[Resolved] Razorpay — made a transaction on banggood and the money didn't reach them | |||||
I had made a transaction on 6th sep 2018 on banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didnt reach the banggood, the payment gateway i chose was razorpay. Now i am following up with banggood and they are denying for any payment as they not rceived it. There is no way you can contact razorpay team. Cusomter line doesnt work no email id... Their portal dont work. Its a fraud company cheating people. Never choose this as a payment gateway. Was this information helpful? | |||||
