my documents on 13 july.
            I got confirmation mail and said it will take 25-30 days to get the service done. Even on 17 aug still hp is not cancelled.             Nothing has been done on this. Still my job is not done and my documents are not returned. The issue is not resolved. Quikr is big fraud company.
            I placed order for iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB but received iPhone 7 Plus 32 GB with same IMEI as mentioned on invoice

            If quikr certified product is like this than what will be the status of non certified products

            Please take it back or refund 8000 as price difference .
            I've submitted Rc and other documents for RC transfer and its been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for their response, I've made all the payments online and submitted all the documents but still no response, everytime I send an email to them, they ask me to keep patience.
            I'm fed up sending them emails no one replies with proper status

              I am sreenath from bangalore, looking at quikr brand name i have chosen to use services of quikr rto.
              I have paid rs6300 and booked service on 23/3/2019 given original rc and other documents to complete fc and rc transfer.
              But till date 17/8/2019 they are not answering and not done the service and my all original documents and money got stucked with them,
              I made several phonecalls and sent mails but no progress.

              They are fraudsters and i found they cheated many people like me through internet search.
              People invved are renuka prasanna, pramod, ilias, ramitha.. It's a gang and mafia where they are not scared of police and law.
              Only god need to take action.

                We have gone to quikr to get our car rc transfer done by assuming it will be hassle free and since this is a brand then the rc transfer will be done faster. However, it has been three months and they have taken the money of 3.5k and nothing has been done yet. We kept calling the guy nawaz, amogh and ramitha who does not respond to our calls and over an email they just buying the time from us.
                I am worried about my original documents which they have taken three months back and now not even returning the documents.
                Can someone help us to get this resolved.
                We are unable to drive our car since we don’t have a rc.

                  I had ordered a recliner sofa which is quikr assured product. It was delivered to me on 3rd of august and the product was fine until on 16th of august the armrest of sofa started shaking and the inside part became visible. To my surprise the armrest of the sofa was broken and seemed to be attached to the sofa through a stappler type of object. I was extremely angered by this fraud. This is the second time i am facing these kinds of problem through quikr bazaar. As a quikr assured product the concerned authorities must be more vigilant. As a solution i request quikr to sent a skilled carpenter who can repair recliners or else refund my money or pay compensation for doing fraud with its customers. I am hoping for a prompt response.

                    On 14th august, i had come into contact through chat with a seller on quickr to buy a car. The user name is pramod desai and is actually somebody unkown. (Enclosed the quikr chat)
                    Later he messaged me to contact through whatsapp registered no. On the phone no. [protected]. (Enclosed the whatsapp profile with phone no.)
                    He sent the car details and said that he got transferred to j&k and he has to leave immediately. Also he started telling that the car is at kempegowda international airport, bengaluru and it is difficult for me to see that, hence he told the vehicle will be sent to my address.
                    Meanwhile, i believed and sent him my govt. Id card and the adhaar address details.
                    For transporting the vehicle he asked me to transfer the amount inr 5100.
                    Before transacting inr 5100, i asked his id card, he sent an id card of cisf constable with name pramod desai having cisf no.[protected], id card no. 138436. (Enclosed the id of the cisf he is circulating for these fake business)
                    After seeing this, i transferred the money inr 5100 through google pay and the transaction id is[protected]. (Enclosed the googlepay transaction id)
                    Later he sent me the transport voucher addressed from the kiab to my address. (Enclosed the transport voucher copy)
                    Later when i met my colleague, she also expressed that ones earlier she also met with the same fraud. After realising this is a fraud, i tried contacting the googlepay customercare to retireve the unauthorised payment/transaction. They couldnt attend my call. Meanwhile, i sent them a feedback.
                    Kindly help me out that my id also will be used in continuing this fraud.
                    Also, help me retrieving the payment of inr 5100
                    Enclosures:

                    2. Fraud transport voucher
                    3. Car picture with rgistration no.
                    4. Mobile no. Registered in whatsapp
                    5. Verified car owner details in rto portal

                    The above is the mail sent to cyber crime police. And got the reply from them to file s compliant personally in the nearest cyber cell.

                    I want quikr to take action on these fraudsters and return the money of inr 5100 / - owning responsibility at the earliest so that common man doesnt not suffer and get a hope on these kind of sites.

                      I posted an add on quikr, a person by name manisha sharma ([protected]@hotmail.com) contacted me for buying. After detailed long conversations (I have attached few screenshots), she agreed to buy the laptop.
                      She wanted to make payment only through cheque and explained me a lengthy procedure.
                      I found it fishy then googled her name, found many complaints against her.
                      While people have already complained about her, why quikr is not taking actions against her? And why they are not blocking her account?
                      I tried complaining to customer care, a representative by name divyanshi disconnected the call, then after that never responded to my calls.
                      These fraudulent activities are really scary, people can go to any extent for money.
                      All of you beware of such frauds and save yourself.

                        I ordered a product on 4th of august, it got confirmed on 6th of august. It was initially to be delivered on friday 9th of august.

                        Since then, the delivery is getting postponed day by day in the tracker. And now it is showing it will be delivered on 16th august. Which i know will get postponed again

                        Customer care is not responding at all despite my initial request for a quick delivery as much as possible.

                        The quickr contact person (+[protected] who helped me order this product is not replying to my messages nor attending my calls.

                        Is this the customer service that you guys provide?

                        Let me. Know if i need to cancel my order of quickr cant deliver it at all, forget about delivering on time

                              Hi,
                              This is in reference to attempt to purchase second hand scooter through quikr app. I had contacted one seller on app who proposed to sell used honda activa at rs. 30, 000/-
                              Person name was mr. Ranganath, initially he shared his contact on quikr. After call, he shared more pictures of scooter and told he is from army background and currently working at bangalore airport. Soon, he told that, he will be transferred to some other location that is why he is looking to sell his vehicle on urgent basis.
                              Then, i asked id prrof and he shared his aadhar card, driving license and vehicle rc which all were looking genuine documents as i have cross checked vehicle rc on government parivahan website.
                              He asked my aadhar card to prepare vehicle ownership documents which i shared through whatsapp (Now i am afraid it could be misused by such people).
                              After some time, his shared one indian army shipment receipt with break up details as follows:
                              • delivery service charge: 1620
                              • processing charge: 1080
                              • insurance: 3470
                              • gst: 3120
                              • pay: 9999
                              • total: 21000
                              Hence it agreed to final deal for 21k only. Initially, he asked for service charge to move the vehicle from his location to my current location, and informed rest amount can be given post-delivery. But then he started asking processing charge and afterwards he asked to clear insurance & gst to move the consignment.
                              For all transaction, i have used google pay number which was registered under mr. Akshay singh. Total amount which i have sent is 9290/- via google pay.
                              Then, he refused to deliver to address and said consignment is only 10 min distance from your address. It will be delivered until i cleared the remaining amount and when i asked him to cancel the deal & return my money back, then he started abusing me and threatened to lodge fir against me for not accepting delivery from military.

                              Hi quicker- fraud on the name of army airpot parcel service chennai.
                              This is in reference to attempt to purchase second cycle through quikr app. I had contacted one seller on app who proposed to sell used cycle at rs. 4000/-
                              Person name was mr. Jai kishan initially he shared his contact on quikr. After call, he shared more pictures of cycle and told he is from army background and currently working at chennai airport watch man. Soon, he told that, he will be transferred to some other location that is why he is looking to sell his vehicle on urgent basis.
                              Then, i asked id prrof and he shared his aadhar card, driving license and vehicle rc which all were looking genuine documents as i have cross checked vehicle rc on government parivahan website.
                              He asked my aadhar card to prepare vehicle ownership documents which i shared through whatsapp (Now i am afraid it could be misused by such people).
                              After some time, his shared one indian army shipment receipt with break up details as follows:
                              • delivery service charge: 1520
                              • processing charge: 230
                              • gst: 250
                              • pay: 2000
                              • total: 2000
                              Hence it agreed to final deal for 4k only. Initially, he asked for service charge to move the vehicle from his location to my current location, and informed rest amount can be given post-delivery. But then he started asking processing charge 5720 i have used phone pay number which was registered under mr. Jai bessan.Total amount which i have sent is 7720/- via phone pay.
                              Then, he refused to deliver to address and said consignment is only 10 min distance from your address. But drlivey was not happened and he is not picking the call.

                                Yesterday quickr delivered damaged and uninstallation bed. I try many times to customer care and send mails still not getting any response. I paid 4k. And it's rely hard to give 4k for me and now I'm facing this issu.

                                I'm able to install the bed as most parts are missing. Quickr not responding.

                                What will I do to resolve this issue.

                                Quickr is cheated the buyer and encourage the faurd seller as quickr is big faurd company

                                  My product was bought through quikr and when the pick-up person came home for the pickup it was completely checked and approved that there was no damage in the product and the same was shown to the buyer through video call. On the approval from. The seller the product was picked up. On the next day the seller reported there was damage in the product which was not there when the product was been picked up. Stating that reason the buyer rejected the product. Now the product was on return transit to me and I enquired with the customer care that what had to be done. They responded asking me to accept the product then afterwards they will give the solution. Later when the product got delivered at my place I accepted it and called the customer care for the solution. On calling they said the product has been accepted by me so they cannot do anything and spoke to me rudely.
                                  I have all the evidence and proofs regarding this. I want you to take up this issue and get me justice.

                                    I created an account on quikr in search of jobs but all of the ads were fraud so i deleted my account but now they're haunting me sending me sms 10 times a day and mailing me 20 times.. I'm so much irritated.. Please help me out i want them to stop.. I want my no. And my resume to be removed from quikr permanently and mail id also.. And to stop all the notifications of job vacancies.

                                      I stayed for 2 months (From 11/6/19-11/8/19) in a pg (3rd floor of the property e-46 paryavaran complex, saket, new delhi 110030) property 1st party that is my pg owner is the most downgraded person mr. Raman mehta. And my 2 month stay was confirmed by both the shamless personality "nagpal assosciate" the broker & the "owner". I paid total cost of rs 17500/- and this include rs 6500 as rent +rs 6500 as security+rs 4500 brokerage. The breakdown of payment is as follows: 3000 (Through phone pe booking charge to scroundel nagpal associate on 11/6/19)+500 (Booking charge as cash to sister # nagpal assosciate) + 9500 (G pay to dog raman mehta on 21/6/19 day i shifted to pg. Rs 6500 rent+rs 3000 security) + 4500 (Brokerage charge through cash to the mother # nnagpal associate). And these all payment what, when and where done is in knowledge of both the #s. But now when i am leaving so these worthless dirty street rats are creating nusense in returning my security money and it was confirmed that my money will be returned to me the day i will be leaving the pg after 2 months although the owner has deducted electricity bill of rs 1950 from the rs 3000 he has in starting that i paid him and has given me rs 1050. But that # person is saying to me that i haven't received rs 3500 as the rest amount from the that # nagpal assosciate. So i just want to know that is it my responsibility to take money from that son of a # nagpal and give it to him and when in starting raman said that he will take my security amount from nagpal. What i want to say if you can help me so please kindly look into the matter and get me my rs 3500/- back or just make this nagpal assosciate the son of a hippopotamus mother # blacklisted from posting any adds.

                                        Ad id[protected] and Transaction id[protected], I booked a bed on quikr 6/8/19, it was scheduled to be delivered on 12/8/19, they called me asking whether I want to cancel the order stating the bed has marks, then they rescheduled it without prior information and switched off the contact number, Quikr customer care is also irresponsive, I want to cancel my order and I want my booking amount back.
