[Resolved]  Redbus — no response on the complaint registered at indian consumer complaint forum

I had registered a complaint against redbus application on nov 8th 2019. I had received a call from the operator and the person stated he would call me by evening. But, there was no call in the evening.
I truly believe in the the complaints forum as a reliable space wherein in i can get my complaint registered and taken care. I haven't received the said call from redbus regarding the same.

I am unable to cancel my ticket taht were booked from pune to Mumbai. I have raised my tickets but couldn't get any follow-up for that.kindly respond and initiated the cancellation asap
I have booked a ticket from red bus for 31 of October my money was deducted from my account but I have not been issued any ticket therefore I request you to refund my money back req id is:11233692
