Hope you are doing fine.

I am the manager of hotel banjara, located at hamidia road, bhopal.

I am writing this mail to complaint about the services provided by the workers of your company.

I have bath fittings from rak in around 20 rooms but whenever i need their servicing your worker either does not pick up the call or procrastinates the work.

This is not the same with jaquar's services that i use. Please look at this behaviour and i request you to take immediate action as it is my business property otherwise i have to take this to other public platforms.

My name is sabu from pune. I constructed a house at ernakulam (Kerala) on2013. I purchased wall mount toilets and washbasin from your dealer. On 2017 i noticed that washbasin and toilet flush developing crack. Your technician inspected and recommended for replacement. But i am not received any replacement till today so look into the matter and solv

I bought 5 water closet from your dealers in kottayam kerala for rs 6800. Two from madonna marbles and granites and three from cochin sanitary wares, pala road kottayam. Out of these two water closets and two tanks have developed cracks.in our two other baths rooms we have being using water closets for the past ten year and all of them is doing very well i got a complaint registered at madonna marbles on 26/01/2018. The person who registered my complaint told me that your company will look into the matter within one week or maximum two weeks. I am waiting for your response but till now i have not heard any thing from your side. Tthe model is rak karla w. C. S. Trap 14m-wh-pre-a.

Cheated by providing poor quality tiles. We purchased high price tile of rak company and once it's laid in floor different color shade for each tile. Complaint given to rak, they came took pictures and told will update soon. It's been more than a month now no update and when followed up there telling to contact the retailer and we cannot do anything... Such a poor service and cheating without any guilt.

I have purchased the rak commodes in 2009 from your dealer in tumakuru, karnataka. The siphons in the water tank are not working now. They have to be replaced with the new ones. After contacting the dealer, i was informed to contact the customer support of the company. Please let me know, where shall i get the spare siphons to get the commodes repaired.

Purchased branded rak ceramics india bathroom tiles set for one bathroom from their dealer rushabh marbles location vasai-virar.

45% material are rejected (Photos attached). How can i get refund of material cost, labor cost, tension & time.

Flush tank of the above mentioned wc has been broken with out any external impact. It was bought from kohinoor electrical &sanitary, palace road, changanacherry-686101 on 07/01/2013. Since the product is warranted for a period of 10 years, i request you to be kind enough to replace the same.

Wash basin have full of cracks. It installed in 2015, and after sometime started to show cracks one by one and now lot of cracks are visible. Purchased from pathiyara buildware paravur on july 2015. I have purchased all wash basins and closets for home same time and invoice no. As follows.

This company is highly recommended to be avoided. The product i am using is faulty from day 1. I've been complaining about it to their customer care, local distributor (Aakriti, raipur, cg), the builder and so many people but all in vain. The email address given in their website is wrong and now even their toll-free customer care number is said to be wrong. So, i request all who are reading this complaint to please avoid any products from rak ceramics as their after sales service is very very pathetic

I visited your newly opened showroom in noida who directed your authorised dealer amba marbles ([protected], [protected]) to deliver10 packs/boxes of geneva beige tiles at my apartment which they did on 24.7.17 afternoon.
When the tiles were to be fitted, it was found that 1 box had 2 defected tiles (Corner broken) the pictures of which was immediately sent to mr. Gyanendra pratihar ([protected]) through whatsapp. He reverted that the point was noted. Now, when the tiles were to be cut to size they cracked. Again i sent the pics. For which no revert has come so far.
Out of 20 tiles 4 cracked while cutting!!!

These are your premium range tiles. Could i get a reasonable response please?

I myself Akshay Mahajan form khargone west nimar Madhya Pradesh 451001 [protected] my contact info I purchase a toilet water tank from your dealer the plumber of our are are unable to fit it in a specific way it was not working properly so I requested you to provide any plumber that will fit it in a specific manner it was attached in the wall Bt not working thank you

My Commode has thin hair line crack initially on one side. The company guy said its fine and can be used. Now the other side also started to crack and it becomes totally unfit to use. Its almost a brand new one.

I don't know how many times I tried calling the customer care. But I got no response so far. I have been trying for more than a month now.

I have tried calling all customer care numbers but neither my call was taken nor did I get a call back even once. This is seriously unacceptable.

Sorry a say but when I called one if the customer numbers[protected], the family picked the called and scolded badly that it is a wrong number.

When customers are not serviced properly, I regret for preferring RAK.

Very very very poor service!!!

I am using rak water closets. For one closet the screws/holders of seat cover broken.
When tried to get new parts, not available at the dealer "sarda ceramics, hyderabad" where i purchased the set.
Nowhere i could get with an answer that, this type is not coming.
Pls supply 2 (Set) screws/holders to replace to my closet.
If this site provides, i am enclosing photos of the broken screws of seat cover.
Hope i will get a solution shortly.
Note: the set was purchased around 7 years back.

This complain is regarding the wash basin provided to emiment space (Aura solis society, pune)
The wash basin has been cracked into two parts and the water is flowing down to the floor. Initially there was a slight dim line when we purchased the flat but now it has been broken into two part. An all wash basin are having this slight line of crack now m afraid if other wash basin will broke in future. A gentle request to rak ceramics kindly provide us the solution for this. Kindly let us know warranty repair any solution for this.

I bought rak products (Complete bathroom set, basins, floor tile etc) in the previous year from m/s brandzone, kottarakkara, kollam, kerala. Unfortunately 2 closets, 2 basins and one ceramic flesh tank has been cracked within a year of purchase. The dealer has not respond positively towards my complaints. Last month one of your service man came and took some photographs of the damaged items. No positive response is seen from the part of company till date. Please do the needful to resolve my complaint.

complained to get replaced with M/s Grand Traders, and the same registered the complaint ( Ref: [protected]) and after several follow-ups
from past many months, they refused to replace and refund (against take back these damaged materials) and recently they mentioned that
they will not action and ask to complaint directly to the RAK Ceramics Head Office. Further they mentioned that, there are lot many complaints
for damage of RAK products in this particular batch number.
