Indian Railways — overcarreied of goods.

I HARI NARAINSINGH, is very much dissapointed due to the inconvience creted by the department of parcel indian railways cannt varanasi.As my goods are being overcarried which are being delivered from chennai to varanasi. this problem has been repeating from past 1 month.SO, i request you to look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. Because of this irresponsibilty of parcel department of cannt varanasi railways i have suffered a loss. so, try to resolve the prblem otherwise i had been forced to take some serious action against the department to the higher authorities.and please reply as soon as possible.
