Railway Protection Force — rpf staff indulged in earning money instead of providing security at railway station

I don't think that i will get justice by writing here. But still would like to write how rpf has shown there duty by taking rs 500 from rikshawala.
At badnera railway station, this rikshawla came near to railway line approx 100 mtrs with riksha loaded with passangers.

Rpf staff was ready there to catch him and to earn their daily bread and butter.
Rpf did not set any blocker to stop such instances but they allow them (Riksha drivers) to enter in without caring the passangers life and then ask for the money to rikshawalas.
I have seen this from very near today and really wanted to # such people in public service.

At manmad, on flatform no 4, i was in hatia pune express. But no drinking water available on flat form number 4.
Again indian railway and government doing # play with indian public.
