RBL Bank — rbl is harrasing me(been more then 20 days that m following up with them just to cancel my card and they are playing around)

Hello there plz help me,

I raised a request for my RBL supercard cancellation more then 15 -20 days go but they are not doing it..I get a msg that we were not able to reach you and they cancel my request..

I have raised more then 4-5 request now ...but they dont care about it.

BELOW DETAILS ARE THE MAILS I HAVE SEND THEM :-

1st mail send :-

Hello, i had raised a cancellation 4 days back for my credit card as i have already paid all my dues and i dont require that card anymore

I called in yesterday for confirmation and was informed ill get a call today for some more information and they will cancel my credit card.

I was also informed that the credit card was alredy cancelled and only the account has been cancelled. so i trash my credit card...

PLEASE JUST CANCEL THAT CARD I DONT REQUIRE IT ANYMORE!!!

I dont know if this should happen with me.
This is like a harrasment from rbl supercard.
I Paid all my dues and requested for a cancellation of this card as i dont require it and been 2 weeks m following up on it
I do not recieve any mails or calls from rbl from the retention so that they could cancel it

Have raised 2 diffrent tickets for the same :-

First Ticket 07265630
and was informed will recive a call in 3 days but
They cancelled it without my permisson or without even calling me ( some unknown reason was put for cancellation)

Then i called in again

Second Ticket 07378798
I was informed will get a call again in 3 days which i never recieved so kept calling them.
I spoke to the retantion 2 times on the same the last time i spoke to retention He told me that it will be cancelled in 3 days as he already send an email to the back end and i wont receive any calls or anything

Today again i receved a msg on 12th april :-

Whom should i trust or believe ????

I called in again today as well in which they are not even transfer my call to supervisor..
Why should i waste so much time of mine when i have paid all my dues and everything!!!

Please help me :(

Am a person who keeps a very good cibil score and make all my payments on time .i need my card to be cancelled!!!

Guys plz cancell my card this is the 4th time they msg me that they cannot contact me ..what is going on? Call me right now or ill have to go to the court for harrasment.
