[Resolved] Razorpay — fraud transaction

A fraudster calling from sbi debit card department inform me that i don't have micro chip debit card and take all my details and use it for his personal transaction dated on 12/03/2019.

1) by debit card-othpg
Airtel paymenbangalore (Debit : rs 2000)

2) by debit card-othpg
Airtel paymenbangalore (Debit : rs 2000)

This all not done by me.

Irctc razorpay train ticketing failed via google pay. My transaction is done on March 12 and it's still in processing state.
I require refund money of 840. Am trying to reach for a very long time.

We checked our logs and see that the transaction 100001726887009 is an unsuccessful transaction and the refund for the same will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days. You can track the status of your transaction here https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.

Money got deducted but ticket didn't get booked
