[Resolved] Redbus — money debited but ticket not generated - money not reverted even after a month | |
On 12th october, 2017 i tried booking bus from chennai to tiruchirappalli with renganathan travels via redbus.in. Date of journey: 13th october, 2017. Amount: rs. 849. I made payment through google tez application via my upi account linked to my icici bank. But ticket was not generated. After some time, i tried booking same ticket with citibank payment. This time ticket got booked successfully. Icici bank has made it clear that payment has been transferred to beneficiary merchant account which is axis bank. Axis bank also has agreed to this payment. Below is reference details: Payee name: ibibo group private limited Payee account: xxxxx465 Payee ifsc: utib0002628 Payee vpa: [protected]@axisbank Reference retrieval number:[protected]. Even after providing above details to redbus.in, they are still in denial mode. They are not agreeing to pay my money back. Can you help here? Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Nov 16, 2017 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Noor, Greetings fro redBus.in! On checking, we see that there was only one successful transaction from the e-mail id "noormohamed.[protected]@gmail.com" and the ticket "TKB[protected]" was successfully booked.
