          I have been raising complaints from long time, but no one is responding. I thought Rak has good fame in market, but with this behaviour it is clearly show how your team is recluse towards customers.

          I am Vamsi Krishna resident o[censored]tkarsha abodes, virat block, Bakkannapalem, visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh, India 530048. We are facing western commodes leakage since 1 year. Trying to reach you but no response. I hope with this complaint you will provide your service as soon as possible.

            Cracks on commod, flush tank & wash basin

            Hi,
            I had purchased 2 sets of commod with flush tank and 1 wash basin in 2015 from Modern Sanitary, Thrissur.
            Now by last November we noticed some cracks forming on the wash basin, on thorough check we noticed the light cracks on the commods and flush tanks as well.
            This was informed to your customer care by November 2020 itself and the technician had collellected the invoice copy and took photographs of the damaged...

              4 yrs back I had purchased 2 closet for our flat. Last one year one flush tank is not worked. I don't know what happnd... One plumber checked our pipeline and he told there is no block and leakage... So plz help us to solve this problem.

                Hi I bought bought small WC and fixed. Issue whenever we flush it doesn't throw out dirt. There no pressure in water tank and because of that it doesn't clean well.

                I have placed this complaint twice both the time executive came and gave some other reason like plumbing or white cement stuck.

                Now I have clean complete WC and fix still the same isse

                Please replace this it is not been a month I am facing issue

                    I have purchased RAK KARLA 1 PC WC STRAP 3000MM WHT (HSN 6910) from Tara Sanitary Wares & Tiles, Goodwill Tower, Pattom-Plamoodu Road, Trivandrum 695004 on 24.10.2020. The flush tank of the product is overflowing. One of your technician have visited and repaired the fault. But after 2 weeks the same problem is continuing. The product is installed in my newly constructing home and it has not been used yet. I am absolutely unhappy for the fault even in the earliest stage of its use. I have installed three more similar products from other brands at the same time, but they are working perfectly. So I presume that I cannot recommend your product for my friends and relatives because of the fault. Kindly try to rectify the fault as early as possible.

                        Bought RAK products for my new house in2013 I have the bill with me from ABC Sales corporation Kannur Kerala. All products developed crack. When complained first ABC replaced one wash basin. Next time they didnit register our complaint and ask us to contact RAK cochin. Called and eend mail.Never give official response nor respond. The Lady Sonia Haris refused to register the complaint and said company has instructed not to entertain complaint for 2013 purchases . ABC informed us that RAK supllied one full lot material which was poor quality with manufactiring defects .These items were from that lot .Total 2 wash basins and 2 commodes.

                          I bought a wash basin two years ago. Now it came some cracks in some places. But in bhagalpur bihar, there is no any shop or any Rak ceramics store here so that i could return or make complain of it from where I bought this one.

                              I had purchased RAK wash basins and Closets for my new house in 2011. However after three years, both have developed cracks on its surfaces and today it looks really ugly. As I don't have the purchase bill with me I am not able to get it replaced as the shop owner from whom I purchased it demands it. He tells also his inability to do anything. Advice me what to do.

                                For the entire apartment (UTKARSHA ABODES) having this commode leakage issue, due to this we all struggling with water shortage issue everyday.

                                Still we have the warranty, please send us a technician to resolve this issue as soon as.

                                    We utkarsha abodes bakkannapalem Madhurawada Visakhapatnam 530048 request you for maintenance of commodes. There are 85 apartments in this semi gated community. The commodes are fixed by your company and has 5 five years warranty . We are facing much troubles like water leakages with the commodes. Giving several complaints, no responce or little responce is coming from your side. Hence you are requested to maintain the commodes once in every month to save water and save from heavy electrical bills.
