Hello,

My self tuhina mira. I was working in tata main hospital under randstad pay roll. I have resign and my last day of working was 31.11.2018 till now date of exit is not updated by company and in basic details my father name is witten only tapan but in my adahr card my father name is tapan mitra. I have mail to company authorities but they are not resolve even not responding to my calls and mails. This is very disappointing.

I had submitted the request for my PF transfer to my current PF account.
I have already shared all requisite documents & details with "Ask PF" team.
However, I have not heard back from then and it has been a longtime since I have been trying to follow-up with the team but have failed to elicit a response from the team.

Request someone to please look into this at utmost priority and help drive this to closure.

Do let me know if any other details or docs are required to be shared from my end.

I used to do work for sony india on payroll of randstand private ltd. My date of joining was 01/08/2015 but later on i was shifted to payroll of manpower ltd at 01/08/2016, till now i have got my pf from manpower ltd but i didn't got my pf amount from randstand ltd.

Uan no.[protected]. I had put a online claim regarding my final pf withdrawal but the claim was rejected 3 time and the reason for rejection was shown that form 15g&pan card not submitted. And the guidance recd. From randstad office was i have to send the form 15g & pan card copy to mail id csd. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in & also courier the same to pf dept. At regional provident fund office, csd 1, 35791 group, chennai - royapettah-14.

I had send the same to the given mail id & address and also reclaim the pf but then also same error was shown & form rejected.
We are trying to contact randstad team but then also i didn't get any response/solution.
More than 1 year completed leaving the organisation still i had not yet recd. The same. Atleast confirm us the proper status/what else i need to do for the same...

Pls help me to settle my pf account.

Please do the process as soon as possible...

My name is deepak jadaun. My pf no. Is. 0391301. I have put a claim regarding my final pf withdrawal but the claim was rejected and the reason for rejection was shown that form 15 g not submitted. And the guidance was i have to send a form 15g to mail id csd. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in

I have send the form 15g to the given mail id 4 or 5 times and also reclaim the pf but the error was shown the same i have done these process twice but there is no solution for it.

Several times I had reached to the dedicated portal of this company for resolution, made phone call to the main office at Chennai which never reached to the pf team after holding the calls for hours.I had also gone to their New Delhi office where I met with Mr. Manu Sharma who deal with this issue who advised me to send the filled up documents to Latha ji at head office Chennai, which I did. But after sending several mails to Latha ji I found no replay and also the status of my withdrawal request remains unknown. I need to withdraw the pf amount and close the account.

I worked in the organization w. E. F. 06.07.2015 to 09.06.2016.

Now i am trying to withdraw my pf amount through online process but it is not allowing to withdraw pf as the date of joining and date of exit not showing on the portal of epfo.

In view of the above, it is requested to update the same, so that i can withdraw the pf.

I'm sowjanya, an ex employee of randstad, hyderabad. Long back i have submitted aadhar proof and joint declaration to my employer for the correction of my father's name. The concerned team of pf are not responding to my mails. It's been 3 years since i have left the company and currently for more than 2 years im not working anywhere. Till now no response even after multiple reminders regarding the correction of my father's name. Is this how we are to be treated???

We have logged complaint for pf to randstand flexicare team for withdrawal pf before a month but till time no response from pf team,
We have process for online pf withdrawal but we are facing some issues in doj epf & eps.
Because of as per our doj & pf passbook there is pf deduction starts form feb 2010 but we have shown on epfo site doj epf & eps there date is 10-jan-2011.
