I have purchased a wash basin from parackal distributors, manikath road, cochin during the month august 2012 and the same is within warranty period. Due to cracks in the wash basin, i have complained before your office at cochin on 6/5/2019 from my mobile no.[protected] and an authorized person on site inspection has submitted a report in your office in cochin within a week. At the initial stage they have sought for 2 months for replacement. But there after concerned officer in cochin office not attended my phone calls with ulterior motive and misbehaved towards a customer. I am having the phone details of the same for perusal.
So please take necessary steps to replace the defect wash basis within 7 days from today and may be pleased to take appropriate action against the staff who has delayed the replacement otherwise i will sue against the company under civil and criminal proceedings, which may please avoid.
The above letter may be treated as a notice.

Purchased on[protected] Solid wastes are not discharged from the closet properly.after flushing solid waste remains as such .only water flows slowly.
Please send service person to rectify the problem as soon as possible
